Abstract

A stretch garment for body slimming and health caring is made of fabric with good-stretch, light, thin, good-strength special treatment to help people healthy. The fabric comprises a skin layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The skin layer is made of polyurethane (PU), thermal polyurethane (TPU) or artificial leather. The middle layer could be added the powder of far-infrared ray, curing of perfume and the oils of aromatherapy, anti-bacteria, herbs, medicines or the formula of negative ion to reduce people stress, and so on. The inner layer is made of warm-fiber fabric. Due to the combination, fats in a human body could be burn easily during exercise and the specific formula in the fabric could be absorbed through the skin or taking breath so that the garment could not only make people slim but also keep people's bodies health.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring together, and particularly to an elastic garment, which provides a purpose for making people slim and keeping people's body health.

2. Description of Related Art

How to make people not only long life but also healthy is a very important subject we have to face especially in the era entering the 21 ^stcentury. In order to bring enough foods with good nutrition to human, many experts have dedicated themselves to improve quantity and quality of the foods in the last few decades of 20^thcentury. Due to the change of eating habits and the development of new foods, there are many new diseases have been brought with. At the same time the average weight of people is 20% more than ever. If the children become too fat, sizes of cells in their bodies are very hard to be trimmed after they grow up so that they are infected by disease easily also. According to the authoritative reports, the achievement of the fat is lower than that of the slim very much and the out-looking of the fat always effect their own physically and psychologically also. Due to these reasons, the inventor has dedicated himself many years to make a new material could help people slim and keep their bodies health as well.

The inventor has worked in the field of garment fabrication for many years and understands what the users' need is very much so that the disadvantages of conventional products will be summarized hereinafter.

In the current markets, the vendors claim a kind of suit could help people slim. The middle layer of the suit is made of rubber sponge with a thickness ( 22) about 2 mm and the skin (21, 23) as well as the lining side belongs to a conventional fabric as shown in FIG. 5. After lamination, the thickness in all is about 3 mm, and the weight of the garment could be about 5 pounds. It is so heavy and it makes users hard to put on because of the stiffness of the rubber and the users always feel uncomfortable and hard to move during doing exercise. Even if it could help people to burn the extra fat, it's not a humanized wear.

It is a very good timing to make people healthy while they are doing exercise with taking deep breath and dripping wet sweat. The conventional slim suit is unable to make people healthier and it is why the inventor tries to develop a new material, which could help people to keep healthy and slim.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

During the latest decades, there are so many prescriptions for improving body health having been approved already. For instance, the effective results from the far-infrared ray, which is integrated in a garment, has been approved by Japanese experts and the application has been used by many people now. On the other hands, there are the curing of perfume, oils of aromatherapy, anti-bacteria, herbs, medicines, the formula of negative ion to reduce people's stress and so on. Further, the inventor attempts to help people to keep their body health during people trimming their weight.

In order to improve the forgoing shortcomings of the conventional slim garment, the present inventor has endeavored in a deeper investigation and has developed the present invention, which is simple in use with a reliable effect.

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a new material with much light and thin for fabricating a garment, which is about ⅓ weight and ⅙ thickness of the current product with much soft hand-touch.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring is composed of a skin layer ([0017] 11), a middle layer (12), and an inner layer (13).
The skin layer ([0018] 11) is made of high-stretch material such as polyurethane (PU) or thermal polyurethane (TPU) and the thickness thereof is about 0.02-0.05 mm with low abrasion, super-stretch, water proof, softness, lightness and high strength. The most important thing is the new material will never contaminate the environment but the neoprene rubber used in a conventional garment for body slimming does.
The middle layer ([0019] 12) is an additive such as vitamin, the powder of far-infrared ray, the curing of perfume, the oils of aromatherapy, anti-bacteria, herbs, medicines, negative ion to reduce people's stress, and so on.
The inner layer ([0020] 13) is made of stretch-warm fabric and the purpose thereof is to hold the warmth, and help people to perspire quickly. The elongation of fabric has to cooperate with the other layers so that how to collect the most suitable inner fabric relies on different usage. The application fields of the present invention are very wide, which include the suit for gymnastic dancer, wet suit, diving suit, swimming wear, SPA wear, slim suit and so on. The inventor is aware of the disadvantages of conventional slim wear very much, and has spent many years on making a new material to overcome the disadvantages. The garment made with present invention has been tried on many people and the responses are very well so that the present invention is very valuable for people.
While the invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that modifications or variations maybe easily made without departing from the spirit of this invention that is defined by the appended claims. The new material has been tested by many experiences and the responses by feedback are very nice. Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring, comprises a skin layer, a middle layer and a inner layer; characterized in that

the skin layer has low abrasion, super-stretch, water-proof, softness, lightness, high-strength, and never contaminating the environment;

the middle layer is an additive to keep people's bodies more healthy; and

the inner layer is stretch-warm fabric to keep people's body warm, and help people to perspire quickly.

2. The material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring defined in claim 1, wherein the material of skin layer could be polyurethane (PU) or thermal polyurethane (TPU) or artificial leather.

3. The material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring defined in claim 1, wherein the inner layer is made of stretch-warm fabric and the purpose thereof is to keep warmth and help people perspiring quickly.

4. The material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring defined in claim 1, wherein the middle layer is an additive such as vitamin, the powder of far-infrared ray, the curing of perfume, oils of aromatherapy, anti-bacteria, herbs, medicines, negative ion for reducing people's stress, avoiding pregnancy and so on.

5. The material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring defined in claim 1, wherein the skin layer could be laminated with inner layer directly.

6. The material structure of a stretch garment for body slimming and health caring defined in claim 1, wherein the additive of the middle layer could be coated over the inner layer directly.
