IMPROVEMENT IN FEED-WATER HEATERS FOR STEAM-BOILERS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 126,988, dated May 21, 1872.
Specification describing anew and Improved Heater for Steam-Boilers, invented by JOSEPH RODGERS, of Glarington, in the county ofMonroe and State of Ohio.
Figure 1 represents a front view of my improved heater. Fig. 2 is a vertical transverse section of the same on the line 0 c, Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a detail top view of the same.

This invention has for its object to economize fuel in the heating of water in steamboilers, and to insure a more thorough result from the heat. It consists in a novel system of circulation, as hereinafter more fully described.
