Abstract

A device for loading computer equipment is composed of an assembly framework which is constituted by a first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams having a plurality of positioning holes; a rack, which is locked into the positioning holes and a bottom of which is provided with a support plate; a connection plate, which is screwed with bolts, and the other board of which is provided with a plurality of through-holes; and a computer casing, two sides of which are provided with connection holes. Bolts are screwed into the through-holes of connection plate and into the connection holes of computer casing, such that bottoms of the computer casing can be carried by the support plates. Therefore, the computer casing can be effectively fixed on the assembly framework through the connection plate, which further increases a space exterior to a rear side of the computer casing.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a device for loading computer equipment; more particularly to a device such that a computer casing can be firmly fixed on an assembly framework.
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art
  • It is known that a computer casing of a conventional industrial computer is always fixed on an assembly framework. A specification of size of the framework is fixed, however, as an continuous advancement of the industrial computer equipment, an on-going enhancement of its functions, and a large quantity of wiring material at a rear side of server casing, when the server casing is installed on the framework, a front end of the server casing will be exposed out of the framework, which will further prohibit the casing from being able to be fixed on the framework.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of present invention is to provide a device for loading computer equipment, such that a computer casing can be effectively fixed on an assembly framework through a connection plate, which further increases a space exterior to a rear side of the computer casing.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for loading computer equipment, such that a robustness of fixing the computer casing on the assembly framework can be improved.
  • To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows an exploded view of parts of the present invention.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is to provide a device for loading computer equipment, including an assembly framework 100 which is constituted by more than four in a first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′, with a side surface of the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′ being formed with a plurality of positioning holes 30, respectively; a rack 40, hooks 441, 461 at two sides of which being locked and positioned into the positioning holes 30 of first and second vertical beams 10, 10′, and a bottom of which being provided with a horizontal support plate 42; and another rack 40, hooks 441, 461 at two sides of which being locked and positioned into the positioning holes 30 of third and fourth vertical beams 20, 20′, and a bottom of which being provided with a horizontal support plate 42.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, a board 51 of a connection plate 50 is pre-configured with through-holes 511 which are screwed with bolts 52, and the other board 53 is provided with a plurality of through-holes 54.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, two sides at a front edge of a rectangular hollow computer casing 60 is provided with connection holes 62, respectively. Bolts 64 are screwed into the through-holes 54 of board 53 and into the connection holes 62, and the other set of bolts 52 are screwed into the positioning holes 30 of first and third vertical beams 10, 20 and the through-holes 511 of connection plate 50, such that bottoms 65 at two sides of the computer casing 60 can be emplaced on the support plate 42 (as shown in FIG. 3).
  • Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the rack 40 is formed with a preset assembly length by combining an inner arm 43 and an outer arm 45. Outer sides of the inner and outer arms 43, 45 are formed with vertical boards 44, 46 respectively, on which are provided with the hooks 441, 461 respectively. The hooks 441, 461 are locked into the positioning holes 30 of first and second vertical beams 10, 10′, as well as of third and fourth vertical beams 20, 20′, respectively (as shown in FIG. 8).
  • The two vertical boards 44, 46 are provided with connection holes 442, 462, respectively. A set of bolts 49 is screwed into the connection holes 462 of vertical board 46 and the positioning holes 30 of first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′, whereas another set of screws 48 is screwed into the connection holes 442 of another vertical board 44, and the positioning holes 30 of first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′.
  • Referring to FIG. 10, outer sides of the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′ are connected and fixed with a fixing frame 90, and two sides at a front end of the computer casing 60 are installed with a handle 66, respectively.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, a cross section of the connection plate 50 is in an L-shape.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, an assembly framework 100 of the present invention is composed of a first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′. A side surface of the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′ is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 30. As shown in FIG. 7, a rack 40 is formed by locking an outer arm 45 and an inner arm 43 with rivets 47 and bolts 471, such that the rack 40 is formed with a preset assembly length. A bottom of the outer arm 45 is provided with a horizontal support plate 42, and vertical boards 44, 46 at a side of the inner arm 43 and outer arm 45 are provided with hooks 441, 461, respectively. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 8, the hooks 461 are locked into the positioning holes 30 of first and third vertical beams 10, 20, whereas the other set of hooks 441 is locked into the positioning holes 30 of second and fourth vertical beams 10′, 20′, such that the first and third vertical beams 10, 20 are fixed by the rack 40 to form a constant width, while the second and fourth vertical beams 10′, 20′ are also fixed to form a constant width. Referring to FIG. 10, a metallic fixing frame 90 is used to pivot and fix the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams 10, 10′, 20, 20′.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, a front end of a computer casing 60 is provided with two rows of a plurality of straight connection holes 62 distributed from a left to a right side of the casing 60. As shown in FIG. 3, bolts 64 can be screwed into through-holes 54 of a connection plate 50 and into one row of the connection holes 62, whereas the other set of bolts 52 are screwed into the other set of through-holes 511 of the connection plate 50 and into the positioning holes 30 of first and third vertical beams 10, 20, such that the computer casing 60 can be fixed on the first and third vertical beams 10, 20. Referring FIG. 3 and FIG. 9, bottoms 65 at two sides of the computer casing 60 are emplaced on two support plates 42, respectively. Therefore, the entire computer casing 60 is well firmly fixed into the assembly framework 100 along a horizontal direction.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, more than two rows of the connection holes 62 are distributed from the left to right side at the front end of computer casing 60. Referring to FIG. 3, the bolts 64 are transfixed into the through-holes 54 of connection plate 50 and into the first row of connection holes 62, such that the front end of computer casing 60 can be exposed out of the first and third vertical beams 10, 20. Therefore, a space exterior to a rear side of the computer casing 60 can be larger as compared to a conventional casing, to provide for an emplacement and transfixing of wires. Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the connection plate 50 can be screwed into the second row of connection holes 62 of computer casing 60 through the bolts 64, such that an exterior end of the computer casing 60 can be exposed more out of the first and third vertical beams 10, 20. Therefore, the exterior space which is exposed at the rear side of computer casing 60 can be even larger, in order to contain more wiring material.
  • Referring to FIG. 10, as long as the bolts 52 are disassembled from the positioning holes 30, and handles 66 are pulled outward by human hands to glide the bottoms 65 at two sides of computer casing 60 on surfaces of the support plates 42 (as shown in FIG. 9), the entire computer casing 60 can be pulled out of the assembly framework 100 horizontally.
  • It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims (6)

1. A device for loading computer equipment, comprising:
an assembly framework which is constituted by more than four in a first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams, with a side surface of the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams being provided with a plurality of positioning holes; a rack, which is locked into the positioning holes of first and second vertical beams, and a bottom of which is provided with a horizontal support plate; a rack, which is locked into the positioning holes of third and fourth vertical beams, and a bottom of which is provided with a horizontal support plate; a connection plate, a board of which is pre-configured with through-holes which are screwed with bolts, and another board of which is provided with a plurality of through-holes; and a rectangular hollow computer casing, two sides at a front edge of which are distributed with connection holes respectively which are screwed into the through-holes of board and into the connection holes with bolts, with the other set of bolts being screwed into the positioning holes of first and third vertical beams, and into the through-holes of connection plate, such that bottoms at two sides of the computer casing can be carried by the support plates.

The device for loading computer equipment according to claim 1, wherein the rack is formed with a preset assembly length by combining an inner arm and an outer arm, with outer sides of the inner and outer arms being formed with vertical boards respectively, the vertical boards being provided with hooks respectively, and the hooks being locked into the positioning holes of first and second vertical beams, as well as of third and fourth vertical beams, respectively.

The device for loading computer equipment according to claim 1, wherein the rack is formed with a preset assembly length by combining an inner arm and an outer arm, with exteriors of the inner and outer arms being formed with vertical boards respectively, the vertical boards being provided with hooks respectively, and the hooks being locked into the positioning holes of first and second vertical beams, as well as of third and fourth vertical beams, respectively; two vertical boards being provided with connection holes respectively; a set of bolts being screwed into the connection holes of a vertical board, and into the positioning holes of first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams; the other set of bolts being screwed into the connection holes of the other vertical board, and into the positioning holes of first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams.
4. The device for loading computer equipment according to claim 1, wherein outer sides of the first, second, third, and fourth vertical beams are connected and fixed with a fixing frame.
5. The device for loading computer equipment according to claim 1, wherein two sides at a front end of the computer casing are provided with a handle, respectively.
6. The device for loading computer equipment according to claim 1, wherein a cross section of the connection plate is in an L-shape.
