I) radio network controller will be released to the Dedicated Physical Control Channel that the enhancing transfer of data is set up after receiving the enhancing data transfer request, send the release Dedicated Physical Control Channel to subscriber equipment afterwards and reply, and finish the enhancing data transmission procedure.
