Claims (5)
1. Ein verzweigtes, aufweitbares, stützendes, endoluminales Implantat mit meh
reren Komponenten umfassend:
mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die individuell an einer ausgewählten Position innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes eingesetzt sind, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantatskomponente radial kompressi bel für eine endoluminale Einführung und radial aufweitbar für einen Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist, wobei die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen . rohrförmig ist und einen ersten Bereich mit einem vorgegebenen Durchmesser und einen zweiten Bereich aufweist, der eine longitudinal angeordnete Vertie fung aufweist, die im allgemeinen mindestens zwei Schenkelabschnitte, jeder mit einem geringeren Durchmesser als dem vorgegebenen Durchmesser defi niert, und jeder der Schenkelabschnitte eine Schenkelöffnung aufweist und
wobei mindestens eine weitere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkompo nente ist;
wobei ein Endabschnitt der im allgemeinen zylindrischen, stützenden Schenkelkomponente innerhalb einer der Schenkelabschnitte der Truncus- Komponente angeordnet ist, wenn die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und die Truncus-Komponente in das Körpergefäß ein gesetzt sind.
mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die individuell an einer ausgewählten Position innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes eingesetzt sind, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantatskomponente radial kompressi bel für eine endoluminale Einführung und radial aufweitbar für einen Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist, wobei die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen . rohrförmig ist und einen ersten Bereich mit einem vorgegebenen Durchmesser und einen zweiten Bereich aufweist, der eine longitudinal angeordnete Vertie fung aufweist, die im allgemeinen mindestens zwei Schenkelabschnitte, jeder mit einem geringeren Durchmesser als dem vorgegebenen Durchmesser defi niert, und jeder der Schenkelabschnitte eine Schenkelöffnung aufweist und
wobei mindestens eine weitere der aufweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkompo nente ist;
wobei ein Endabschnitt der im allgemeinen zylindrischen, stützenden Schenkelkomponente innerhalb einer der Schenkelabschnitte der Truncus- Komponente angeordnet ist, wenn die im allgemeinen zylindrische, stützende Schenkelkomponente und die Truncus-Komponente in das Körpergefäß ein gesetzt sind.
2. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Endab
schnitt der im allgemeinen zylindrischen stützenden Schenkelkomponente te
leskopartig innerhalb der Schenkelöffnung der Truncus-Komponente ange
ordnet ist, wenn sie eingesetzt ist.
3. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wo
bei mehrere ausweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten selbst aus
weitend sind.
4. Ein verzweigtes, aufweitbares, stützendes, endoluminales Implantat mit meh
reren Komponenten umfassend:
mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die angepaßt sind, um individuell an einem ausgewählten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefä ßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantats komponente radial kompressibel für eine endoluminale Einführung und radial aufweitbar für einen Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Köpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der ausweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist, wobei die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen rohrförmig ist und einen ersten Abschnitt mit einem gegebenen Durchmesser und einen zweiten Truncus-Abschnitt aufweist, der zwei diagonal gegenüber liegende longitudinal angeordnete Vertiefungen aufweist, die im allgemeinen zwei parallele, stützende Lumen, jeder mit einem geringeren Durchmesser als der vorgegebene Durchmesser definieren
eine Truncus-Auskleidung, die innerhalb der Truncus-Komponente angeord net ist, wobei die Truncus-Auskleidung einen im allgemeinen zylindrischen Körperabschnitt aufweist und zwei Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitte, wobei jeder Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitt eine Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei jeder der Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitte innerhalb entsprechender paralleler, stützender Lumen der Truncus-Komponente angeordnet ist und der im allge meinen zylindrische Körperabschnitt der Auskleidung innerhalb eines nicht vertieften Abschnitts der im allgemeinen zylindrischen Truncus-Komponente angeordnet ist; und
wobei mindesten eine andere der ausweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine stützende Schenkelkomponente ist;
wobei ein Endabschnitt der stützenden Schenkelkomponente innerhalb einer Schenkelöffnung der Auskleidung angeordnet ist, wenn die stützende Schen kelkomponente und die Truncus-Komponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes eingesetzt sind.
mehrere aufweitbare, stützende, endoluminale Komponenten, die angepaßt sind, um individuell an einem ausgewählten Ort innerhalb eines Körpergefä ßes eingesetzt zu werden, wobei jede stützende, endoluminale Implantats komponente radial kompressibel für eine endoluminale Einführung und radial aufweitbar für einen Einsatz an einem gewünschten Ort innerhalb eines Köpergefäßes ist;
wobei eine der ausweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine Truncus-Komponente ist, wobei die Truncus-Komponente im allgemeinen rohrförmig ist und einen ersten Abschnitt mit einem gegebenen Durchmesser und einen zweiten Truncus-Abschnitt aufweist, der zwei diagonal gegenüber liegende longitudinal angeordnete Vertiefungen aufweist, die im allgemeinen zwei parallele, stützende Lumen, jeder mit einem geringeren Durchmesser als der vorgegebene Durchmesser definieren
eine Truncus-Auskleidung, die innerhalb der Truncus-Komponente angeord net ist, wobei die Truncus-Auskleidung einen im allgemeinen zylindrischen Körperabschnitt aufweist und zwei Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitte, wobei jeder Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitt eine Schenkelöffnung definiert, wobei jeder der Schenkelauskleidungsabschnitte innerhalb entsprechender paralleler, stützender Lumen der Truncus-Komponente angeordnet ist und der im allge meinen zylindrische Körperabschnitt der Auskleidung innerhalb eines nicht vertieften Abschnitts der im allgemeinen zylindrischen Truncus-Komponente angeordnet ist; und
wobei mindesten eine andere der ausweitbaren, stützenden, endoluminalen Komponenten eine stützende Schenkelkomponente ist;
wobei ein Endabschnitt der stützenden Schenkelkomponente innerhalb einer Schenkelöffnung der Auskleidung angeordnet ist, wenn die stützende Schen kelkomponente und die Truncus-Komponente innerhalb des Körpergefäßes eingesetzt sind.
5. Stützendes, endoluminales Implantat nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Endab
schnitt der stützenden Schenkelkomponente teleskopartig innerhalb einer der
parallelen stützenden Lumen der Truncus-Komponente angeordnet ist, wenn
sie eingesetzt ist.
