Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for making out Picking papers and for bringing in the completed Papers in picking containers that are computer controlled Automated picking warehouse run and thereby output from the picking machines, General cargo belonging to a picking order collect, where you can control each one order associated picking papers at a paper transfer station made out with a printer and upon arrival of the order assigned picking container at the paper handover station into the picking container. Among the "Picking papers" are any papers with the Understand information related to the picking order so z. B. Delivery notes, picking instructions, correction notes, error reports, checklists, invoices or the like. The "picking papers" for an order can consist of one or more sheets.
In highly developed industrial nations, order picking is required techniques always higher, technically difficult to fulfill Meet requirements. So on the one hand because of the constantly awake variety of offers send an ever increasing number of articles be kept ready. For example, it is currently in the Wholesale of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemicals for assortments of tens of thousands of articles. Secondly, commissioners orders can be processed in ever shorter times. A typical processing time for an order is e.g. B. in pharmaceutical wholesale on the order of a few seconds.
In the past, picking was largely manual. For a picking paper was provided for each picking order hen, that's a list of all the items needed for this order contained with the required number of pieces. The picking paper re usually lay as a stack of paper for a variety of Orders before, the order order in the stack of the Order intake corresponded. In the general case, the Rei gave way order processing from order of com mission papers in the stack. The order processing is successful te z. B. in order of decreasing urgency. When he The commissioning company was looking for the first step in order processing rer the picking paper of the order to be processed manually out of the paper stack. Then the Order pickers on the storage racks of the order picking warehouse manually the items listed on the list and collected these items in a carried, order-related Order picking container.
So beschreibt z. This manual picking technique is relatively slow and requires a high level of labor. To Be acceleration of picking and to reduce nope picking techniques were employed proposed in which the removal and collection of the General cargo is carried out automatically. For example, B. the DE-OS 32nd 13 119 a computer-controlled picking process under Use of automatic picking machines in which the piece goods be kept ready in variety magazines. The one for an order required piece goods are computer controlled in the desired ejected from the variety magazines and in order-related picking containers collected on a conveyor belt from one picking machine to another be transported. It is possible to remove and Collect the items of an order in a few seconds respectively. A typical value for order completion is z. B. in pharmaceutical wholesale 2 seconds. Making out and finding the picking papers is not the subject this publication. However, it is also when using Picking machines are generally still necessary order picking paper in the commission insert the kidney container. The picking paper is namely on the one hand as a delivery note for the customer. On the other hand are generally very rarely queried articles still manually picked, as it is usually not worth it Keep items ready in picking machines. This article are before or after automatic removal and collection the more frequently requested, ready in the picking machines held items according to a listing in the commission kid paper picked manually. While with the gend) manual picking techniques the search of the Order associated picking paper from the paper stack little time, it is when using Picking machines in view of the very short achievable Withdrawal and collection times at the time-determining factor become. The manual search and insertion of the commission nierpapiers usually takes longer than the entire automa table removal and collection process.
The unpublished German patent application P 41 18 323 describes a process in which the off producing the picking papers and introducing the pa into the order picking container. To is at a transfer station for picking papers above the order picking container running on the conveyor belt Page printer and means for transferring the completed one Papers in the picking container in the form of a paper Delivery guidance provided. The paper delivery guide is as slide inclined downward from the printer, on which the Papers by gravity from the printer to the commission kidney container slip. The order picking papers will only be issued when the one assigned to this order Order picking container has arrived at the transfer station. After the copy is made, the picking paper is immediately from the printer via the paper delivery guide from above into the Picking container introduced. Execute and insert the picking papers are computer controlled.
This procedure eliminates the manual search for a Picking paper and manual loading of the paper in the order picking container assigned to the order. The for the corresponding, automatically performed steps needed Time is significantly reduced. However, it has been shown that i.a. the printing and feeding of the picking papers too this procedure still takes longer than automa tables Take out and collect the piece goods. Even with us very fast and correspondingly complex printer (e.g. Ion printers where the time for feeding, printing and dispensing one page is approximately 2.5 seconds), printing remains and loading of the picking papers in general the time-determining step in order processing.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method with the issuing of commissioning papers and the Place the papers in the associated order picking containers can be carried out so quickly that there is no more time is decisive for the entire picking process, whereby those for the completion of a picking order as a whole the time required is shortened. This also includes the readiness development of a corresponding device.
To solve this problem, it was recognized, among other things, that at a procedure of the type mentioned above not pre-published Patent registration of the printer relative to its maximum pressure performance only achieved a low printing performance because it did not works continuously, but after printing a comm mission paper is shut down, and only at Arrival of a new picking container at the transfer station tion starts printing the next paper.
Die Aufgabe wird durch ein Verfahren der eingangs genannten Art gelöst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man ein dem Drucker nachgeordnetes Papierkammernsystem mit mehreren Papierkammern verwendet und rechnergesteuertThe task is accomplished by a method of the type mentioned at the beginning solved, which is characterized in that one the printer downstream paper chamber system with several paper chambers used and computer controlled
- a) die einem Auftrag zugehörigen Kommissionierpapiere für unabhängig von der Ankunft des diesen Auftrag zugeordneten Kommissionierbehälters an der Papier- Übergabestation voreilend ausfertigt,a) the order picking papers for an order regardless of the arrival of this order assigned picking container on the paper Pre-made transfer station,
- b) die ausgefertigten Kommissionierpapiere in eine oder mehrere freie Papierkammern überführt und darin vorübergehend ablegt,b) the completed picking papers in one or several free paper chambers transferred and in it temporarily filing,
wobei man die Schritte a) und b) ohne ein Stillsetzen des Druckers für weitere Aufträge wiederholt, undtaking steps a) and b) without stopping the Printer repeated for further jobs, and
- c) bei Ankunft eines Kommissionierbehälters an der Papier- Übergabestation die abgelegten Kommissionierpapiere für den Auftrag, dem der Kommissionierbehälter zugeordnet ist, aus der (den) betreffenden Papierkammer(n) in den Kommissionierbehälter überführt,c) upon arrival of a picking container on the paper Transfer station the stored picking papers for the order to which the picking container is assigned from the relevant paper chamber (s) into the Transferred picking container,
The method according to the invention allows such a rapid Preparation of the picking papers and introduction of the Papers in the picking container that no longer this, but the process of removing and collecting the pieces goods represents the time-determining cut. So shortened the total required for order completion Time. The printer used can achieve the highest printing performance reach because he is between the picking printing papers of consecutive orders are not suspended must become. It is not even necessary to have a quick one Printer, e.g. B. to use a complex ion printer; a relatively slow and therefore cheaper printer, e.g. B. a commercially available laser printer is sufficient. in the general is also wear and pollution lowest in this mode.
It is advantageous to operate the printer in such a way that it does the job repetition of steps a) and b) an unprinted sheet to move in for printing for another order begins before the previous sheet just printed has completely left the printer. At this operating wisely you print during the time it takes a sheet for that Goes through the printer from paper feed to eject tray requires more than one sheet. You can achieve that maximum printing performance of the printer.
The advance of step a) is preferably opposite step c) at least one order. This is in each the case ensures that when a commission arrives sioning container at the paper transfer station in the Picking paper to be put in container already printed is. It is preferable to choose a maximum advance, the is given that steps a) and b) for so long repeated until either all paper chambers are occupied or no further picking papers have to be made out.
The picking papers for an order often exist only from one sheet. For larger picking orders however, they can consist of several sheets. In this Fall in step b) in a preferred embodiment form the procedure all sheets for an order in one Paper chamber transferred. Another preferred off In this case, step b) takes the form of leadership transferred to a separate paper chamber, so that the com mission papers for one order several paper chambers occupy.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention The procedure is the order of the order in which the steps a) and b) are carried out repeatedly, the same in which later the picking container at the paper handover arrive at station and step c) is repeated to be led. This allows particularly efficient use the printer and the paper chambers. Another one preferred embodiment, however, the order order, in which steps a) and b) are repeated be carried out differ from that in the later the picking containers at the paper transfer station arrive and step c) is carried out repeatedly. This embodiment comes in particular in order picking store for use where the order of the Picking container on the conveyor belt during the Picking can change. For example, it is possible a picking container on a "switch" from the To branch off and temporarily turn off the conveyor belt, for example to wait until a certain empty variety magazine has been refilled.
In the be in the German patent application P 41 18 323 written procedures are the picking papers first after the piece goods into the order picking container brings. In a preferred embodiment of the invent According to the procedure, the picking papers for an order, however, in the order assigned to the order Picking container transferred before in this container the piece goods belonging to the order are collected, so z. B. at the starting point of the picking container, the front the picking station's first general cargo transfer station machine lies. With the printing of the papers can namely be started immediately when the order of the order processing is fixed and not only after opening contract processing. In another preferred embodiment The picking papers for an order are in the form each in the order picker assigned to the order container transferred after this the for this order general cargo to be output from the picking machines collected, i.e. after the last general cargo delivery station of the order picking machine (or directly at this one). It is worthwhile for very rarely requested articles the availability in picking machines usually Not. They are therefore often picked facilities such as B. Paternoster shelves ready, where the removal of the piece goods manually the information on the picking paper for the person concerned Order is placed. In order to make this possible, the introduction of the picking papers in the containers in any case such a manual picking step, the before or after the automatic picking step can be done.
If the picking papers for an order in the Order picking containers are transferred, after this has been removed from the picking machine has collected general cargo, it is preferably in In the event of an incomplete or incorrect picking In step c), the printer also issues an error message Depapier made and immediately in the picking container transferred. It is namely z. B. possible that Ejection chutes of the variety magazines with the help of optical Monitor sensors. With the help of these sensors can be determined whether a general cargo is not or not in the desired number of pieces has been ejected, e.g. B. because that The relevant variety magazine is empty or the general cargo stack jammed in it. This information can then be found on the error reporting paper appear, and the missing general cargo can then be manually entered into the commission kidney can be placed.
It is also possible to use the inventive method in Order picking process using several independent paper chamber systems in several places run in parallel. So z. B. Picking Instructions at the starting point, proof sheets to anyone Place after the picking machine and delivery notes on End point of the picking warehouse made out and in Picking containers are inserted.
The inventive device for performing the inventions The inventive method includes a printer for computer controlled issuing of picking papers and funds to transfer the finished paper from the printer to one located at a paper transfer station Order picking container. The device according to the invention is characterized in that the means for transferring the manufactured paper includes a paper chamber system which several paper chambers, an insertion device for selectively inserting more elaborate papers into predetermined ones Paper chambers and an output device for selective Output from located in a predetermined paper chamber Lichen papers, the insertion device and the Output device computer-controlled and independent are operable from each other.
A plurality of paper chambers are preferably one paper Chamber stack summarized on one side Inlet openings and on the other side of the outlet openings of the paper chambers are. Advantageously, the Paper chambers essentially each have the shape of a flat parallelepipeds, hollow on the inside, one Narrow side of the parallelepiped, the insertion opening and the opposite narrow side the discharge opening for the Forms picking papers. The paper chambers are in theirs Size adapted to the sheets used, d. H. they are something wider and longer than the leaves used.
The insertion device advantageously comprises a paper feed tion from the printer to the input side of the paper chamber stack leads, the relative position between the Computer-controlled entry side and paper feed is adjustable to a specific insertion opening in a to be in alignment with the paper feeder. Before preferably the paper feed is fixed and the Paper chamber stack around one near its discharge side located axis pivotally arranged. One is advantageous Adjustment drive provided, which is in the paper chamber stack near the insertion side. With the adjustment drive it is preferably a crank mechanism or a linear actuator, such as. B. a rack drifted. Preferably, the insertion device has the A paper transport device on the is advantageously designed as a driven double roller. The paper feed can also be inclined downwards be trained so that the papers under the effect of Gravity automatically slip into the paper chambers. A Paper transport device on the paper feeder can then omitted.
In a preferred embodiment, the paper chambers arranged inclined downwards towards the dispensing opening. The Output device is controlled by a computer actuatable closure formed for each dispensing opening. Preferably, a closure is in each case at least one flap formed, the at least part can close the dispensing opening. In the event that Pa piere, such as B. Error reporting papers only when one arrives Picking container to be printed and immediately in the container must be transferred is in the paper came mernstapel advantageously provided a paper chamber, the has no closure.
In another preferred embodiment, the off dispensing device by an active paper transport device formed in every paper chamber.
In the embodiments in which the relative position between the insertion side and the paper feed is preferably at each insertion opening Encoder or a sensor and on the paper feeder with it interacting sensor or encoder provided, the Sensor resp. One of the sensors responds if one of the Insertion openings in a curse with the paper feeder position. The apparatus includes a page printer 40 (shown only in Fig. 5) and a paper chamber system, which is generally designated in FIGS. 1 to 3 with the reference numeral 1. In the paper chamber system 1 , picking papers that are printed by the printer 40 can be temporarily stored. For this purpose, paper chambers 2 are provided, which have the shape of flat, internally hollow cuboids. The base of the paper chambers 2 is slightly larger than the format of the papers used. Several paper chambers 2 are arranged one above the other and form a one-piece paper chamber stack 3 . In the embodiment shown, the paper chamber stack 3 is formed by eight paper chambers 2 . However, more or fewer paper chambers 2 can be provided in the paper chamber stack 3 , a number of five to ten paper chambers 2 being preferred. In each case a narrow side of the paper chambers 2 is open and thus forms a guide opening 4 for the papers to be deposited in the paper chamber. The narrow side of the paper chamber 2 opposite the insertion opening 4 forms a discharge opening 5 . The one guide openings 4 and the discharge openings 5 each lie on opposite end faces of the paper chamber stack 3 and thus form an insertion end face 6 and a discharge end face 7 of the paper chamber stack 3 .
On the side of the paper chamber stack 3 , on which there is a leading end face 6 , an output slot 8 of the printer 40 (not shown in FIGS. 1-3) is arranged. The output shaft 8 is essentially formed by two funnel-shaped converging baffles and opens at a paper transport device, which is formed by a lower transport roller 9 and an upper transport roller 10 . The transport rollers 9 , 10 are cylindrical. They are rotatable and stood parallel to each other in such a position that they touch. The lower transport roller 9 is driven by a roller drive motor 11 with the aid of a transmission. The discharge chute 8 opens near the line of contact of the two transport rollers 9 , 10 . On the insertion end 6 facing side of the trans port rollers 9 , 10 , a paper feed in the form of a guide plate 12 is provided. The guide plate 12 extends on the one hand close to the line of contact of the transport rollers 9 , 10 and on the other hand close to the insertion end face 6 . The output shaft 8 , the transport rollers 9 , 10 and the guide plate 12 are rigidly connected to a base frame 13 .
The paper chamber stack 3 is arranged obliquely, in such a way that the individual paper chambers 2 each fall from the insertion opening 4 to the discharge opening 5 . The angle of inclination of the paper chambers is of the order of 45 ° to the horizontal, preferably between 30 and 60 °. In this range of angles of inclination, papers slip under the effect of gravity automatically from the guide plate 12 through the insertion openings 4 into the paper chambers 2 , and through the discharge openings 5 from the paper chambers 2 .
The paper chamber stack 3 is pivotally mounted on the base frame 13 on its base 14 in the vicinity of the discharge end face 7 via at least one joint 15 . The pivot axis of the joint 15 is parallel to the straight line of the output face 7 and the base surface 14 . It is possible to provide only a single joint 15 on one of the long sides of the paper chamber stack 3 , whereby a storage is realized in the manner of a stub axle mounted only on one side.
In the vicinity of the insertion end face 6 , the base 14 is connected to an actuating rod 16 of an electric linear stepping motor 17 via an actuating rod joint 18 . The stepper motor 17 is supported against the base frame 13 . When actuated, the linear stepper motor 17 adjusts the distance between the actuating rod joint 18 and the base frame 13 . With the help of the linear stepping motor 17 , the inclination of the paper chamber stack 3 can thus be adjusted so that the bottom of a predetermined paper chamber 2 is aligned with the guide plate 12 . Alternatively, a crank mechanism can be used, wherein a driven crank is mounted in the base frame 13 and a crank rod is articulated to the crank at one end and to the actuating rod joint 18 at the other end.
The paper chambers 2 are provided at their dispensing openings 5 with two flaps 19 each, which, in the closed position, as shown in FIG. 3, close the dispensing opening 5 on each side. Approximately 10% of the width of the dispensing opening 5 is closed on each side, the 80% in the middle of the width of the dispensing opening 5 remain open. The closure flaps 19 have the form of two-sided levers which are arranged pivotably. The pivot axes of the levers are located outside the paper chambers 2 in the vicinity of the delivery opening lying at the corners of the paper 5 and chambers 2 are perpendicular to the base surface 14 directed. The (in the closed position) facing the paper chamber 2 side of the lever forms the actual locking flap 19 , the other side of the lever is articulated to a lever actuating rod 20 . In the closed position, the closure flap 19 and the lever actuating rod 20 are substantially at right angles to one another. The lever actuating rod 20 is encircled by a conductor coil 21 of an electromagnet and forms the armature of the electromagnet. It is carried out through the coil 21 . The end of the lever actuating rod 20 facing away from the closure flap 19 is supported via a return spring 22 against an integral part of the paper chamber stack 3, from 23 . When the solenoid is not actuated, the closing flap 19 is held in the closed position under the force of the return spring 22 . If the coil 21 of the electromagnet flows through a suitable current of a suitable size, then a force is exerted on the lever actuating rod 20 acting as an armature, which force is greater than the force of the return spring 22 and is directed in the opposite direction. As a result, the flap 19 is opened. With simultaneous actuation of the two electromagnets of a paper chamber 2 , the dispensing opening 5 is released (as shown in FIG. 1 for the uppermost paper chamber 2 ), and a sheet deposited in the paper chamber 2 can under the effect of gravity from the Slide paper chamber 2 . Alternatively, a single closure flap can be provided per paper chamber, which extends over the entire width of the paper chamber and whose pivot axis is substantially to the plane of the floor or the ceiling of the paper chamber and parallel to the output-side edge of the paper chamber. In this case, only a single electromagnet is required per paper chamber.
One of the paper chambers 2 has no flaps 19 , but is permanently open. In Fig. 1 this permanent open paper chamber is marked marked with the reference number 2 a. It is the paper chamber underneath. However, this is not mandatory; any other paper chamber can be formed as a paper chamber without a circuit.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the lever-adjusting rods 20 superimposed paper chambers 2 are formed alternately short and long. This makes it possible to arrange the coils 21 of two paper chambers 2 lying one above the other offset from one another. This allows a particularly flat construction of the paper chamber stack 3 . This offset arrangement can be dispensed with when using very flat coils.
As shown in FIG. 2, the paper chamber system 1 is equipped tion to Steue and monitoring with four groups of light barriers. A first group is formed by a position light transmitter 24 and a plurality of position light receivers 25 . The position light transmitter 24 is arranged at the end of the guide plate 12 at the front end of the guide plate and is directed towards the end face 6 of the introduction . At the insertion opening 4 of each paper chamber 2 there is an outward position light catcher 25 . The relative arrangement of the position light transmitter 24 and the position light receiver 25 is such that when one of the insertion openings 4 is aligned with the guide plate 12 (only) the position light receiver 25 assigned to this paper chamber 2 responds. For cursing setting a predetermined paper chamber 2 with the guide plate, the inclination of the paper chamber stack 3 with the stepping motor 17 is adjusted in the right direction until the position paper receiver 25 assigned to the desired paper chamber 2 responds.
A second group of light barriers is formed by fork light barriers 26 in the paper chambers 2 in the vicinity of the output openings 5 . A fork light barrier 26 each consists of a light transmitter 27 and a light receiver 28 , which are arranged sunk in the floor and ceiling of the paper chamber 2 opposite one another. The fork light barriers 26 two he stacked paper chambers 2 can each be arranged ver to each other. If a paper chamber 2 is free, the light receiver 28 addresses the fork light barrier 26 associated with this paper chamber 2 . If a sheet in the normal position (ie anlie to the closure flaps 19 quietly) is located in the chamber 2, the light flux is interrupted by the light emitter 27 to the light receiver 28; the light receiver 28 does not respond.
A third group of light barriers is formed by fork light barriers 29 with light transmitters 30 and light receivers 31 ge. The fork light barriers 29 correspond to the fork light barriers 26 , but are arranged in the vicinity of the insertion openings 4 of the paper chambers 2 . The fork light barriers 29 serve to monitor the insertion of sheets into the paper chambers 2 . They are above the surface of a paper chamber 2 , which is taken up by a sheet in the normal position. Consequently, the light receiver engages 31 with both free and occupied paper chamber 2 . Only when inserting a sheet into the paper chamber 2 , the light barrier 29 is briefly interrupted by the sheet sliding downwards. However, if the sheet remains stuck in the loading opening 4 , the light barrier ke 29 is continuously interrupted.
A fourth group of light barriers is formed by a reflection light barrier 32 , 33 , which are arranged in front of or behind the transport rollers 9 , 10 on the output shaft 8 or on the guide plate 12 . With the help of the reflection light barrier 32 on the output shaft 8 , it is possible to switch on the roller drive motor 11 only when a sheet arrives. With the aid of the reflection light barrier 33 , it can be switched off again after passing through the sheet.
The fork light barriers 26 and 29 can optionally also be designed as reflection light barriers. The light transmitters 24 , 27 , 30 , 32 , 33 are infrared photo diodes. The light receivers 25 , 28 , 31 , 32 , 33 are infrared photo transistors matched to the light transmitter.
In Fig. 4 is a block diagram of the electronic control tion of the paper chamber system 1 is shown. The control shown in FIG. 4 is superordinate to a commissioning paper computer (PC) which controls the printer 40 and the paper chamber system 1 arranged downstream of it. The picking paper calculator (PC) is a personal computer, which in turn is connected to a host computer and one or more commissioning computers and receives from these computers the data and information necessary for printing and inserting the picking papers.
The control of the paper chamber system 1 is carried out by a microprocessor (CPU) which is connected via an interface (IF) to the commissioning paper computer (PC). The interface (IF) is designed as a V24 / TTL converter. The microprocessor (CPU) is connected via a data and address bus with a program memory (PM), three input groups (EI, EII, EIII) and two output groups (AI, AII). The program memory (PM) is an EPROM memory in which the program to be executed by the microprocessor (CPU) is stored. The first input group (EI) is connected to the light receivers (LE) of the light barriers 32 and 33 for controlling the roller drive motor 11 . The second input group (EII) is connected to the position light receiver 25 (referred to as LE25). The third input group (EIII) is connected to the light receivers 28, 31 (labeled LE28 and LE31).
The first output group (AI) is used to control the electromagnets (EM), the roller drive motor 11 (designated by WM) and the stepper motor 17 (designated by SM). The second output group (AII) controls a plurality of light emitting diodes (LD), which, for. B. are arranged on the top of the paper chamber stack 3 . A first LED lights up when the microprocessor (CPU) is working. A second, two-color LED indicates whether the interface (IF) is sending or receiving. A third LED lights up if any error has occurred, e.g. B. a paper jam. A tri-color light-emitting diode is also provided for each paper chamber 2 . It lights up red when an error has occurred in the paper chamber, e.g. B. if a sheet has not left the paper chamber 2 properly. If there is no fault condition, the LED lights up green when the paper chamber 2 is empty and yellow when there is a sheet in the paper chamber 2 .
In Fig. 5, part of a picking warehouse is Darge. It comprises two lines 34 of order picking machines 35 , each of which comprises a plurality of automatically operable sort magazines. In lines 34 , collecting belts 36 arranged in the middle below the order picking machines 35 lead at right angles to a container belt 37 , and form over transfer stations 38 for general cargo. The conveying directions of the bands 36 , 37 are indicated by arrows.
In the conveying direction after the second transfer station 38 for general cargo, a transfer station 39 for picking paper is provided. The picking paper printer 40 and the paper chamber system 1 are arranged at the paper transfer station 39 . The printer 40 and the paper chamber system 1 are so high above the container belt 37 that picking container 41 on the container belt 37 can pass underneath. In the longitudinal direction of the container belt 37 , the paper chamber system 1 is positioned such that 2 sliding sheets fall out of the paper chamber 2 into a picking container 41 located at the paper transfer station 39 .
At the transfer stations 38 , 39 , a container clamping device 42 and a container bar code reader 43 are arranged. Beyond the paper transfer station 39 , the container belt 37 leads to a goods delivery station and picking devices, which may previously be operated manually, which are not shown in FIG. 5. The computers for controlling the picking warehouse are also not shown in FIG. 5.
. . An embodiment of the method according to the invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. First, a large number of picking orders (A) are entered into the host computer of the picking warehouse. The entered order data is essentially an order identifier and the individual types of piece goods queried with the desired number of pieces. The processing of the orders (A) is generally carried out in a different order from the input order, z. B. in order of decreasing urgency. To this end, the host computer first defines a processing sequence (A 1 , A 2 ,... A N ), where N denotes the total number of orders (A). The order data are then sent together with the definition of the processing sequence to the picking paper computer (PC) and a picking computer. Both computers work in parallel and independently of each other.
The picking paper computer (PC) causes the picking paper printer 40 to print the picking papers for the first job (A n , with n = 1). This is usually a sheet that contains a list of the individual types of piece goods queried with the desired number of pieces. The printed sheet is output from the printer 40 through the output tray 8 . It actuates the first reflection light barrier 32 , which causes the roller drive motor 11 to be switched on. The sheet is then passed between the driven transport rollers 9 , 10 on the guide plate 12 . After passing the second reflection light barrier 33 , the roller drive motor 11 is switched off again.
The position of the paper chamber stack 3 relative to the guide plate 12 has previously been set by the microprocessor (CPU) so that the guide plate 12 is aligned with the bottom of a free paper chamber 2 (denoted by K (A n ) in FIG. 6). The printed sheet then slips into the predetermined paper chamber 2 , briefly interrupting the fork light barrier 29 , and finally comes to rest with its lower edge on the closed flaps 19 of the chamber 2 . The sheet permanently interrupts the fork light barrier 26 . If the order-picking papers belonging to the order (A n ) comprise several sheets, the following sheets are immediately drawn in by the printer 40 , printed and transferred into the same paper chamber (K (A n )). The assignment of the paper chamber to the orders is managed and saved by the picking paper computer (PC).
Even before the (last) sheet belonging to the job (A n ) has left the printer 40 completely, a still unprinted sheet for printing for the next job (A n , with n = n + 1) is drawn in by the printer 40 . The above steps of printing and inserting into a free paper chamber are repeated for the next job without the printer being stopped between the two jobs. The repetition of printing and placing for further orders is carried out until either all paper chambers are occupied or the picking papers are printed for all N orders.
An)).In parallel to the printing and insertion described, the picking computer controls the actual picking process. For this purpose, the first order (A n , with n = 1) is assigned a commissioning container 41 (designated B (A n )), transported well on the container belt 37 to the first transfer station 38 and there with the help of the container terminal device 42 , clamped. The container bar code reader 43 is used to read a container identification number attached to the order picking container (B (A n ) in the form of a bar code, and the commissioning computer checks whether the order picking container assigned to the order (A n ) is actually at the general cargo transfer station 38 is. Even before the arrival of the Kommissionierbehälters on the cargo-transfer station 38 the requested in the order piece goods from the sort magazines of the automatic commissioning be ejected to the collection belts 36 35. upon arrival of the Kommissionierbehälters (B (A n)) on the cargo-transfer station 38 the collecting belt 36 is set in motion and conveys the piece goods into the picking container (B (A n )).
The commissioning container (B (A n )) is then released from the container clamping device 42 and conveyed to the second line 34 on the container belt 37 . The steps described above and carried out on the first line 34 are repeated here. Simultaneously with this, a further picking container, which is assigned to the next order, is transported to the first general cargo transfer station 38 and is filled with general cargo there, as described above for the previous order. The removal and collection of the piece goods takes place overlapping the order.
After the (first) order picking container (B (A n )) has been filled at the second transfer station 38 for general cargo, it contains all the articles of the order which are kept ready in order picking machines 35 in the order picking warehouse shown in FIG . It is then released by the container clamp device 42, transported on the container belt 37 to the transfer station 39 for picking papers and clamped firmly by the container clamp device 42 arranged there. The container identification number is read by the container bar code reader 43 present there and checked by the picking paper computer (PC). By actuating the electromagnet on the paper chamber assigned to the order (K (A n )), the flaps 19 of this paper chamber are opened. The sheet or sheets located in the paper chamber 2 slide out of the paper chamber and come to rest in the commissioning container (B (K n )) on top of the piece goods. At the same time, the picking container assigned to the next order is transported from the first to the second general cargo transfer station 38 and a picking container assigned to the next order is transported to the first general cargo transfer station.
If it was found during the delivery of the piece goods from the picking machine 35 using the optical sensors arranged on the sort magazines that a certain article was not correctly ejected, the picking paper printer 40 still prints an error report sheet. This error report sheet essentially contains a list of the missing piece goods. The error report sheet is inserted after printing in the non-provided with closure flaps paper chamber 2a, slides through the paper chamber 2a and comes to lie in the picking containers (B (K n)).
The picking container (B (K n )) with the entire, automatically picked order content, the picking papers and possibly an error report sheet is then released by the container clamping device 42 and transported on the container belt 37 to the goods issue station. If necessary, the picking container (B (K n )) is guided past manual picking devices beforehand. There piece goods are manually inserted into the picking containers (B (K n)), which are not kept in the automatic commissioning unit 35 and / or which have not been issued due to a failure of the automatic commissioning 35th
Immediately after the picking container (B (K n )) has left the transfer station 39 for picking papers, the picking container associated with the next order (A n , with n = n + 1) is brought about on the container belt 37 . The removal of the piece goods from the automatic picking device 35 described above and the introduction of the piece goods and the picking papers into the picking container 41 is repeated for further orders until the last order A N has been processed.
The printing and depositing of the picking papers in the paper chambers takes place parallel to and at the same time regardless of the output of the piece goods from the picking machines 35 and the introduction of the piece goods and the picking papers into the picking containers. In this case, the printer 40, with the printing of picking orders belonging to an order, leads the arrival of the picking container assigned to this order by several orders, at least by one order.
In the procedure described above, one sentence at a time of N orders entered into the host computer and complete dig processed. However, the method described can just as well be carried out steadily. Orders can continuously entered into the host computer parallel to processing will give. The host computer then defines one at a time current processing order for those not yet done orders.
Outputting and collecting the piece goods or printing and inserting the picking papers overlapping the orders can preferably be carried out in such a way that the overlap amounts to more than one order. This is indicated in FIG. 5 by the presence of order picking containers also between the order picking containers located at transfer stations 38 , 39 . The shortest picking times are thus achieved.
With the described method it is using the described device possible for the manufacture and loading the picking papers takes time due to the continuous operation of the printer lessen that not the issue, but the process of taking and collecting the piece goods for an order completion. It can be a relative slower printer to be used, which in purchase and Maintenance is inexpensive. A picking service from Z. B. To achieve 1290 orders per hour it is only necessary to have a printer with a performance of 20 pages / min.
