Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Thermocyclervorrichtung zur Durchführung chemischer und biologischer Reaktionen und ein Verfahren zum Ansteuern der Thermocyclervorrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäße Thermocyclervorrichtung weist einen Basiskörper auf, an dem zum Aufnehmen eines oder mehrerer nach oben offener Reaktionsgefäße ein Aufnahmebereich ausgebildet ist. Zum Schließen des Aufnahmebereichs des Basiskörpers ist ein Deckel vorgesehen. Federelemente sind derart an der Thermocyclervorrichtung angeordnet, daß der Deckel und das bzw. die Reaktionsgefäße aneinander gedrückt werden können, und die Reaktionsgefäße unmittelbar vom Deckel oder mittels einer Zwischenlage abgeschlossen werden.The invention relates to a thermal cycler device for carrying out chemical and biological reactions and a method for driving the thermal cycler device.
