Erfindungsgemäß weist diese Auskleidung 4 einen nach innen vorstehenden, umlaufenden Auflagerand 5 auf. Oberhalb dieses Auflagerands 5 ist ein Haltekragen 18 an die Auskleidung 4 angeformt, der auf die Bordur 12 des Behälters 1 aufgesetzt ist und der durch eine in den Zwischenraum zwischen Bordur 12 und Nut 11 eingesetzte Dichtung 3 elastisch gehalten wird. Die Dichtung 3 kann fest mit der Nut 11 des Deckels 2 verbunden sein. Die Abdeckung 6, die vorzugsweise ebenfalls aus den gleichen Kunststoffarten besteht, ist auf den Auflagerand 5 aufgelegt und wird durch den Deckel 2 in dieser Lage gehalten.Figure 1 shows a cylindrical container 1, in which the border of the container edge 12 is approximately circular in cross section. Claims (5)

  1. An inliner for a container to be sealed by a lid, comprising thin walled flexible plastics, the upper edge of said inliner being provided with a retaining collar overlapping outwards, characterized in that below the retaining collar (18) a seating edge (5) sealing circumferentially and protruding inwards is provided on which a cover (6) rests.
  2. The container inliner according to claim 1, characterized in that the seating edge (5) sealing circumferentially is formed by a flange-like internally located connection seam (8) between the retaining collar (18) and the inliner (4).
  3. The container inliner according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (6) is non-detachably connected to the seating edge (5).
  4. The container inliner according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (6) is capable of being pressed onto the seating edge (5) by a protrusion (20) provided at the lower edge of the lid (2) of the container.
  5. The container inliner according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (6) is capable of being pressed into the seating edge (5) by a groove-shaped protrusion (19) provided at its lower edge.
