Abstract
Cet indicateur (7) évite les erreurs systématiques dues à des arrondis. Le nombre de dents (d) du pignon (10) est égal à une puissance de deux, par exemple à seize, de telle sorte que, quel que soit le nombre de dents (D) de la couronne (4), le rapport de réduction (R = D/d) soit un nombre décimal possédant un nombre fini de décimales. La valeur exacte de ce rapport (R) peut ainsi être introduite dans un calculateur (12), pour déterminer le nombre de tours effectué par la flèche à partir du nombre de tours mesuré par le capteur (8). L'invention est applicable aux grues à tour et aux grues à flèche relevable. This indicator (7) avoids systematic errors due to rounding. It comprises an angular sensor (8) driven in rotation by means of a pinion (10) which meshes with a ring gear (4) belonging to the rotation mechanism of the crane. The number of teeth (d) of the pinion (10) is equal to a power of two, for example to sixteen, so that, whatever the number of teeth (D) of the crown (4), the ratio of reduction (R = D / d) is a decimal number with a finite number of decimals. The exact value of this ratio (R) can thus be introduced into a computer (12), to determine the number of revolutions made by the arrow from the number of revolutions measured by the sensor (8). The invention is applicable to tower cranes and luffing jib cranes.
