Höschen dieser Art sind aus der DE-OS 19 57 976 und DE-OS 30 04 469 bekannt. Sie werden, wie in diesen Veröffentlichungen beschrieben, vorzugsweise aus fortlaufenden Wirkwarenbahnen aneinanderhängend erzeugt und durch Abtrennen einzelner Höschen von den Wirkwarenbahnen fertiggestellt. Sie dienen insbesondere zur Fixierung von Windeleinlagen im medizinischen Bereich in postoperativen Situationen sowie als Hilfsmittel beim Problem der Inkontinenz. Durch gestrichelte Trennlinien 10 ist angedeutet, daß die doppelbreiten Seitennähte 3 quer zur Längsrichtung der Wirkwarenbahnen 1, 2 zum Abtrennen einzelner Höschen mechanisch mittig getrennt werden. In Figur 2 sind zwei Höschen 22 dargestellt, die ebenfalls aus zwei deckungsgleichen Wirkwarenbahnen 1, 2 hergestellt sind, deren Herstellrichtung in Längsrichtung der Bahn, d. h. von einem Höschen zum nächsten erfolgt. Diese sind ebenfalls rapportartig quer zur Herstellrichtung in doppelbreiten Seitennähten 3 ineinandergewirkt. Weiterhin sind die Bahnen 1, 2 an den unteren Kanten 4, 5 miteinander verbunden, wobei in einem Abstand von diesen beiden Kanten die eine der Bahnen 1 Schlitze zur Darstellung von Beinlöchern 6 aufweist. Der dazwischenliegende Zwickelbereich 7 ergibt sich hierbei ohne weiteres aus dem Material der oberen Wirkwarenbahn 1.In Figure 2, two
In Figur 3 ist ein einzelner Höschen 21 in der Art nach Figur 1 dargestellt, an dem die Körpereintrittsöffnung 11, die Beinöffnungen 6 sowie der Zwickel 7 erkennbar sind. Die Körpereintrittsöffnung 11 und die Beinöffnungen 6 reichen jeweils bis an die Seitennähte 3 heran. Sie sind jedoch in einem den Nähten 3 benachbarten seitlichen Bereich jeweils im wesentlichen verschlossen durch jeweils zwei Reihen von Verbindungsstellen 12, 13. Diese Verbindungsstellen sind so angeordnet, daß die einzelnen Verbindungsstellen innerhalb der Reihen näher aneinanderliegen als die Reihen zueinander. Damit wird bei Beginn des Reissens einzelner Verbindungsstellen 12 in den inneliegenden Reihen jeweils die in dieser Reihe benachbarte Verbindungsstelle höher belastet als die in der Nähe liegenden Befestigungsstellen 13 in außenliegenden Reihen. Beim vollständigen Reißen sämtlicher Befestigungsstellen 12 der ersten Reihe nimmt das Höschen eine erste nächste Größe an; beim vollständigen Reißen aller Befestigungsstellen 13 der zweiten Reihen 12 nimmt das Höschen die maximale durch die Seitennähte 3 vorgegebene Größe an.In Figure 3, a
In Figur 4 ist ein Höschen 22 der in Figur 2 dargestellten Art gezeigt, wobei auch hier die Körpereintrittsöffnung 11 und die Beinöffnungen 6 sowie der dazwischenliegende Zwickelbereich 7 erkennbar sind. Die Körpereintrittsöffnung 11 und die Beinöffnungen 6 reichen bis an die Seitennähte 3 heran, sind jedoch in einem Bereich parallel zu den Seitennähten 3 im wesentlichen noch verschlossen. Dies wird bewirkt durch rasterartig angeordnete Befestigungsstellen 14, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel gleichmäßig voneinander entfernt sind. Beim Anziehen der Hose können sich hierbei die Verbindungsstellen 14 belastungsabhängig auftrennen, so daß beispielsweise die innerhalb einer ersten gestrichelten Linie a liegenden Befestigungsstellen wie links dargestellt aufreißen oder alle innerhalb einer zweiten gestrichelten Linie b wie rechts dargestellt liegenden Befestigungsstellen aufreißen, so daß sich die Anpassung des Höschens an bestimmte Anatomien wie Breithüftigkeit (a) oder Dickbäuchigkeit (b) ergibt. Die Körpereintrittsöffnung 11 und die Beinöffnungen 6 vergrößern sich in ihrem wirksamen Querschnitt entsprechend.A
Die Anordnung der Befestigungsstellen in der Figur 3 kann auch Anwendung bei einem Höschen nach Figur 4 finden und umgekehrt die Anordnung der Befestigungsstellen gemäß Figur 4 bei einem Höschen 11 nach Figur 3. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
