Abstract
The method is a protection, sharing, storage, accessing, authentication, certification, attachment and tracking mechanism for creations, content, thoughts, ideas, intellectual property, discoveries and inventions. The method and mechanism enables anyone individual, groups (2 or more), businesses (for profit or non-profit), corporations, to protect their intellectual property. Information can be shared in an unprotected format as well. Anything that is considered to be of value or important can be protected, and or collaborated on, and then shared for the purpose of bringing the discovery to life and then to market. The method can help find funding for anything and everything as well. The present method in addition also enables anyone individual, groups (2 or more), businesses (for profit or non-profit), corporations to request help and assistance in a variety of ways. The present method and mechanism also enables anyone individual, groups (2 or more), businesses (for profit or non-profit), corporations and/or exchanges to help any person, place, or thing Adopt Anything as well as form buying and selling groups. Finally the present method and mechanism provides ways for anyone individual, groups (2 or more), businesses (for profit or non-profit), corporations to share and collaborate on their protected or unprotected ideas, thoughts, discoveries, and inventions and share ideas on specific subjects such as diseases or anything. The present method and mechanism is utilized via networked computers, electronic devices (online and offline) as well as mobile (wireless) devices.

1. A system and method that includes a protection, sharing, storage, accessing, authentication, certification, attachment and tracking mechanism for creations, content, thoughts, ideas, intellectual property, discoveries and present inventions that enables individuals, groups (2 or more) and business (for profit or non-profit) to create, design, record, file, document, publish, authenticate, plan, market, personalize, distribute, manufacture, license, franchise, sponsor, advertise, publicize, report, track, rate, rent, lease, price, proposal, order, pay, fund, lend, insure, barter, gift, buy, sell, exchange, service, build, repair, install, learn, teach, research, promote, collaborate, adopt, and protect anything the user(s) deem(s) valuable (real or imagined) and/or important, including ideas, content, software, present inventions, trade secrets, personal property, business applications, intellectual property and real or intangible property; allows people to immediately protect all kinds of property through a network and then choose to keep it protected or share it with individuals, groups, businesses or anyone in the world; an authentication mechanism by which the user will have to secure access every time he or she accesses the system; a shared payment platform system that allows two or more people, users or automated mechanisms to buy, sell, purchase, fund, capitalize, add money to credit or debit cards and share in ordering things together; a network collaborative mechanism by which anyone can share with anyone else their protected or unprotected information, creations, content, thoughts, ideas, intellectual property, present inventions, discoveries, products, concepts or anything; a system which enables an owner of intellectual property, content, records or files to protect and then collaborate with anyone else that wishes to reformat, improve, alter or change the owner's original work into a new or improved work; a system which allows all thoughts, ideas, creations, intellectual property, music, art, present inventions, discoveries, thoughts, medical thought or discovery, writing, movie, content and designs to be constantly changed with permission and protection of the creator; a fair price method and mechanism for determining the market value of anything; a fair value method and mechanism for determining the value of an intellectual property; a fair deal method and mechanism component that automatically determines who owns what piece of the newly created and protected work; a fair share method and mechanism that automatically calculates a fair share ownership percentage that is protected between two or more people in relation to shared and protected intellectual property, content, ideas and or businesses and can automatically calculate advertising rates, value items or anything; The method in claim 1, including a method and mechanism that protects and enables individuals, group(s) 2 or more, corporations (profit, or non profit) to trade, share, invest, lend, borrow, barter, buy, sell and securitize intellectual property, thoughts, ideas, discoveries, present inventions, through manual and automatic methods throughout all aspects of the method and present invention.

The method in claim 2, including a mechanism that manually or automatically searches for help for anything a business, place, thing or individual needs through an adopt anything widget component that automatically connects anyone who needs help to anyone willing to give help, and further more all items listed in claim 2 work on mobile devices text, phone, email, voice, video, video card, computer, network appliances, kiosk, in automobile displays, and wireless throughout all aspects of the method and present invention.
