By using a timer or a timer, for example, the Users perform their training at specific intervals, the length of which is determined by the Timers / timers are specified or signaled to him. The display of the captured Training course, i.e. Time intervals, pulse rate, etc., can be done using a speech generator and preferably additionally via a device for generating a visual signal respectively. For example, a light-emitting diode is provided which contains the verbal information and Supplement and support information for the user. Alternatively, there is a display provided that is integrated, for example, in glasses (such as sunglasses) that the User wears to visually inform the user of the current condition.
The microcomputer / microprocessor receives the detected training history signal, i.e. the signal corresponding to the detected parameters, and causes this to occur in appropriate training information is converted and sent to a signal device, such as a speech generator, for verbally informing the user of the recorded parameters is transmitted.
