Claims (12)
1. Chirurgische Vorrichtung, insbesondere für der perkutane
spinale Chirurgie, umfassend:
eine langgestreckte Kanüle (20) mit Außenabmessungen, die geeignet sind für eine perkutane Einführung in einen Pa tienten, wobei die Kanüle (20) ein distales Ende (21) und ein gegenüberliegendes proximales Ende (22) aufweist und einen Arbeitskanal (25) zwischen diesen Enden einschließt zur Auf nahme zumindest eines Werkzeuges (70) durch den Arbeitskanal; und
ein Beobachtungsbauteil (50) das in der Kanüle neben dem Arbeitskanal (25) montierbar ist, wobei das Beobachtungsbau teil (50) ein erstes Ende (51) hat, das mit einem Beobach tungsgerät verbindbar oder verbunden ist, und ein gegenüber liegendes zweites Ende (52), das am distalen Ende (21) der Kanüle (20) positionierbar ist oder davon vorsteht.
eine langgestreckte Kanüle (20) mit Außenabmessungen, die geeignet sind für eine perkutane Einführung in einen Pa tienten, wobei die Kanüle (20) ein distales Ende (21) und ein gegenüberliegendes proximales Ende (22) aufweist und einen Arbeitskanal (25) zwischen diesen Enden einschließt zur Auf nahme zumindest eines Werkzeuges (70) durch den Arbeitskanal; und
ein Beobachtungsbauteil (50) das in der Kanüle neben dem Arbeitskanal (25) montierbar ist, wobei das Beobachtungsbau teil (50) ein erstes Ende (51) hat, das mit einem Beobach tungsgerät verbindbar oder verbunden ist, und ein gegenüber liegendes zweites Ende (52), das am distalen Ende (21) der Kanüle (20) positionierbar ist oder davon vorsteht.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Befestigungsein
richtung (30; 170) zum Montieren des Beobachtungsbauteils
(50) an der Kanüle (20).
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Befestigungsein
richtung (30) so ausgelegt ist, daß das Beobachtungsbauteil
(50) in der Kanüle (40) befestigbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei die
Befestigungseinrichtung (30) ein zylinderförmiges Gehäuse
(31) aufweist, das einer zylindrischen Gestalt der Kanüle
(20) entspricht.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Befestigungsein
richtung (30) folgendes aufweist:
ein Gehäuse (31), das am proximalen Ende der Kanüle (20)
befestigbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse (31) eine Arbeitskanalöff
nung einschließt, die sich durch das Gehäuse erstreckt und
mit dem Arbeitskanal (25) der Kanüle (20) in Verbindung
steht, wobei die Arbeitskanalöffnung so gestaltet ist, daß
durch sie zumindest ein Werkzeug hindurchführbar ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Arbeitskanal der
Kanüle eine erste Fläche quer zur Längsachse der Kanüle hat
und wobei die Befestigungseinrichtung einer Arbeitskanalöff
nung begrenzt, die mit dem Arbeitskanal der Kanüle in Verbin
dung steht, und wobei die Arbeitskanalöffnung eine zweite
Fläche hat, die im wesentlichen gleich der genannten ersten
Fläche ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei die
Befestigungseinrichtung (30) so gestaltet ist, daß sie das
Beobachtungsbauteil (50) innerhalb des Arbeitskanals (25) der
Kanüle (20) abstützt.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wo
bei ein Werkzeug (70) in den Arbeitskanal (25) der Kanüle
(20) einführbar ist, wenn auch das Beobachtungsbauteil (50)
in der Kanüle (20) montiert ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, wobei die
Befestigungseinrichtung (30) das Beobachtungsbauteil (50) so
abstützt, daß das Beobachtungsbauteil um eine Longitudi
nalachse einer Aufnahme (60), in der das Beobachtungsbauteil
(50) abgestützt ist, drehbar ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, wobei die
Befestigungseinrichtung (30) das Beobachtungsbauteil (50)
weiterhin so abstützt, daß es entlang einer Achse bewegbar
ist, die sich in longitudinaler Richtung der Kanüle (20) er
streckt.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, wobei die
das Beobachtungsbauteil (50) um eine Achse (L) des Arbeitska
nals (25) umlaufen kann.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wo
bei ein Satz von Gewebe-Dilatatoren (151, 152, 153) vorgese
hen ist zum Dilatieren von Gewebe vor dem Einführen der Kanü
le (20) in den Patienten.
