Description
- The current application claims a foreign priority to application number 103222912 filed on Dec. 25, 2014 in Taiwan.
- The present invention relates to a tile flattener device structure, and particularly relates to the field of an equipment used for installing tiles by rapidly adjusting caulking distance, tile level, and plane distance.
- The prior art tile flattener device shown in
FIG. 9 consists of a supportingseat 20 and apressure support block 30. The supportingseat 20 comprises a concave arc-shapedlower base 21 and an upwards-extending shank 22. Twoguide holes 210 are positioned at a suitable place corresponding to thelower base 21, and aperforation 220 passes through the shank 22. By means of thepressure support block 30 passing through theperforation 220 of the shank 22, and applying a downward force on the tile, it enables the concave arc-shaped part of the supportingseat 20 to adjust the height of the adjacent tile. However, it has the following problems: - 1. Not easy to use: Its supporting seat can only perform levelling in between two tiles, such that a tile flattener device is required to be positioned in between each two tiles, which makes the working procedures complicated and extends construction time, and therefore it is not easy to use.
- 2. High usage costs: Its supporting seat can only perform levelling in between two tiles, such that a tile flattener device is required to be positioned in between each two tiles, which increases the amount of use of the tile flattener device during levelling of tiles, and therefore has high usage costs.
- The present invention relates to the problems of ease of use and high cost of the already known tile flattener devices, and thus provides the tile flattener device structure of the present invention.
- The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a tile flattener device structure, which has a T-shaped base comprising a base plate and a clamping piece; and the base plate comprising a front plate and a rear plate; and an interlinking bottom edge support is placed at the bottom of the front plate and the rear plate; the front plate and the rear plate run along the bottom edge support, and individually have a lower front inclined plane and a lower rear inclined plane which have outwards inclined appearance; the lower front inclined plane and lower rear inclined plane have an angle of between 1° to 20° with regards to the surface horizontal plane; the front plate and the rear plate individually have a front recess and a rear recess which have indentation towards inside at their middle portion, and the front recess and the rear recess have a triangular or trapezoidal appearance, and the front recess and the rear recess individually divide the front plate and the rear plate into right and left elastic adjustment areas; the plate bodies of the front plate and rear plate have a clamping piece which is thin at the outer part and gets thicker towards the inner part; the front plate and the rear plate top surfaces individually have plurality of front convex ribs and rear convex ribs from outside towards inside; and a perforation passes through the clamping piece; the bottom edge support positioned between the bottom of the front plate and rear plate of the base plate contacts the surface, and the tiles desired to be levelled are individually positioned at the left and right elastic adjustment areas of the front and rear recesses of the front plate and the rear plate, and the levelling adjustment of tiles is performed by means of an inclined adjustment body passing through the perforation via the clamping piece, and since the front and rear recesses of the front plate and the rear plate dividing the left and right elastic adjustment areas have elasticity, they can perform levelling of various tiles, effectively reduce the working time and increase construction speed, and also reduce the usage of the tile flattener device, so that ensures the results of ease of use and reducing usage costs.
