Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flashlight, in which as Illuminant LEDs are used.
Recently, it is due to the development of one blue LEDs have subsequently become possible, including white LEDs train. The robustness and the lower energy consumption of white LEDs compared to conventional light bulbs or Halogen lights have an increased use of white or blue LED's in flashlights. there Such LEDs usually have different external dimensions and connection formats than the usual flashlight bulbs on. Hence the need for usually new housings for the use of white LEDs have to be developed and a new one if necessary Flashlight must be bought.
The invention is therefore based on the object To create flashlight that offers the opportunity as Retrofit lamps or LED's if necessary conventional light sources or the new LED's einzusetzten.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen
können den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 15 entnommen
werden. This task is solved with a flashlight
with the features of
The fact that with a white LED with the characteristics of Claim 1 a connector between the lamp and the power supply is switched, at least in Is essentially the same as a lamp holder is the first an adapter element has been created that enables a lamp head with integrated LEDs in connection with to use a shaft piece that was previously in connection with conventional lamps was used. The usually insoluble with such a shaft piece connected batteries can therefore also be connected in the future can be used with the new illuminant. Even if one completely new flashlight is purchased, the customer the possibility of an existing shaft piece to continue to use as a removable battery.
In an advantageous embodiment, one is in the lamp head Connector incorporated, which is essentially a includes coaxial ring electrode, the structure of which is essentially corresponds to a conventional lamp holder.
This connector is on a printed circuit board, the has two electrically isolated areas with the or connected to the illuminants. The advantage of such a flat circuit board is that the parallel connection several lamps is possible at the same time.
In another advantageous development are in the Lamp head integrates several white LEDs that are concentric are arranged to an imaginary central axis.
The white LEDs are on a lamp holder attached. Ideally, the LED's with this Illuminate the lamp support platform immediately, so that a robust lamp holder is given, which in their durability and insensitivity conventional Lamp holders is far superior.
The lamp head is on the of the shaft piece opposite side of a transparent cover preferably made of plexiglass. Such one Conclusion prevents foreign matter from entering the Lamp head and thus contributes to an improved durability the lamp especially under difficult environmental conditions at.
The The number of lenses preferably corresponds to the number of the LEDs integrated in the lamp head.
The lenses are inclined towards one another in the sense of bundling, so that the beam axes of the lenses are bundled.
The inclination of the lenses is ideally selected as a function of the distance of the illuminants from the lenses or their focal plane.
One is preferred within the shaft housing Multi-cell nickel metal hydride battery for power supply the illuminant integrated. Such nickel-metal hydride batteries have in the preferred application here frequent recharging as robust and durable proven durable.
For recharging the integrated in the shaft housing The battery is on the end facing away from the lamp head of the shaft housing a charging plug is provided. By means of the The plug contact arranged on this side can be used for the batteries can be charged in a conventional household socket.

Der Lampenkopf 2 besteht gemäß der nicht maßstäblichen
Schnittdarstellung und Detailansicht in Fig. 2 im
Wesentlichen aus einer Kunststoffeinfassung 11, die auf der
von dem Schaftstück abgewandten Stirnseite eine transparente
Plexiglasabdeckung 12 einfaßt. The
In diese transparente Plexiglasabdeckungen 12 sind
bikonvexe Linsen 13 eingelassen.

The

The
Another advantage is the lower energy consumption of the white LEDs compared to conventional halogen lamps.
The

Der vorstehend beschriebenen Lampenkopf 2 kann aufgrund des
Aufbaus des Anschlußstücks 17, wie bereits erwähnt, ohne
weiteres mit einem herkömmlichen Schaftstück 3 verbunden
werden. Vorstehend ist somit eine Taschenlampe 1 mit einem
Lampenkopf 2 zur Nachrüstung bestehender Schaftstücke 3
beschrieben, die bei einer höheren Lichtausbeute einen
geringeren Energiebedarf aufweist. The
