Abstract

一种笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其包括两一体成型的按键与一上盖,上盖上方开设一凹槽,各按键后端设有两固定柱,上盖凹槽底部对应开设若干通孔,固定柱通过热熔工艺将按键固定于上盖的凹槽内。由于按键是直接固定于上盖上方,其直接与上盖接触,限定了按键下压的行程,减少现有按键有下陷过量从而过度抵压电性按钮致其失效的缺陷,延长按键下方电性按钮的寿命。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,尤指一种延长按键下方电性按钮寿命的按键固定结构。
【背景技术】
现有笔记本电脑由于便携性的要求,其本身通常配备用于控制屏幕游标的装置,市场上较常见的有触控板及指点杆,指点杆在美国国际商业机器公司(International Business Machines,IBM)的笔记本电脑上更为常见,较早的笔记本电脑则配备轨迹球作为游标控制装置。而无论触控板或者指点杆,为操作简便,常在笔记本电脑的键板前部安装有相当于鼠标左右键的按键,电脑内部于按键下方则设有产生电性信号的电性按钮。
现有笔记性电脑的按键的固定,常将按键自笔记本电脑的基座内部固定至上盖的下方,如美国专利第6,177,924B1所揭示的按键固定结构。其上盖开设有通孔,一包括两按键的按键组固定于上盖下方,按键收容于上盖的通孔并外露于上盖,按键设有弹性臂,以便当按压按键后回弹。但是,由于按键固定于上盖下方,使用者若用力过大时,可能使按键过行程,从而过度抵压电性按钮而至其失效,且按键若行程过大,使用者常会由于按键悬空而怀疑其已损环;且由于弹性臂长时间使用后可能弹性失效,从而使按键无法回弹。另外,由于上盖的通孔至少需对应按键的大小开设,其较大的通孔的开设将大大降低上盖的强度。再者,由于按键收容于通孔内,其二者间必有间隙,外界灰尘或液体如水等则可通过间隙直达电脑内部,而造成电脑损坏。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可延长按键下方电性按钮寿命的按键固定结构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:一种笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其包括至少一按键与一上盖,上盖上方开设一凹槽,按键自上方固定于凹槽。按键后端设有若干固定柱,上盖凹槽底部对应开设若干通孔,固定柱通过热熔工艺将按键固定于上盖。按键下方还设有一凸柱,上盖凹槽底部开设一容纳凸柱穿过的按键孔。
由于按键是直接固定于上盖上方,其直接与上盖接触,增加了按键的强度,限定了按键下压的行程,从而与现有技术相比,减少了现有技术中按键有下陷过量从而过度抵压电性按钮致其失效的缺陷;而且改善了使用者按压按键的体验,消除了按键悬空感。另外,上盖的通孔尺寸仅仅需对应按键的凸柱,则保证上盖强度。再者,按键固定于凹槽内,凹槽还可防止灰尘直接进入笔记本电脑内部,并有一定的防水作用。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构包括一按键组10与一上盖30。
一并参阅图2,按键组10包括一体成型的两个按键,其功能分别类似于普通鼠标的选择健与确认键,即通常所说的鼠标左键与右键,这两个按键为一槽101所分割开,且按压变形后分别具有足够回弹弹性。按键组10上对应两按键分别向下形成一凸柱11,以抵压笔记本电脑中位于按键下方的电性按钮(图未示)从而产生电信号。按键组10后端向下一体成型有若干固定柱13。按键组10前端于各按键边缘分别形成一对凸棱15。按键组10为塑料材料制成。
一并参阅图3,上盖30前部设有一触控板31,用于控制电脑屏幕上的游标。上盖33于触控板31前部至上盖30边缘处形成一凹槽33。凹槽33的底部邻近边缘处形成两按键孔331以对应按键组10的凸柱11穿过而抵压电性按钮。凹槽33的底部邻近触控板31处对应按键组10的固定柱13形成若干通孔333。上盖30于邻近其边缘形成四个通槽335,以对应收容按键组10的凸棱15。
组装时,将按键组10收容于上盖30的凹槽33内,凸柱11穿过按键孔331,固定柱13穿过通孔333,凸棱15对应定位于通槽335。之后,将固定柱13通过热熔方式将按键组10固定于上盖30的凹槽33内,如图4所示。之后将上盖30通过已有固定方式固定于一笔记本电脑基座50,如图5所示。基座50内设有处理器、主机板、硬盘、内存等组成可运行系统的必要电子组件,且前述电性按钮并收容于基座50内,并且可为按键组10的凸柱11所抵压或者释放以产生电性信号。
使用时,由于按键组10是直接固定于上盖30上方,其直接与上盖30接触,限定了按键下压的行程,从而与现有技术相比,减少了现有技术中按键有下陷过量从而过度抵压电性按钮致其失效的缺陷;而且改善了使用者按压按键的体验,消除按键悬空感。另外,上盖30仅需开设对应按键组10的凸柱11的按键孔331,从而保证了上盖30的强度。再者,本实用新型的固定结构,还可防止灰尘直接进入笔记本电脑内部,并有一定的防水作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,包括至少一按键与一上盖,其特征在于:上盖上方开设一凹槽,按键自上方固定于凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其特征在于:按键后端设有若干固定柱,上盖凹槽底部对应开设若干通孔,固定柱通过热熔将按键固定于上盖。
3.如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其特征在于:按键前端设有若干凸棱,上盖凹槽前端设有若干定位凸棱的通槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其特征在于:按键下方设有一凸柱,上盖凹槽底部开设一容纳凸柱穿过的按键孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其特征在于:按键为本身具有弹性的按键。
6.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑触控板按键固定结构,其特征在于:其包括两一体成型的按键,两按键中间开设一槽。
