Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen von transformierten Steuerdaten zum Steuern eines Werkzeugs (130) an einer Werkzeugmaschine (100) zum Bearbeiten eines in ein Einspannmittel (120) der Werkzeugmaschine (100) eingespannten Werkstücks (200) durch Zerspanen, mit dem Verfahrensschritt Bestimmen von Steuerdaten, die angeben, welche erste Werkzeugbahn durch das Werkzeug (130) der Werkzeugmaschine (100) mit welcher ersten Werkzeugorientierung (W01) zum Bearbeiten des eingespannten Werkstücks (200) abzufahren ist, wenn das Werkstück (200) entsprechend eines Einspannsituation-Sollzustands, der einen Sollzustand einer Einspannsituation des in das Einspannmittel (120) eingespannten Werkstücks (200) angibt, in das Einspannmittel (120) eingespannt ist, gekennzeichnet durch die weiteren Verfahrensschritte Ermitteln eines Einspannsituation-Istzustands, der einen tatsächlichen Istzustand der Einspannsituation des in das Einspannmittel (120) eingespannten Werkstücks (200) angibt, Ermitteln einer Einspannsituation-Abweichung zwischen dem Einspannsituation-Istzustand und dem Einspannsituations-Sollzustand, die eine Abweichung zwischen dem Einspannsituation-Istzustand und dem Einspannsituations-Sollzustand angibt, und Erzeugen von transformierten Steuerdaten durch Ausführen einer Transformation zumindest eines Teils der bestimmten Steuerdaten in Abhängigkeit der ermittelten Einspannsituation-Abweichung, wobei die transformierten Steuerdaten angeben, welche zweite Werkzeugbahn durch das Werkzeug (130) der Werkzeugmaschine (100) mit welcher zweiten Werkzeugorientierung zum Bearbeiten des eingespannten Werkstücks (200) abzufahren ist, wenn das Werkstück (200) entsprechend des ermittelten Einspannsituation-Istzustands mit der bestimmten Einspannsituation-Abweichung in das Einspannmittel (120) eingespannt ist.
