Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines verbundartigen Informationsträgers mit einer oberen und einer unteren Deckschicht (2, 4) und einer mittleren Zwischenschicht (6), die zwei in Längsrichtung (8) durchgehende parallele Trennschlitze (10, 12) aufweist, so dass eine in Längsrichtung (8) bewegbare Schieberzunge (18) gebildet ist, wobei die Informationen über einen durchsichtigen Abschnitt in der Deckschicht einsehbar sind; um das Verfahren wirtschaftlich ausführen zu können, umfasst es die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
  • Bereitstellen von die obere und die untere Deckschicht (2, 4) bildenden Bogen (22, 24) und eines die Zwischenschicht (6) bildenden Bogens (20),
  • Einbringen mehrerer in Längsrichtung (8) hintereinander verlaufender, miteinander fluchtender und durch einen Steg (28) unterbrochener Trennschlitze (26) in mehreren parallelen Reihen in die Zwischenschicht (6),
  • geschichtetes Anordnen und Verbinden der Bögen (20, 22, 24) in Bereichen (34) außerhalb der parallelen eine jeweilige Schieberzunge (18) begrenzenden Trennschlitze (10, 12, 26),
  • Schneiden des so gebildeten Schichtverbunds derart, dass der einen Informationsträger quer zur Längsrichtung (8) begrenzende Schnitt (42) jeweils dessen Trennschlitze (10, 12, 26) schneidet, so dass die Anbindung der Schieberzunge (18) an den die Zwischenschicht (6) bildenden Bogen (20) gelöst wird.
