Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a luminaire with a rod-shaped, in particular horizontally arranged light source with concave-curved side reflectors extending from below to above it on both longitudinal sides of the light source, between which a light outlet opening is formed in the housing below the light source, a dimming body being arranged below the light source is.
Such a lamp is already known from German patent application 36 05 226.4. In this known luminaire, the anti-glare body consists of a strip-shaped flat material which has a large number of light exit openings in its surface. This dimming body is intended in particular to ensure dimming in the longitudinal direction of light emitted by the light source. However, the light output of the luminaire is adversely affected by the screen-like design of the dimming body, and reflections in the longitudinal direction also continue to occur.
The present invention has for its object, starting from a lamp of the type described above, to improve them in such a way that both an optimal suppression of the emerging light beams in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction is achieved, and the luminous efficacy of the luminaire is only slightly influenced. At the same time, cost-effective production should be guaranteed.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the anti-glare body consists of highly translucent material and at least partially encompasses the light source circumferentially, and consists of a sheet-like or thin-walled material, and has a prism structure made of prisms running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing on its surface facing the light exit opening. Advantageously, the peripheral angle of the anti-glare body is such that no light can enter the side reflectors directly from the light source.
The light deflection achieved by the masking body according to the invention causes both a masking in the transverse direction and a masking in the longitudinal direction of the light beams emerging from the light source in such a way that there is no glare by reflecting the light source in the side reflectors or any front reflectors that may be present.
- Fig. 1
- einen Querschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Leuchte,
- Fig. 2
- eine Ansicht gemäß dem Schnitt II - II in Fig. 1
- Fig. 3

- Fig. 2
- a view according to section II - II in Fig. 1st
- Fig. 3
- 2 shows a longitudinal section through an inventive lamp according to FIG. 1.
Concave, in particular parabolic,
Below the
Instead of, as shown in FIG. 1, arranging a film forming the
The solution according to the invention is based on the fact that a pre-calculated combination of refraction and total reflection ensures that the light is deflected from certain angular ranges in order to avoid the risk of glare. The optical structure according to the invention consists of clear material, i.e. it is a material that allows light to pass through, so that the luminaire according to the invention is highly efficient.
