Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht im wesentlichen darin. daß das Pessar

Hüllrohr sind so angebracht, daß sie wohl in die im Pessar befindlichen Versenkungen
eingreifen, aber den Körper beim Einschieben des Pessars nicht beschädigen können.
Das Pessar ist mit einer kammerartigen Erweiterung versehen, welche mit Hilfe rles
Pumpenrohres und des Pumpenkolbens zur Aufnahme eines Klappenventil geeignet ist.
Das Klappenventil ist mit einer Öse und der Pumpenkolben mit einem hakenähnlichen,
-in die letztere einschiebbaren Ansatz versehen, mit dessen Hilfe sich das Ventil,
während das Pessar im Körper steckt, aus der Kammer herausnehmen läßt. Das Pumpenrohr
hat an seinem Einführungsende außen Rechtsgewinde zum Anschluß an das Pessar oder
auch an den Verschlußschieber, innen Linksgewinde zum Einschrauben eines Spritzenmundstückes.
Das in das Pumpenrohr eingesetzte Spritzenmundstück reicht nach dem Einsetzen des
Rohres in den Verschlußschieber durch die Kammer bis dicht an den verengten Kanal
des Pessarschaftes, so daß dieser Kanal eine ununterbrochene Verlängerung .des Spritzenmundstückes

besteht aus einem mit Kopf a versehenen Rohr b mit Pessarscheibe c.
Der Pessarkopf a hat seitliche Bohrungen d, während der Schaft
b eine Längsbohrung aufweist. Der durchbohrte Schaft b besitzt eine kammerartige
Erweiterung e, in welche ein Ventil f einsetzbar ist. Dieses Ventil hat an der federbelasteten
Klappe g eine Öse h, in welche der Haken i
eines Pumpenkolbens h eingreifen
kann; letzterer ist im Pumpenrohr l längsverschiebbar und zu diesem Zweck mit einem
Handgriff
m versehen. Über dem Kolben n sitzt der Haken i, der
so ausgebildet ist, daß durch eine kleine Drehung ein Eingriff in die Öse h erfolgt
und das Ventil f aus der Kammer e in das Pumpenrohr 1 gezogen werden kann.
Das Pumpenrohr L ist innen mit Zinks-und außen mit Rechtsgewinde versehen. Mit dem
Außenrechtsgewinde wird es in den Verschlußschieber o eingeschraubt. Dieser Schieber
ist in schwalbenschwanzähnlicher Führung, welche in die Pessarscheibe c eingelassen
ist, eingesetzt und besitzt eine öffnung p, welche ebenfalls mit Gewinde- zum Einschrauben
des Pumpenrohres l versehen ist. Durch Verschieben des Verschlußschiebers o kann
man die beiden Öffnungen voneinander trennen und dadurch den Raum e nach außen abschließen.
Um ein Einsetzen des Pumpenrohres ohne Beschädigung des Körpers durch Drehen des
Pessars zu ermöglichen, kann man, wie aus Abb. 4 zu ersehen ist, ein Hüllrohr q
benutzen, dessen zwei Stifte in entsprechende Versenkungen r der Pessarplatte c
eingreifen. Zur Drehung mit dem Pumpenkolben k, welche zum Zwecke der Herausnahme
des Klappenventils f ausgeführt werden muß, genügt das Festhalten des Pumpenrohres
l mit einer Hand. Das Innenlinksgewinde des Pumpenrohres dient zum Einsetzen eines

der rechten Hand mit Pumpenkolben k das Ventil f langsam durch das Pumpenrohr 1,
bis das Ventil f in der Kammer e ist. Man kann Arzneimittel einführen,
schiebt den Schie'-er o in geschlossene Stellung und hat somit einen doppelten Verschluß,
um die eingeführten Arzneimittel beliebig lange im Körper zu belassen. Nach gewünschter
Zeit wird der Schieber o in Offenstellung geschoben, das Ventil f entfernt und jetzt
