Derartige Vorrichtungen sind allgemein bekannt. In der Praxis haben sich jedoch derartige Vorrichtungen allesamt als durchweg nachteilig erwiesen. Zum einen kommen derartige Vorrichtungen in der Praxis bisher ausnahmslos als statische Säulen oder dergleichen zur Anwendung. Nachdem die Anzahl von mit Strom betreibbaren Fahrzeugen in der Zukunft erheblich zunehmen wird, wird zwangsläufig auch die Anzahl derartiger Vorrichtungen anwachsen. Dies zieht allerdings erhebliche Sicherheitsrisiken im alltäglichen Verkehr nach sich. Darüber hinaus beeinträchtigt eine solche anwachsende Anzahl von Vorrichtungen zunehmend den ästhetischen Eindruck der Umgebung, insbesondere wenn es sich um historisch gewachsene Touristenziele handelt. Zum anderen wird im benachbarten Bereich derartiger Vorrichtungen ein Park- oder Stellplatz für das Fahrzeug, dessen Batterie aufgeladen werden soll, benötigt. Ein solcher Park- oder Stellplatz ist heutzutage gerade in Großstädten jedoch selten anzutreffen. Dass ein sich solcher Park- oder Stellplatz sodann noch im Bereich einer derartigen Vorrichtung befindet ist umso seltener.Such devices are well known.
