Abstract

Hybrid system (10) comprises a driver assistance system (14,16,18). The driver assistance system has sensors (20,24,28) and control units (22,26,30) for control of the sensors and for processing the received signals from the sensors. The control units of the driver assistance system are integrated into a master control device (32) with a master control unit (34). The master control unit controls the operation of the individual control units and the signals processed by control unit are combined with each other for interpretation. An INDEPEDENT CLAIM is also included for the master control device.
