Claims (11)

1. Positionierbesteck (10), insbesondere zum lagegerechten Positionieren bzw. Fixieren eines Gewebebereichs oder eines Organs eines Lebewesens wie lagegerechten Halten einer Prostata, umfassend eine Kanüle (12) mit in dieser axial verschiebbarem draht- oder nadelförmigen Verankerungselement (20), das durch Relativverschiebung zu der Kanüle mit einem Abschnitt (22) eine Öffnung (16) der Kanüle zum Positionieren des Gewebereichs bzw. des Organs durchsetzt oder mit dem Abschnitt innerhalb der Kanüle verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (22) des Verankerungselementes (20) mit seinem freien distalen Ende die Öffnung (16) der Kanüle (12) durchsetzt und bei Austritt aus der Öffnung selbsttätig einen bogen- oder hakenförmigen Verlauf einnimmt.1.
