Abstract
The present invention relates to a carton structure which can be used for storing and displaying goods, and a plurality of such carton structures can be assembled firmly to each-other. In the inner space of the carton is provided a slant board assembly which slants gradually from inside of the carton towards the mouth of the carton, a plurality of jointing members are provided on the upper and the bottom surfaces of the carton and are used to enable the plural cartons to be piled up stably one upon another. The slant board assembly can enable the objects to be displayed to slide automatically to the mouth of the carton, so that the carton structure also can be for displaying the goods.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a paperboard carton structure, and more particularly to a storage and display carton structure which can be assembled firmly to another such carton structure, and the carton structure is not only used for storing goods but also for displaying goods.
- 2. Description of the Prior Arts
- Most of the paperboard cartons on the market have a sealed configuration, and there are no corresponding structures defined between the cartons. The cartons are normally piled up one upon another, thus resulting the following problems:
- First, the conventional cartons on the market only can be used for storing goods or products, and the user has to use special display cartons or stands to display the products when the products are sold in a store
- Second, the display stands or the display cartons in a store-are always used to display many products at a time for customers to pick up directly, however, after most of the goods are sold, the shop assistant has to push the goods outward from the deep side of the display stands for customers to pick up easily. Thus, the workload of the shop assistant is increased.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a carton structure which can be used for storing and displaying goods, and a plurality of such carton structures can be assembled firmly together. In the inner space of the carton is provided a slant board assembly which slants gradually from inside of the carton towards the mouth of the carton, a plurality of jointing members are provided on the upper and the bottom surfaces of the carton and are used to enable the plural cartons to be stacked up stably. The slant board assembly can enable the objects to be displayed to slide automatically to the mouth of the carton.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a storage and display carton structure in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is an assembly view of a storage and display carton structure in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is an assembly cross sectional view of a storage and display carton structure in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is an assembly cross sectional view for showing a several carton structures which are stacked up one upon another. - Referring to
FIGS. 1-3 , a storage and display carton structure in accordance with the present invention generally comprises: - A
paperboard carton 10, on a side of which is formed amouth 12 in communication with aninner space 11. Under themouth 12 is provided aflange 121. Thecarton 10 comprises anupper board 13, abottom board 14 and threelateral boards 15. A side of theupper board 13 is integral with thecarton 10, on theupper board 13 and at corresponding positions on thebottom board 14 are formed a plurality ofholes 16. - A
slant board assembly 20 comprises aslant rack 21 and aboard 22. The slant rack 21 slants down gradually from the inside of thecarton 10 toward themouth 12. Theboard 22 is installed on theslant rack 21 and defines aslant surface 222. Theboard 22 is provided withplural tracks 221 for receiving the object P to be displayed, thetracks 221 are located corresponding to theflange 121 of themouth 12. - A plurality of supporting
rods 30 span between thelateral boards 15 of thecarton 10. - A plurality of jointing
members 40, each of which is provided on its upper surface and lower surface with aprojection 41 and a concave 42, respectively. The jointingmembers 40 are installed in therespective holes 16 on the upper and thebottom boards projection 41 of thejointing member 40 is designed to insert in the concave 42 of another jointingmember 40. - Referring further to
FIGS. 1-4 , if the carton in accordance with the present invention is used for storage, since thecarton 10 is made up of the upper and thebottom boards lateral boards 15, and theflange 121 is provided bellow themouth 12, the objects P to be displayed can be arranged in a row in theslant board assembly 20 which is located in theinner space 11 of thecarton 10. Theflange 121 serves to prevent the objects P from falling out through themouth 12. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , when thecarton 10 is used as a display carton, and in this embodiment, several cartons 10 are piled up one upon another. Therespective cartons 10 are assembled to each other by thejointing members 40 on the upper and thebottom boards projections 41 of thejointing members 40 on theupper carton 10 are inserted in theconcaves 42 of thejointing members 40 on thelower carton 10. Thus, therespective cartons 10 can be stacked up stably. On the other hand, since the slant rack 21 of theslant board assembly 20 slants down gradually from the inside of thecarton 10 toward themouth 12, theboard 22 will enable the objects P to slide along theslant surface 222 to theflange 121 of themouth 12, and the objects P will be arranged in order with the help of theplural tracks 221. Thus, at themouths 12 of the respective layers ofcartons 10 are automatically arranged with the objects P to be displayed. - It should be noted that the
board 22 could enable the objects P to slide along theslant surface 222 to theflange 121 of themouth 12, once the consumer takes out the outmost object P, another object P will instantly and automatically slide along theslant surface 222 to theflange 121 of themouth 12, thus, the shop assistant doesn't need to adjust the position of the objects P by manual. - While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
