Aus diesem Grunde werden die Weinfässer in der Regel nach wenigen Nutzungen durch neue Fässer ersetzt, was sehr kostenintensiv ist.Oak barrels for storing wine lose their aroma power from use to use. Dazu kommt eine Strahlapparatur zum Einsatz, die eine an einer Trägerkonstruktion (12) zum Aufsetzen der Vorrichtung im Bereich eines Spundloches (13) vertikal beweglich angeordnete Strahldüse (3) aufweist. Nach Einführen der Strahldüse (3) in das Innere des Fasses (14) durch das Spundloch (13) kann die gesamte Innenoberfläche des Fasses (14) mit Trockeneisstrahlen beaufschlagt werden. Die Strahldüse (3) weist dazu vorzugsweise einen verschwenkbaren Düsenkopf (6) auf, der manuell oder motorgetrieben bewegt werden kann.
