Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Steckernetzgerät zur Stromversorgung elektrischer Geräte mit einer Niederspannung, dessen Gehäuse mit einem Netzstecker und einer Leiterplatte versehen ist, welches die elektrischen Bauteile zur Erzeugung einer Niederspannung für die Stromversorgung eines über ein Verbindungskabel anschließbaren elektrischen Gerätes aufweist.The invention relates to a plug-in power supply for power supply of electrical devices with a low voltage, the housing of which is provided with a power plug and a printed circuit board which has the electrical components for generating a low voltage for the power supply of an electrical device which can be connected via a connecting cable.

In verstärktem Umfang finden elektrische Geräte Verwendung, die für eine Stromversorgung mit Niederspannung durch ein besonderes Netzsteckgerät eingerichtet sind. Hierzu gehören auch elektrische Geräte mit Akkumulatoren, die mit Hilfe eines Steckernetzgerätes aufgeladen werden. Die hierfür bekannten Steckernetzgeräte bestehen aus einem Gehäuse, welches die elektrischen bzw. elektronischen Bauteile enthält, die für die Stromversorgung eines über ein Verbindungskabel anschließbaren elektrischen Gerätes erforderlich sind. Außerdem sind am Gehäuse in eine Netzsteckdose einsteckbare Steckerstifte fest angebracht. Da in den verschiedenen Ländern, z. B. Deutschland, Großbritannien, USA, Australien usw. unterschiedliche Netzsteckerstandards in Anwendung sind, müssen solche Steckernetzgeräte in verschiedenen, den Länderstandards entsprechenden Ausführungen hergestellt und angeboten werden. Das hat zur Folge, daß beim Mitführen mobiler elektrischer Geräte, z. B. Laptop-Computer, Videorecorder, Mobiltelefone usw. auf Reisen durch solche Länder ein jeweils geeignetes Steckernetzgerät für die Stromversorgung benötigt wird. Die bekannten Adapter mit einem geeigneten Netzstecker und einer Kupplungsdose für das Gerät sind für Steckernetzgeräte in der Regel ungeeignet, weil der Stecker des Steckernetzgerätes nicht in die Netzdose paßt und das Steckernetzgerät infolge seines Gewichts aus der Kupplungslage leicht herauskippt. Das gilt auch für den aus GB 15 95 897 bekannten, mit festen Steckerstiften versehenen Adapter, der eine Leiterplatte für die elektronischen Bauteile einer einen Stromausfall anzeigenden Warnvorrichtung aufweist und von dem ebenfalls eine der Vielfalt der Länderstandards entsprechende Anzahl Typen benötigt wird.Electrical devices that are set up for a low-voltage power supply by means of a special mains plug device are being used to an increasing extent. Dem Stecker zugeordnete Federkontakte kommen in der eingeschwenkten Lage mit Flächenkontakten in Berührung, an welche die Batteriepole angeschlossen sind. Der Stecker dieser elektrischen Geräte paßt jedoch nur in eine, einem Länderstandard entsprechende Netzsteckdose, so daß die elektrischen Geräte ebenfalls in verschiedenen, den Länderstandards entsprechenden Ausführungen gefertigt und vertrieben werden müssen. Anderseits ist aus US 48 15 983 ein Netzstecker für ein Stromkabel bekannt, bei dem die Steckerstifte an einem auswechselbaren Adapterteil befestigt sind und verschiedene, einem Länderstandard entsprechende Adapterteile zur Verfügung stehen, die wahlweise in das Steckergehäuse und darin angeordnete Anschlußstifte einsteckbar sind. Das Adaptergehäuse 18, ebenfalls aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff gefertigt, ist mit zwei Steckerstiften 19 versehen, die bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 8 und 9 als sogenannter Euro-Stecker ausgebildet sind. Diese sind jeweils mit einer Kontaktfeder 20 verbunden, die im Inneren des Adaptergehäuses derart angeordnet ist, daß im zusammengesteckten Zustand die Kontaktfedern 20 gegen die Kontaktflächen 8 der Leiterplatte 6 zur Anlage kommen. Ähnlich wie bei dem Verschlußdeckel 10 ist auch das Adaptergehäuse 18 mit einer Innenwand 12, einer Querwand 13 und einem Schlitz 14 versehen. Bauähnlich ist auch die Ausführung eines Schnappschenkels 15, der im zusammengesteckten Zustand über die Nase 16 des Steckergehäuses 1 greift. Das Netzkabel 24 ist mit den Kontaktfedern 20 leitend verbunden, welche ebenfalls derart in den Innenraum des Adaptergehäuses 23 ragen, das im aufgesteckten Zustand eine Anlage gegen die Kontaktflächen der Leiterplatte 6 stattfindet. Claims (7)
