Abstract

背景技术
彩弹球行业的流行和发展已导致要求提高彩弹球枪的性能。彩弹球枪的使用者通常参与彩弹球对抗游戏。彩弹球对抗游戏一般在两队力图抢得对方的旗子的游戏者之间进行游戏。各方的旗子放在各队的据地内。这样的游戏在一大的场地上进行,而各方的据地位于各端。游戏者各武装有一发射彩弹球的彩弹球枪。彩弹球是内充彩色物外包复明胶的球丸。
在游戏过程中,各队的游戏者朝向对方的据地前进,伺机偷袭对方的旗子。游戏者必须做到不因被对手的枪射出的彩弹球击中而首先逐出游戏。当一游戏者被一彩弹球击中时,明胶的胶丸破裂,其中的彩色物飞溅到游戏者身上。其结果,游戏者“挂彩”并逐出游戏。
这种对抗游戏越来越流行,游戏的技巧导致越来越来精巧的设备。这种改进之一是使用半自动化和自动化的彩弹球枪,它们允许快速地发射彩弹球。由于发射速度的提高,自然形成一种要求提高安装在枪上的彩弹球装弹机内储存彩弹球的容量。再者,随着枪的不断发展,使用者要求更快的传送速度。
彩弹球装弹机通常包括一位于彩弹球枪的上部上的外壳,它设计成容置大量的彩弹球。在外壳的底部有一出口管,彩弹球借助于重力通过该出口管下落。彩弹球通入一位于枪的上部的入口管。
使用时,彩弹球相继地通过出口管落入枪的入口管内。入口管引导各个彩弹球进入枪的发射腔室内,其中,彩弹球通过压缩空气从枪中向外推出。因为现有的彩弹球装弹机依赖于重力来将彩弹球输送到枪中,所以,如果枪和装弹机保持在基本竖立的位置,它们才能合适地供应彩弹球。在游戏过程中,如果一游戏者被迫斜向或倒置地持枪,则装弹机将不能合适地发挥功能。
此外,并不少见的是,在彩弹球输送到枪中时,彩弹球会阻塞在枪中。为了纠正这种问题,游戏者会摇动枪或敲击装弹机,以便驱逐堵塞的彩弹球。这显然在游戏的过程中置游戏者于风险中,因为游戏者需要调整设备而分散注意力。
目前,在市场上出售利用安装在装弹机内的光学传感器的彩弹球装弹机,它们能探测到彩弹球枪的输入管内是否缺少彩弹球。当传感器探测到彩弹球枪的输入管内没有彩弹球时,即致动一电机而使一桨叶强制一彩弹球进入到彩弹球枪内。其它传统的彩弹球装弹机则利用具有声音传感器的搅动器来探测枪的发射。响应于枪发射的声音,发送出一电信号来致动一搅动器,搅动器将彩弹球移动到输送管内。
尽管目前的输送系统相对于现有技术的输送机有了改进,但目前的输送系统结构复杂而制造昂贵。这样的系统也可导致堵塞。
因此,需要有一种简单和可靠地将彩弹球高速度输送到一彩弹球枪内、同时防止或减小彩弹球堵塞的可能性的用于输送系统的输送机构。还需要一种控制输送电机以便延长电池寿命并减少不希望的噪音的彩弹球装弹机。
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明是一用于彩弹球装弹机的球输送机构。球输送机构包括一输送彩弹球的输送机。该输送机可以是一驱动锥、桨轮,或分度带,其具有突出部、凹槽部或桨叶,它们将球朝向一输送颈部传送或推进。输送机构较佳地还包括一与输送机同轴的驱动轴。输送机安装在驱动轴上,并在接合机构停止之前围绕驱动轴自由转动。该输送机通过一弹簧连接到驱动轴。弹簧设计成储存势能,用来转动输送机,由此驱动球朝向输送颈部。使用一电机来转动驱动轴,从而卷绕或压缩弹簧。
在操作中,弹簧通常受压缩,以使弹簧能量始终按要求提供来将球朝向输送颈部推进。电机根据需要通电来恢复弹簧能(例如,通过压缩弹簧)。也可使用诸如弹性体之类的其它的弹性件来代替弹簧。
输送机构包括一分度机构,该机构包括一传感器来确定弹簧张拉或卷绕的程度。在一实施例中,分度机构通过使用传感器来探测输送机和驱动机构(其包括驱动轴)的旋转运动实现该功能。一控制器与传感器连通并确定输送机构对于驱动机构的相对位置,以便确定弹簧是否需要卷绕。输送机和驱动机构的相对位置可通过弹簧压缩/张紧的程度关联。如果控制器确定弹簧需要卷绕,则电机被致动而使驱动机构转动。从而使弹簧卷绕。
输送机构还可包括一与控制器连通的张力计或应变片。这些装置用来确定弹簧挠曲的状态。如果控制器确定弹簧需要额外的挠曲,则控制器将致动一电机,而电机转动驱动机构和心轴。心轴的转动又致使弹簧压缩或张紧。

具体实施方式
现参照诸附图,其中,相同的标号表示相同的元件,在图1中示出根据本发明的彩弹球装弹机40的侧视图,装弹机可操作地附连到一用虚线表示的代表性的彩弹球枪20上。彩弹球枪20包括一主体22,一压缩气体瓶24,一前手柄26,一枪筒28,以及一后手柄30。彩弹球枪20还包括一通向主体内部的发射腔(未示出)的入口管32和一扳机34。前手柄26较佳为从枪筒28向下延伸并提供一手握持的手柄。压缩气体瓶24通常固定到彩弹球枪20的后部。压缩气体瓶一般装有CO2、NO2或空气,但也可使用其它的气体。
在使用彩弹球枪20时扣动扳机34,由此致动压缩气体瓶释放有控制喷放的压缩气体。喷放的气体用来通过枪筒28向外弹出彩弹球。通过发射腔室的入口管由彩弹球装弹机40连续地输送彩弹球。图1所示的彩弹球枪是一自动的彩弹球枪,然而,枪也可以是半自动的。
彩弹球装弹机40包括一彩弹球容器42,其具有一形成内部区域46的容器壁44。容器具有一上部48和一下部50。一出口管52从容器的下部引向出口开口54。出口管定位在彩弹球枪20的入口管32的顶上。一输送机构100(示于图2中)用来驱动或推动彩弹球朝向出口管并进入到入口管32内。
图2是根据本发明的输送机构100的一实施例的分解的立体图。尽管图中示出一较佳输送机构100,但各种其它的部件可替换来驱动彩弹球进入到彩弹球枪20内。输送机构100包括一输送机102和一驱动机构500,输送机102驱动或以其它方式将彩弹球传送到出口管52内。
本发明中可使用各种输送机102,包括有叶轮、驱动锥、桨轮或其它的装置,其能引导或其它方式推动彩弹球从装弹机进入到出口管52。一较佳的输送机102示于附图中,其包括一带有多个翅片104的外壳103,翅片较佳为从外壳103沿径向延伸。尽管翅片104在此显示为直的,但如下文中所讨论的,也可采用其它的形状。输送机102较佳还包括在相邻翅片104之间延伸的突缘105。从附图中可以看到,外壳、翅片和突缘可制成一单一的注塑模制件。尽管在此示出的是翅片,但也可构思这样的输送机,其可包括诸多凹槽,当彩弹球穿梭朝向出口管时,彩弹球坐落在凹槽内。
一圆柱形开口106形成在外壳103的中心用来接纳一紧固件130。紧固件130用来将输送机102接合或安装到驱动机构500的一驱动轴或心轴108上。具体来说,紧固件130延伸通过开口106并旋入到形成在驱动轴108顶部的一孔中。
现参照图3,图中详细地显示输送机102的底部。外壳103包括一第一突缘124,其附连到外壳103并从外壳103向下突出。在所示的实施例中,第一突缘124与外壳103一体形成。第一突缘124设计成与弹簧116的第一端接合,这将在下文中得到更好地理解。
如图3和4所示,驱动机构500包括一弹簧外壳112,它围绕驱动轴108设置并定位成在输送机102的下方。弹簧外壳112包括一外壁113和一底壁115。内壁117围绕一中心开口119形成。驱动轴108设计成通过中心开口119并接合弹簧外壳112,以使驱动轴108的转动产生弹簧外壳112的衍生转动。在所示实施例中,驱动轴108的一部分显示为非圆柱形的形状,而开口119形成一匹配的非圆柱形形状。较佳为使用一弹簧夹头132或类似的紧固件来约束弹簧外壳112在驱动轴108上的垂直运动。这一点更清楚地显示在图4中,该图示出安装在驱动轴108上的弹簧外壳112。
一第二突缘120附连到或最好一体地形成在弹簧外壳112上。第二突缘120构造成与弹簧116的送出端接合。
内壁117和外壁113形成一位于弹簧外壳112内的弹簧腔室114。弹簧或其它偏置件116位于弹簧腔室114内。尽管图中示出一弹簧,但应该容易地认识到,也可使用诸如弹性体之类的其它的偏置件。弹簧116较佳地是一扭转弹簧。在弹簧116的第一端上的第一腿150适于接合位于输送机102上的第一突缘124。在弹簧的第二端上的第二腿152适于接合位于弹簧外壳112上的第二突缘120。这样,弹簧116安装成偏置输送机102抵抗相对于弹簧外壳112的转动。换句话说,弹簧外壳112相对于输送机102的转动产生弹簧116的挠曲或卷绕。当弹簧沿产生弹簧卷绕的方向转动时,弹簧的转动形成弹簧内的恢复力(势能),其趋于相对于输送机102反向转动弹簧外壳112。正如容易理解的那样,如果输送机102解除约束,则弹簧外壳的转动将产生输送机102衍生的转动。仅当有东西阻碍输送机102转动时(例如,彩弹球已经位于出口管内),弹簧外壳112才将弹簧116卷绕。
图4示出组装好的输送机102、弹簧外壳112和驱动轴108。驱动轴108从弹簧外壳112向下突出,并适于接合作为驱动机构500一部分的驱动件或齿轮。
从输送机102下表面向下延伸的是至少一个,较佳地是多个间隔开的上分度齿160。上分度齿160较佳地围绕输送机102的底部以圆型间隔。如下文中将讨论的,上分度齿160与一传感器结合使用以确定输送机102的转动位置。上分度齿160较佳地与输送机102一体形成或附连在输送机102上。尽管在所示的实施例中显示的是分度齿,但也可采用诸如反射器、标记器、凹槽等其它的分度件。
回过来参照图2和3,图中示出驱动件508的一实施例。在此实施例中,驱动件508是一驱动齿轮,其包括围绕驱动齿轮508的周缘形成的多个间隔开的齿轮齿503。驱动齿轮508的齿503适于与连接到一电机(未示出)上的第二齿轮上的匹配齿相啮合。尽管在所示实施例中驱动件508显示为一齿轮,但也可采用其它类型的传统的驱动件来产生有控制的转动,例如皮带轮机构或步进电机。
驱动件508还包括至少一个,较佳地多个下分度件510,它们形成在驱动齿轮508上,且最好形成在其下表面上。与上分度齿160一样,下分度件510用来确定驱动齿轮508以及由此的弹簧外壳112的位置。尽管在所示实施例中分度件显示为突出件,但也可使用诸如齿、反射器、标记器、凹槽等其它的分度件。
输送机构100还包括一位于下面且较佳地邻近输送机102的下表面的第一分度传感器。第一分度传感器504定位成能探测或其它方式检测上分度齿160。具体来说,随着输送机102围绕其中心轴线转动,传感器504在上分度齿通过传感器时对其进行探测。探测到的通过齿160的齿数(例如经过一规定时间)用来确定输送机102的旋转运动。显而易见,形成在输送机102上的上分度齿160越多,输送机102的位置可以确定得越精确。指示检测到的通过齿的齿数的一信号从传感器中送出。或者,传感器504可以是一棘轮机构,它在棘齿转过预定次数或数量后向控制器提供一个信号。
一第二分度传感器506安装在驱动齿轮508的附近,以便能探测到下分度件510的通过。通过对通过的下分度件510的数量的记数,可确定驱动齿轮508和由此的弹簧外壳112的旋转运动。从传感器中发出一指示检测到的通过齿的齿数的信号。尽管所示实施例示出的传感器和分度件安装在驱动齿轮上,但应该容易地理解到,传感器也可安装成探测驱动轴的旋转运动。
参照图9,第一分度传感器504和第二分度传感器506与一诸如一计算机或微处理器(未示出)的控制器900连通。控制器900确定输送机102相对于驱动齿轮508位置,并评估弹簧116是否需要张紧(卷绕)或挠曲。如果控制器900确定弹簧116需要张紧,则控制器将致动一与驱动齿轮508接合的电机950,以便将驱动齿轮508转过一所需的量。这种接合较佳地通过一驱动系统960,例如与驱动齿轮508上的齿503啮合的一齿轮。驱动齿轮508的转动又转动驱动轴108并由此转动弹簧外壳112。弹簧外壳112相对于输送机102的转动导致弹簧116卷绕至较佳为第二突缘120与第一突缘124相遇。
在操作过程中,随着输送机102将彩弹球推进到枪内,第一传感器504对已经通过的上分度齿160的齿数记数,并提供一信号到控制器。同样地,第二传感器506对已经通过的下分度件510的数量记数,并提供一分度其数量的信号到控制器。可以想象,在发射过程中驱动齿轮508可不必移动。相反,仅在控制器900探测到输送机102相对于驱动齿轮508的定位位置与需要“再次卷绕”的弹簧相关联之后,控制器900才将一信号发送到电机950来转动驱动齿轮508,例如,系统可设定成仅在可被输送机保持的半数的彩弹球分配之后,电机才被致动而转动驱动齿轮508。
或者,控制器900可连续地监视输送机102和驱动齿轮508的运动。输送机102相对于驱动齿轮508的任何运动可导致电机转动驱动齿轮508而卷绕弹簧。因此,枪将始终设定在使用输送机可能输送的最大数量的球。
控制器900还可进行编程,以便将驱动齿轮508转动一预定的距离而卷绕弹簧,从而防止过度卷绕。下分度件510可通过第二传感器506进行跟踪,当要求时可停止驱动齿轮508的转动。例如,控制器可进行编程而将弹簧张紧一足够的量,以便在需要再次卷绕之前输送10个彩弹球进入枪内。枪一发射,弹簧的张力将输送10个彩弹球进入到出口管内。控制器从由第一分度传感器504提供的数据确定待输送的球的数量。
或者,本发明可只利用一个传感器来探测叶轮的运动。可使用一个诸如步进电机之类的电机来对每次探测到的叶轮的运动增量地卷绕弹簧。例如,如果弹簧对于被传感器探测到的由输送机输送的每一个球具有足够的张力来输送10个彩弹球,则电机将对弹簧卷绕整个转动的1/10。
还可构思使用控制器来探测出口管内是否还存在彩弹球。如果控制器900确定管内没有彩弹球,则它将指示弹簧处于一松开的状态。因此,控制器900将致动电机950并再次卷绕弹簧。
图5示出传感器机构的一变化的实施例。在此实施例中,第一传感器包括一第一发射器602和一第一接收器604。第一发射器602提供一由围绕输送锥102底侧的周缘放置的反射器反射的光束。反射的信号被接收器604探测到。发射器602和接收器604可容纳在同一单元内,尽管这里为清晰起见分开表示。光束可以是一红外线(IR)光束。同样地,可提供一第二发射器606和一第二接收器608来代替第二分度传感器506。第二发射器606提供一由围绕驱动齿轮508顶侧或底侧的周缘放置的反射器反射的光束。反射的光束被第二接收器608探测到。发射器606和接收器608可容纳在同一单元内,或如图所示地分开安装。第一和第二发射器/接收器与控制器900连通。图6示出图5的组装好的单元。
还可构思探测机构可包括一张力计或应变片来确定弹簧的张力。应变片与控制器连通。如果弹簧内的张力落到预选限值以下,则控制器将致动电机,电机转动驱动机构,驱动机构又转动心轴,由此张紧弹簧。
参照图7和8,图中示出一变化的输送机结构。具体来说,图7示出一输送机200,它包括两个翅片202。两个翅片间隔180度,因此,允许多个彩弹球206位于两个相邻翅片202之间。图8示出一带有多个弧形翅片302的输送机,各个翅片设计成托住一单个的彩弹球206。本技术领域内的技术人员将会容易地用变化设计的结构来替代输送机,以便足以实现要求数量的彩弹球的输送。
本发明提供一从容器内输送彩弹球的新颖的系统。使用两个传感器能控制传统输送机所不可能实现的输送。本发明中的控制器可调整到将电机的使用减到最小,由此节约电池的电力。控制器还可用来精确地跟踪球分配的数量。
此外,本发明中的控制器还可控制成变化施加到球供应上的张力和压力。输送机构可包括一使用者输入机构,例如一拨盘或揿钮,输入机构允许使用者当驱动机构重新卷绕弹簧时进行调整。
尽管已经描述了由于卷绕弹簧造成弹簧的势能,但显然也可使用压缩弹簧,在此情形中,弹簧的卷绕应理解为弹簧的压缩形成一恢复力或势能。

Claims (17)
1.一用于彩弹球枪上的彩弹球装弹机,其特征在于,所述彩弹球装弹机包括:
一彩弹球容器,其用来保持多个彩弹球;
一输送机构,其用来将彩弹球输送到一枪内,所述输送机构包括
一安装在容器上的输送机,以使其围绕一中心线可转动,输送机包括至少一个翅片,用来朝向装弹机内的出口传送一彩弹球,
一驱动机构,其包括一适于围绕中心线和相对于叶轮转动的驱动件,以及一弹簧,其一端与输送机接合,而另一端与驱动件连接,输送机相对于驱动件转动导致弹簧卷绕和松开,弹簧的卷绕在弹簧内形成势能,其用来转动输送机,因此,将彩弹球输送出装弹机外;
一与驱动件接合的电机,其用来围绕中心轴线转动驱动件;
一第一传感器,其用来探测输送机的转动和提供指示探测到的叶轮转动的一第一信号;
一第二传感器,其用来探测驱动件的转动和提供指示探测到的驱动件转动的一第二信号;以及
一与第一和第二传感器连通的控制器,其用来接收第一和第二信号,所述控制器根据第一和第二信号差来确定输送机相对于驱动件的位置,所述控制器与电机连通以控制电机的致动。

一彩弹球容器,其用来保持多个彩弹球;
一输送机构用来将彩弹球输送到一枪内,所述输送机构包括:
一安装在容器上的输送机,其围绕一轴线可转动,所述输送机包括至少一个桨叶,用来从容器朝向装弹机内的一出口传送一彩弹球,
一驱动件,其具有一驱动轴,所述驱动件和轴适于围绕轴线组合地转动,以及
一弹簧,其一端与输送机接合,而另一端与驱动轴连接;
一与驱动件接合的电机,用来围绕轴线转动驱动件;
一第一传感器,其用来探测输送机的转动和提供指示探测到的叶轮转动的一第一信号;
一第二传感器,其用来探测驱动件的转动和提供指示探测到的驱动件转动的一第二信号;以及
一与第一和第二传感器连通的控制器,其用来接收第一和第二信号,所述控制器根据第一和第二信号差来确定输送机相对于驱动件的位置,所述控制器与电机连通以控制电机的致动。
14.如权利要求13所述的彩弹球装弹机,其特征在于,所述输送机包括至少一个第一分度件,其安装成与输送机结合转动,并可被所述第一传感器探测,所述驱动件包括至少一个第二分度件,其安装成与驱动件结合转动,并可被第二传感器探测。
15.如权利要求14所述的彩弹球装弹机,其特征在于,所述至少第一和第二分度件是反射器,所述相关的传感器探测从反射器中反射出的光线。
16.如权利要求13所述的彩弹球装弹机,其特征在于,所述输送机可转动地附连到驱动轴上,所述驱动件是一齿轮,它与连接电机的一齿轮啮合。
17.如权利要求13所述的彩弹球装弹机,其特征在于,所述输送机构还包括一附连到驱动轴并与驱动轴结合转动的弹簧外壳,所述弹簧设置在外壳内,所述弹簧附连到驱动件是通过弹簧的一端与弹簧外壳接合提供的,所述弹簧附连到输送机是通过弹簧的另一端与形成在叶轮上的一突缘接合提供的。
