Ebenso einfach kann das von einer Vorratsrolle abgewickelte bandförmige Abdeckteil bzw. die -folie in einer Tiefziehstation mit Kavitäten bzw. Bechern versehen werden, die zur Aufnahme der Bauelemente dienen, mit denen der bandförmige Leiterbahnträger bestückt wurde bzw. die dabei mit der Leiterbahnstruktur verbunden wurden. Durch ein einfaches Siegelverfahren, vorzugsweise Heißsiegelverfahren werden dann der von einer Vorratsrolle abgewickelte, mit der Leiterbahnstruktur bedruckte und mit den Bauelementen bestückte bandförmige Leiterbahnträger und das Abdeckteil mit den Kavitäten zur Aufnahme der Bauelemente miteinander völlig wasserdicht verbunden. Auf diese Weise entsteht die bandförmige Anordnung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung, bei der es sich vorzugsweise um ein Lichtband mit Leuchtelementen, insbesondere Leuchtdioden, handelt. Diese bandförmige Anordnung kann bedarfsweise von einer Vorratsrolle abgewickelt und in der erforderlichen Weise konfektioniert und mit einer Stromversorgungseinrichtung verbunden werden. Derartige Lichtbänder, die gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung in verschiedener Weise ausgestaltet und eingesetzt werden können, sind in besonders einfacher und schneller Weise an bestimmten Orten bzw. Gegenständen befestigbar, um durch die Erregung ihrer Leuchtelemente einem Betrachter Informationen zu vermitteln.
