背景技术
已知的举重椅类的练习器械至今已经用于锻炼上肢和手臂及/或腿部。因为这种器械通常具有用于上肢和手臂及用于腿部的分离的杆和重物，所以它们往往有些复杂且体积大。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该器械具有水平延伸的座位11，该座位11在一端被直立的立柱12支承而在另一端被后倾的支腿13支承。立柱和支腿具有横向延伸、搁置在底板上的大致上呈矩形的脚板14、16。
靠背17在座位后方与支承臂或支柱18铰链连接，该支承臂或支柱18在靠背和后支腿13之间延伸，用于以相对于座位的不同角度来保持靠背。支柱的上端与靠背枢转地连接，且下端搁置在支腿上侧的法兰19上。

Claims (18)

1、一种举重椅，包括水平延伸的座位，在所述座位一端的直立立柱，枢转地与所述立柱上部连接的摇臂，该摇臂用于在抬起和落下位置之间运动，从所述立柱的上部横向伸出的一对靠腿，从所述摇臂的自由端横向伸出的重物杆，可更换地安装在所述重物杆上的多个重物，在所述重物杆上、用于被腿部练习者的腿部夹靠住的垫，以及安装在所述摇臂上、用于被坐在所述座位上的上肢和手臂练习者的手抓住的手柄。
