Zeitlich versetzt stellt die Steuer- und Übertragungseinheit (7) eine weitere Festnetz- und/oder Funknetzwahlverbindung zu einem externen Speichermedium her und versendet an diese die empfangenen Bildsignale. Mittels der Mobilfunk-Sende-Empfangseinheit (8) können die von der Kamera aufgezeichneten Bildsignale von dem externen Speichermedium (9) abgerufen werden. Über ein Rücksignal von der Mobilfunk-Sende-Empfangseinheit (8) auf die Steuer- und Übertragungseinheit (7) kann die Aufzeichnung und Übermittlung der aufgezeichneten Bildsignale deaktiviert werden. Erfolgt die Deaktivierung nicht, wird die Aufzeichnung und Versendung der Bildsignale automatisch nach einer festgelegten Zeitspanne beendet. Die Festlegung dieser Zeitspanne und die Einstellung der herzustellenden Wahlverbindungen sowie deren Änderungen erfolgt durch die Mobilfunk-Sende-Einheit (8), indem die dafür erforderlichen Eingaben per Funk- und/oder Festnetzverbindung an die Steuer- und Übertragungseinheit (7) übertragen werden. 1.
