Abstract

The flower has a flexible stem (7,24) which supports an artificial corolla (1) simulating a face with large spectacles (2) secured by an elastic band (3), above a bow tie (4) and pairs of arms and legs in the guise of leaves (6), with a musical instrument (5). Sounds picked up by a microphone (22) when switched-on (21) are converted (18) into electrical pulses which drive a motor (9) and gearing (10,14,15,17), causing the stem (7) to gyrate in synchronism with the sounds.

Claims
