Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drain device intended for use on a site, in particular in an underground mine or in an underground site.
- the object of the present invention is to avoid these drawbacks by providing a drain device which makes it possible to quickly and effectively purge a rock wall, in particular after firing an explosive.
- the striking head has substantially the shape of an ellipsoid flattened.
- the cells have a substantially frustoconical shape, and they are hollowed out radially around the axis of revolution of the ellipsoid, which geometric axis corresponds with the longitudinal axis of the tool and the hammer pneumatic.
- each frustoconical cell is arranged radially, substantially in the equatorial plane of the flattened ellipsoid.
- the shape of the striking head makes it possible both to optimize its contact surface with the rock, and on the other hand, to best concentrate the energy of percussion, by reduction of mechanical inertia in areas that do not support the maximum of the impact stresses.
- the pole 3 can have a length of the order of two to three meters. It carries a supply of compressed air from a flexible pipe 5.
- the lower part of the pole 3 constitutes a handle 6, which the user 7 grasps with one of his hands 8.
- a trigger 9 remotely controlling the operation of the pneumatic hammer 2.
- the striking tool consists of the part 4, the rod 10 of which is surmounted by an enlarged head 11.
- the latter is made of metal, in one piece with the rod 10.
- the head 11 has the general shape of a flattened ellipsoid of revolution around the geometric axis 12 common to the head 11 and to the rod 10.
- This head 11 is lightened by the presence of cells 13.
- Each of these has a substantially frustoconical shape converging towards the center 14.
- the longitudinal axis 15 of each of the cells 13 is substantially arranged in the equatorial plane 16 of the ellipsoid of revolution.
- the rod 10 is preferably equipped, at mid-length with a flange 17, of a type known per se, intended to cooperate with the shifting spring 18 which protrudes, as usual, at the top of the hammer pneumatic 2.
- the invention allows the user to optimize the efficiency of the trap, by means of a very simple operation which corresponds to a natural gesture. It suffices for him, in effect, to push the pole 3 more or less strongly against the block 21, to vary both the frequency and the amplitude of the shocks exerted by the head 4. These shock waves generated by the pneumatic hammer make up , in the fault, a resultant "wave mass" which returns in resonance with the generator, which causes the separation of the blocks. It will be noted that these advantages can be obtained on rocks of very diverse natures, in particular, in particular, because of the special honeycomb structure of the striking head 4.
- Shock wave purging consists in generating an energy of variable amplitude and frequency, so as to compose, in fault 23, a resonant wave mass, which is amplified by the accumulation of energy.
- the increase in the amplitude of a vibration (or shock waves) in the fault is therefore the result of a circuit in resonance with the period or the frequency imposed by the generator.
- the shock wave 22 emitted by the hammer 2 is composed with the wave 24 reflected in return and of the same frequency.
- the shock wave energy generated in the fault 23 resonates with the hammer 2, until the block 21 detaches.
Description
- ― un marteau pneumatique;
- ― un marteau pneumatique 2;
- ― une perche de support 3;
