Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Druckbehälter (3) mit Auslaßventil (4), insbesondere Spraydosen, die ein Treib­ gas enthalten. Auf einem den Auslaßkanal (10) des Auslaufven­ tils bildenden Kunststoffkörper (5) mit einem endseitigen Dichtungsflansch (6) ist hierbei eine Durchführungshülse (7) auf­ gesetzt, die einerseits der Lagerung des Kunststoffkör­ pers (5) in dem Druckbehälter dient und andererseits die Ab­ dichtung des Auslaßkanals (10) mit einer axialen Stirnfläche (14) im Zusammenwirken mit dem Dichtungsflansch (6) des Kunst­ stoffkörpers vornimmt. Zur Gewährleistung einer zuverläs­ sigen Langzeitdichtung unabhängig von Umgebungseinflüssen weist die Dichtungsfläche (15) des Dichtungsflansches des Kunststoffkörpers ein Ringformelement (16), insbesondere eine Ringkante bzw. einen Ringvorsprung auf, der unter erhöh­ ter Flächenpressung elastisch in eine Dichtungsgegenflä­ che, die Stirnfläche der gummielastischen Durchführungs­ hülse eingreift. Eine Lageveränderng des Kunststoffkör­ pers (5) gegenüber der Durchführungshülse (7) führt zu gegensei­ tigen Relativbewegungn im Bereich des ringförmigen Dich­ tungssitzes, so daß das mit dem Spraymaterial vermischte Treibgas durch das Ventil hindurch nach außen treten kann.
