Anschließend wird die Spannvorrichtung an "1" in eine Schraube mit Längsloch eingehängt. Die Schraube ist im Knochen unterhalb des Knies befestigt. Dann wird in die Öse am oberen Ende der Faden straff angebunden, aber so, daß die Skala "4" noch "0" kp anzeigt. An der Rändelmutter wird jetzt die Spannung (z. B. 1, 2, 3 oder 4 kp) einge­ stellt, je nach der geforderten Vorspannung des Transplantatmaterials.
