Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有压力平衡自动补偿的接地故障断路器的永磁式分断的动作机构,包括:分别位于软磁体的两端的二个永久磁铁;一个与所述软磁体注塑在一起的平衡架,该平衡架两侧分别具有用来接触动触片的压力平衡补偿凸台;其中,在所述软磁体两端的套筒上分别缠绕吸合线圈和分断线圈,以便在这两个线圈分别通电时产生不同方向的磁力,使所述软磁体在磁力的作用下带动与其注塑在一起的平衡架移动。本发明通过平衡架两侧上设置的用来接触动触片的压力平衡补偿凸台来动态调整与动触片的接触位置,从而确保设置在动触片上的动触点与静触点的可靠接触。

Description

具有压力平衡自动补偿的接地故障断路器动作机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接地故障断路器保护装置,特别涉及一种触点压力平衡自动补偿接地故障断路器的动作机构。
背景技术
由于接地故障断路器能有效防止人身触点,电气设备漏电及火灾隐患事故,而得到了广泛的应用。接地故障断路器是通过动作机构实施保护的,故接地故障断路器有六组银触点,在实际工作中(由于种种原因)六组银触点往往不能全部可靠的保证接触。以致造成接地故障断路器工作不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有触点压力平衡自动补偿的接地故障断路器动作机构,通过触点压力平衡自动补偿,确保银触点的可靠接触。
本发明的上述目的是这样实现的,一种具有压力平衡自动补偿的接地故障断路器的永磁式分断的动作机构,包括:
分别位于软磁体两端的二个永久磁铁;
一个与所述软磁体注塑在一起的平衡架,该平衡架两侧分别具有用来接触动触片的压力平衡补偿凸台;
其中,在套在所述软磁体上的套筒两端分别缠绕吸合线圈和分断线圈(也可以称作脱扣线圈),以便在这两个线圈分别通电时产生不同方向的磁力,使所述软磁体在磁力的作用下带动与其注塑在一起的平衡架移动。
本发明通过平衡架两侧上设置的用来接触动触片的压力平衡补偿凸台来动态调整与动触片的接触位置,从而确保设置在动触片上的动触点与静触点的可靠接触。
其中,所述平衡架的两侧还具有容纳和限位动触片的沟槽和限位凸台,以便安装和定位动触片。
其中,所述压力平衡补偿凸台设置在所述平衡架容置沟槽内,所述压力平衡补偿凸台表面为两个方向的圆弧面,其中央突出部分插入所述动触片的中间孔。这种结构使动触片可以前、后、左、右相对轴线摆动,在触点闭合时补偿触点压力的不平衡。
其中,所述动触片的两端分别设有动触点,所述动触点的数量与动作机构的静触点相等,并对应于所述静触点而设。
其中,所述动触片的其中一端设有两个动触片,在位于这两个动触片的中间位置开有一定长度的缺口,使动触片可以在触点闭合时有一定的过压力弹性变形。
其中,所述动触片的另一端设有一个动触点。
其中,所述动触点被铆接在动触片端部。
其中,与所述动触片另一端设有的一个动触点相对应的静触点连接电源。
其中,所述的一个永久磁铁设置在电路板上,另一个永久磁铁放置在隔板上。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2A、图2B、图3A、图3B,本发明的具有压力平衡补偿的接地故障断路器动作机构包括:
二个永久磁铁202和201(参见图2A、图2B),分别位于软磁体312的两端(参见图2A、图2B),其中,一个永久磁铁201设置在电路板上,另一个永久磁铁202放置在隔板(未示出)上;
一个与所述软磁体312注塑在一起的平衡架308(参见图2A、图2B),该平衡架308两侧分别具有用来接触动触片309的压力平衡补偿凸台315(参见图3A、图3B);
其中,在套在所述软磁体312上的套筒两端分别缠绕吸合线圈310和分断线圈311,由于软磁体312位于套筒(即图2A、图2B中缠绕着线圈310和311的筒状部分)之内,所以在这两个线圈分别通电时就可以产生不同方向的磁力,使所述软磁体312在磁力的作用下带动与其注塑在一起的平衡架308上下移动。
本发明通过平衡架308两侧上设置的用来接触动触片309的压力平衡补偿凸台315来动态调整与动触片的接触位置,从而确保设置在动触片上的动触点与静触点的可靠接触。
平衡架308的两侧还具有容纳动触片309的沟槽(参见图1,图3A、图3B),以及限位动触片(309)的限位凸台。
其中动触片309放置在沟槽中。
压力平衡补偿凸台315设置在所述平衡架308容置沟槽内,所述压力平衡补偿凸台315表面为两个方向的圆弧面(参见图3A、图3B),其中央突出部分插入所述动触片309的中间孔(参见图1)。这种结构使动触片可以前.后.左.右相对轴线摆动,在触点闭合时补偿触点压力的不平衡。
动触片309的两端分别设有动触点305,所述动触点305的总数量与动作机构的静触点203相等,通常为6个,并对应于所述静触点203而设(参见图1、图2A、图2B)。
动触片309的其中一端设有两个动触片305(参见图1),在位于这两个动触片的中间位置开有一定长度的缺口(参见图1),使动触片可以在触点闭合时有一定的过压力弹性变形。
动触片309的另一端设有一个动触点305(参见图1),与该动触点305相对应的静触点203连接电源。
在本发明的一个实例中,动触点305被铆接在动触片309端部。
在本发明的一个实例中,吸合线圈310缠绕在一个套筒上,分断线圈311缠绕在另一个套筒上,最后两个套筒组合在一起,形成一个完整的单一套筒。
在本发明的一个实例中,在6个静触点203中,四个位于套筒前端两侧,两个位于套筒后端两侧并与电源相连接。
平衡架(308)的两侧分别设置有容置槽(其中放置动触片),容置槽内有两个方向圆弧表面的凸台(315:支承动触片),从而保证动触片在容置槽内可以沿轴线前、后、左、右摆动,实现触点闭时压力平衡的自动补偿。
其中所述的软磁体为圆柱形电工纯铁。
由此可见,本发明通过静压均衡的原理,实现6组触点的可靠接触,也就是平衡架容置槽内的动触片。一端在静触点的压力作用下,使另一端翘起,从而强迫另一端动触点与其相对应的静触点的可靠接触。因此本发明可以实现触点间的可靠接触。
图2A示出了动静触点断开时的情况,当吸合线圈310通电时,在磁场力作用下,软磁体312向永久磁铁202移动,带动平衡架308.动触片309同时位移,使动触点305与静触点203闭合。接地故障断路器开始工作。
当分断线圈311通电时,改变软磁体312的磁力线方向,在磁场力作用下,软磁体脱离永久磁铁202吸力,向永久磁铁201方向移动,带动平衡架308。动触片309同步位移,使动触点与静触点分离,软磁体312与永久磁铁201吸合。这时接地故障断路器处于分断状态。
由图2A、图2B.图3A、图3B可看出,当动作机构向上移动,接地故障断路器闭合时,由于动触片309的支点在凸台315圆弧面的最高点,所以动触片309可以沿轴线前、后、左、右摆动,达到压力平衡自动补偿的目的。

Claims (10)

1、一种具有压力平衡自动补偿的接地故障断路器的永磁式分断的动作机构,包括:
分别位于软磁体(312)两端的二个永久磁铁(201,202);
一个与所述软磁体(312)注塑在一起的平衡架(308),该平衡架(308)两侧分别具有用来接触动触片(309)的压力平衡补偿凸台(315);
其中,在套在所述软磁体(312)上的套筒两端分别缠绕吸合线圈(310)和分断线圈(311),以便在这两个线圈分别通电时产生不同方向的磁力,使所述软磁体(312)在磁力的作用下带动与其注塑在一起的平衡架(308)移动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述平衡架(308)的两侧还具有容纳和限位动触片(309)的沟槽和限位凸台。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述压力平衡补偿凸台(315)设置在所述平衡架(308)容置沟槽内,所述压力平衡补偿凸台(315)表面为两个方向的圆弧面,所述压力平衡补偿凸台(315)的中央突出部分插入所述动触片(309)的中间孔中。
4、根据权利要求1所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述动触片(309)的两端分别设有动触点(305),所述动触点(305)的数量与动作机构的静触点(203)相等,并对应于所述静触点(203)而设。
5、根据权利要求4所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述动触片(309)的其中一端设有两个动触片(305),在位于这两个动触片的中间位置开有一定长度的缺口。
6、根据权利要求5所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述动触片(309)的另一端设有一个动触点(305)。
7、根据权利要求5、6所述的动作机构,其特征在于,所述动触点(305)被铆接在动触片(309)端部。
8、根据权利要求6所述的动作机构,其特征在于,与所述动触片(309)另一端设有的一个动触点(305)相对应的静触点(203)连接电源。
9、根据权利要求1所述的动作机构,其特征在于所述的一个永久磁铁(201)设置在电路板上,另一个永久磁铁(202)放置在隔板上。
10、一种接地故障断路器的永磁式分断的动作机构,包括:
二个永久磁铁(201.202),位于软磁体(312)的两端;
一个与所述软磁体(312)注塑在一起的平衡架(308);
其中,在套在所述软磁体(312)上的套筒两端分别缠绕吸合线圈(310)和分断线圈(311),以便在这两个线圈分别通电时产生不同方向的磁力,使所述软磁体(312)在磁力的作用下带动与其注塑在一起的平衡架(308)移动。
