Claims (6)
1. Ein gegabeltes, aufweitbares, stützendes, endoluminales Implantat aufwei
send:
Mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die angepaßt sind, um individuell an einer ausgewählten Position innerhalb eines Kör pergefäßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Im plantatskomponente radial kompressibel zur endoluminalen Einführung und radial aufweitbar zum Einsetzen an einer gewünschten Position inner halb des Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten ei ne Truncus-Komponente ist, und die Truncus-Komponente ein rohrförmi ges Stützteil und eine Truncus-Auskleidung einschließt, wobei die Trun cus-Auskleidung einen allgemein zylindrischen Körperabschnitt und min destens zwei Schenkelabschnitte aufweist und jeder Schenkelabschnitt ei ne Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei ein Außenseitenabschnitt von jedem der Schenkelabschnitte an dem rohrförmigen Stützteil befestigt ist, wohin gegen ein Innenseitenabschnitt von jedem der Schenkelabschnitte an dem Innenseitenabschnitt des anderen geheftet oder genäht ist;
wobei mindestens eine andere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endolumina len Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Kompo nente ist; und
wobei die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und eine der Schenkelkomponenten der Truncus-Komponente teleskopar tig mit Bezug auf einander positioniert sind, wenn die Schenkelkompo nente und die Truncus-Komponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes einge setzt sind.
Mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die angepaßt sind, um individuell an einer ausgewählten Position innerhalb eines Kör pergefäßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Im plantatskomponente radial kompressibel zur endoluminalen Einführung und radial aufweitbar zum Einsetzen an einer gewünschten Position inner halb des Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten ei ne Truncus-Komponente ist, und die Truncus-Komponente ein rohrförmi ges Stützteil und eine Truncus-Auskleidung einschließt, wobei die Trun cus-Auskleidung einen allgemein zylindrischen Körperabschnitt und min destens zwei Schenkelabschnitte aufweist und jeder Schenkelabschnitt ei ne Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei ein Außenseitenabschnitt von jedem der Schenkelabschnitte an dem rohrförmigen Stützteil befestigt ist, wohin gegen ein Innenseitenabschnitt von jedem der Schenkelabschnitte an dem Innenseitenabschnitt des anderen geheftet oder genäht ist;
wobei mindestens eine andere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endolumina len Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Kompo nente ist; und
wobei die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und eine der Schenkelkomponenten der Truncus-Komponente teleskopar tig mit Bezug auf einander positioniert sind, wenn die Schenkelkompo nente und die Truncus-Komponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes einge setzt sind.
2. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die im all
gemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente einen Endbereich
aufweist, der, wenn er eingesetzt ist, innerhalb der Schenkelöffnung der
Truncus-Komponente positioniert ist.
3. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
wobei mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten selbst
aufweitend sind.
4. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Truncus-
Komponente mehrere Vertiefungen aufweist, wobei jede Vertiefung eine
longitudinale Innenfläche aufweist und die longitudinalen Innenflächen die
Schenkelabschnitte der Truncus-Komponente definieren.
5. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schen
kelabschnitte angepaßt sind, um die im allgemeinen zylindrischen Schen
kelkomponenten aufzunehmen.
6. Ein gegabeltes, aufweitbares, stützendes, endoluminales Mehrfachkompo
nenten-Implantat aufweisend:
eine Mehrzahl von aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponen ten, die angepaßt sind, um einzeln an einem Ort innerhalb des Körpergefä ßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantats komponente radial kompressibel für die endoluminale Einführung und ra dial aufweitbar für den Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Implantatskom ponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist und die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen eine Truncus-Auskleidung umgibt, die innerhalb der Truncus- Komponente positioniert ist, wobei die Truncus-Auskleidung einen im all gemeinen zylindrischen Körperabschnitt aufweist und zwei Schenkelab schnitte wobei jeder Schenkelabschnitt eine Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei der allgemeine zylindrische Körperabschnitt der Auskleidung und Abschnitte der Schenkelabschnitte an das rohrförmige Stützteil anstoßen und an dem rohrförmigen Stützteil befestigt sind und wobei Abschnitte der Schenkelabschnitte, die nicht an das rohrförmige Stützteil anstoßen, an einander stoßen und an einander befestigt sind;
wobei mindestens eine andere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endolumina len Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkel komponente ist; und
wobei die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und einer der Schenkelabschnitte des Einsatzes teleskopiartig mit Bezug aufeinander positioniert sind, wenn die Schenkelkomponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes eingesetzt ist.
eine Mehrzahl von aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponen ten, die angepaßt sind, um einzeln an einem Ort innerhalb des Körpergefä ßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantats komponente radial kompressibel für die endoluminale Einführung und ra dial aufweitbar für den Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Implantatskom ponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist und die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen eine Truncus-Auskleidung umgibt, die innerhalb der Truncus- Komponente positioniert ist, wobei die Truncus-Auskleidung einen im all gemeinen zylindrischen Körperabschnitt aufweist und zwei Schenkelab schnitte wobei jeder Schenkelabschnitt eine Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei der allgemeine zylindrische Körperabschnitt der Auskleidung und Abschnitte der Schenkelabschnitte an das rohrförmige Stützteil anstoßen und an dem rohrförmigen Stützteil befestigt sind und wobei Abschnitte der Schenkelabschnitte, die nicht an das rohrförmige Stützteil anstoßen, an einander stoßen und an einander befestigt sind;
wobei mindestens eine andere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endolumina len Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkel komponente ist; und
wobei die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und einer der Schenkelabschnitte des Einsatzes teleskopiartig mit Bezug aufeinander positioniert sind, wenn die Schenkelkomponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes eingesetzt ist.
