Claims (3)
1. Node B zur Kommunikation mit einem Funknetzsteuergerät (radio network controller,
RNC), wobei das RNC dem Node B mit einer Anforderung signalisiert, dass das RNC
eine bestimmte Menge an Daten an den Node B sendet; der Node B umfassend:
einen Sende-Empfänger zum Empfangen und Übertragen von Daten zu dem RNC; einen Übertragungspuffer zum Speichern der Daten; und
einen Prozessor zum Überwachen des Status des Übertragungspuffers und zum Berechnen einer Kapazitätszuweisung, wobei die Kapazitätszuweisung von einem ausgewählten Qualitätsindikator abhängig ist; wobei der Signalprozessor als Antwort auf den Empfang der Anforderung eine Kapazitätszuweisung für das RNC zum Übertragen von Daten überträgt.
einen Sende-Empfänger zum Empfangen und Übertragen von Daten zu dem RNC; einen Übertragungspuffer zum Speichern der Daten; und
einen Prozessor zum Überwachen des Status des Übertragungspuffers und zum Berechnen einer Kapazitätszuweisung, wobei die Kapazitätszuweisung von einem ausgewählten Qualitätsindikator abhängig ist; wobei der Signalprozessor als Antwort auf den Empfang der Anforderung eine Kapazitätszuweisung für das RNC zum Übertragen von Daten überträgt.
2. Node B nach Anspruch 1, worin der Prozessor den ausgewählten Qualitätsindikator
bestimmt.
3. Node B nach Anspruch 2, worin der ausgewählte Qualitätsindikator der Status des
Übertragungspuffers ist.
