Wie Fig. 1 zeigt sind die beiden Halteplatten 5′ und 5′′ an einem Randbereich durch zwei Schrauben 10 miteinander verbunden; gegenüberliegend diesen ist die Halteplatte 5′ vom Schraubenschaft 11′ einer Klemmschraube 11 durchsetzt, wobei der Schraubenschaft 11′ in die Halteplatte 5′′ eingeschraubt ist, so daß bei nur geringfügig festgezogener Klemmschraube 11 das Halteteil 5 auf dem Kugelkopf 8 spielfrei verschwenkt werden kann. Dabei sind die Schwenkgelenkteile 14 und 15 von einer Klemmschraube 17 durchsetzt, in deren festgezogenem Zustand sie über die Zahnung 16 formschlüssig ineinandergreifen, so daß das den Bildschirm 2 tragende Längsteil 4 in der jeweiligen Schwenklage (mit strichpunktierten Linien dargestellt) in bezug auf den Sauger 3 schwenkfest festgelegt ist.
