Description
Aussackungen der Körperhauptschlagader und der Beckengefäße können neuerdings ohne Ope ration behandelt werden. Der Nachteil dieser Ge fäßstützen gegenwärtig ist, daß aufgrund ihrer großen Cirkumferenz auch im zusammengefalteten Zustand eine Einbringung in die Körperschlagader nur über eine operative Freilegung der Bein schlagader möglich ist, darüber hinaus ist der maximale Durchmesser dieser Systeme gegenwärtig auf 26 mm begrenzt. Der in dem Patentanspruch unter Punkt 1-4 genannten Erfindung liegt zu grunde, die maximale Cirkumferenz des einzubringenden prothetischen Materials dadurch zu ver kleinern, daß beide Beinarterien zur Applikation von zwei kleineren, halbkreisförmigen Gefäß stützen benutzt werden, die sich im Bereich des Applikationsortes zu einer größeren Gefäßstütze vereinigen.
