Die Erfindung betrifft einen auf Lenk- und Laufrollen abgestützten, in einer Horizontalebene bewegbaren Förderbehälter.The invention relates to a conveying container which is supported on steering and running rollers and can be moved in a horizontal plane.
Beim Transport von verschiedenartigem Fördergut, beispielsweise Postgut oder Kleingepäck, werden mit Lenk-und Laufrollen versehene Förderbehälter benutzt, die gitterartige Seitenwandungen besitzen und eine ebene Unterfläche, an der die Lenk- und Laufrollen angeordnet sind. Bei Verwendung derartiger Förderbehälter tritt beim Einsatz im Massengutverkehr, wie Post und Paketsendungen sowie bei Luftfrachtgütern, die Forderung auf, nicht nur die in diesen Förderbehältern beinhalteten Gepäckstücke allein, sondern auch die gesamten Förderbehälter auf weiterführenden Förderstraßen zu bewegen. Hierbei tritt der beachtliche Nachteil der Abstützung dieser Förderbehälter auf Lenk- und Laufrollen in Erscheinung und zwar dergestalt, daß bei einer Weiterbeförderung dieser Förderbehälter durch einen weiteren Förderer zufolge der Lenk-und Laufrollen jeder Förderbehälter eine beliebige eigene Bewegungsbahn beschreibt, was eine Förderung derartiger Behälter ausschließt.When using such conveying containers, when used in bulk goods transport, such as mail and parcel shipments as well as for air freight, the requirement arises not only to move the items of luggage contained in these conveying containers alone, but also to move the entire conveying containers on further conveying routes. Versuche, durch Arretierung der Lenk- und Laufrollen einen sicheren Transport auf weiterführenden Förderern zu ermöglichen, schlugen bisher fehl, da hierdurch ein beachtlicher Zeitaufwand zwangsläufig erforderlich ist, der den Umschlag des gesamten Fördergutes beachtlich verzögert, wenn nicht unmöglich macht. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, auf Lenk- und Laufrollen abgestützte Förderbehälter für Förderstrecken und Speicher verwendbar zu machen, ohne zusätzliche Abstütz- und Arretiermittel, für die Lenk- und Laufräder vorzusehen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß am Förderbehälterboden zusätzlich Kufen angeordnet sind, die einen offenen Tragrahmen bilden. Hierdurch wird in vorteilhafter Weise die Möglichkeit geschaffen, die unkontrollierbaren Bewegungen der Förderbehälter auf den Lenk-und Laufrollen auszuschalten, da der Förderbehälter selbst auf einem Rahmen aufsitzt, wobei dieser Rahmen nunmehr über eine weitere Förderbahn, beispielsweise eine Bundrollenbahn, ohne zusätzliche Arretier- und Abstützmittel transportiert werden kann.Attempts to secure safe transport on further conveyors by locking the swivel and castors have so far failed because this inevitably requires a considerable amount of time, which considerably delays, if not impossible, the handling of the entire conveyed goods. Gemäß der Erfindung wird weiter vorgeschlagen, daß die Forderbehälter an den Kufen kuppelbar sind.
