发明背景

发明内容
本案的目的是在于提供叙述于美国专利申请案号第5,653,643以及5,944,617号的技术的变化。

具体实施方式
本案是针对用于器具握把的覆盖物。该覆盖物是由消震或吸震材料所制成,而该材料是可包括一层在美国专利案号第5,653,643以及5,944,617号中所揭示的材料型态,这些专利的详细内容是融入于文中,不仅有关于材料,也有关于该材料所能施用的装置,以及其它在该些专利中所揭示的内容。

图3是显示当器具有接触,如球棒12打击到球时,一般认为的来自震动的冲击力的影响的示意图。图3是显示力的向量以及三层迭层,如图2所示,其中弹性体层22、24是由美国专利案号第5,653,643以及5,944,617号中所述的聚树酯(silicone)材料所制成,该中间层26是为由Kevlar(克夫勒)纤维所制成的一聚醯胺纤维层。起始的冲击或震动是通过在该套筒迭层10的每一侧以侧向或横向箭头28而加以表示,这使得该弹性体层22、24将被沿着弧形30而被压缩,而内含的由力消散材料所制成的中间层26则纵向地分散该震动,如箭头32所示,震动的线性分散则造成一回弹的效果,而整体上会减轻该震动。
实验测试是在著名大学中进行设置于棒球棒上的各式握持部的评估。在测试中,具各式握持部的棒球棒是通过很细的线而从天花板悬空,这则几乎达成需要决定球棒的真正特性的无界线状态(free boundary condition)。两个标准工业用加速度计是被设置于特地制造的套筒之上,而该套筒是大体上位于左手及右手会握持该球棒的位置。一已知的力是以标准设定的冲击槌(standard calibrated impact hammer)而被传递至该球棒的三个位置,一个对应于甜蜜击球点(sweet spot),其它的两个则仿真在中间点及把手的“失误打击(miss hits)”,施力的时间与加速度是通过信号调整装置而加以安排并连接至一资料取得装置,此是连接至一计算机以用于对资料做对数运算。
有两个系列的测试是被实施。在第一种测试中,一控制球棒(具有标准橡胶握持部,WORTH球棒,model#C405)是与具有数个代表本案的实施例的“无刺痛(sting-free)”握持部的相同球棒进行比较,这些“无刺痛”握持部是包括两层纯聚氨酯以及插入于此两聚氨酯层间的各式克夫勒。使用于此测试中的克夫勒的形式,以下是做为参考:“005”、“645”、“120”、“909”,而且,仅具有一厚聚氨酯层但没有克夫勒的球棒亦加以测试,除了厚聚氨酯(为过后而被视为不切实际)之外,“645”球棒显示出最佳的震动程度的减少。
第二系列的测试是使用EASTON球棒(model #BK8)以及“645”克夫勒,并与聚氨酯层形成不同的组合:第一只测试的球棒是包括一聚氨酯底层,一“645”克夫勒中间层,以及一编号为“111”的聚氨酯顶层;第二只测试的球棒是包括二聚氨酯底层,一克夫勒中间层,以及一编号为“211”的聚氨酯顶层;第三只测试的球棒是包括一聚氨酯底层,一克夫勒中间层,以及二编号为“112”的聚氨酯顶层。其中,“645”配上“111”的架构显示出最佳震动程度减低。
为了对此震动减低进行量化,是定义出两个标准:(I)将震动消散至一察觉不到的值的时间;以及(II)在人类手最敏感的频率范围内的震动程度。
无刺痛握持部是通过两个量化的测量而减少棒球棒的震动。特别地是,该“645”克夫勒以及“111”的架构在震动减少中是为最佳。在棒球棒的例子中,该“645”减少了球棒震动的时间而约为控制组橡胶握持部的五分之一,震动减低的程度峰值是介于60%至80%之间,取决于冲击的位置以及程度。
因此,结论是,“645”克夫勒握持部配上“111”的组合是可以将导入使用者以其击中球的球棒中的可感震动的程度减低80%,这对沿着球棒长度的不同位置的冲击变化而言亦为真,因此,当使用“无刺痛”握持部时,使用本案的该“无刺痛”握持部的人将可以清楚地体验刺痛影响(痛)相较于标准握持部而言是显著减少。
由上述的测试可知,本案一特定较佳的实施例是有关于具有聚醯胺纤维如克夫勒的多层迭层,而此本案的实施例由上述所指出的测试显示其有引人注意的结果,然而,正如上述一样所指出,该迭层亦可以包括其它层组合,如复数聚氨酯底层或复数聚氨酯顶层,其它变化包括分别的迭层组合,其中一消震层是位于最深处而一力消散层则与该消震层之下部接触,然后,一第二消震层是在该力消散层之上,的后为一第二力消散层等,而最终的迭层则为一握持层,其是亦可由消震材料所制成。在决定那个迭层应被使用的考虑时,需考虑者应为厚度限制以及所需要的消震性质。
各式的层可以有不同的相关厚度。较佳地是,该消震层,如层22,为最厚的层,但最外层的握持部层,如图2所示的层24,可以与该消震层有相同的厚度,或是为一较薄的层,因为该外层的主要功能是在于提供足够的摩擦以确保稳固的握持动作。本案一特别具有优势的特征是,在一力消散坚韧层使用之处,该力消散层可以非常的薄但仍然能达成其意欲的结果。因此,该力消散层是较佳地为这些层中最薄的层,虽然其一般会与该外握持部层有相同的厚度。若有需要的话,该迭层亦可以包括复数消震层(如胶体材料薄层)及/或复数坚韧力消散层。在使用如此的复数层时,各式的层是彼此的厚度可不同。
图1~2是显示有关本案的使用,套筒10是设置于具有钮突17的棒球棒12之上。相同的一般形式结构亦可以用于不具有类似于棒球棒的钮突的器具之上,举例而言,图4是举例说明本案的一变化形式,其中套筒10A是设置于不以任何钮突作为终结的器具的握把18A之上,如此的器具可以是任何类型的运动器材,工具等。然而该套筒10A仍然具有一钮突20A,其是包括一外握持部层24A,一中间力消散层26A,以及一内消震层22A。在图4所显示的实施例中,该握把18A是延伸进入该钮突20A,因此,该内层24是具有适应环境的凹陷34,以接收该握把18A,而该内层22A亦如所示,在钮突区域中有较厚的厚度。
图5是显示套筒10安装于握把18B不穿透钮突20B的握把18B之上的变化形式。正如所示,外握持部层24B在握持区域以及在钮突部分皆为均匀的厚度,相似地,中间力消散层26B亦为均匀厚度,然而,由于该握把18B并没有钮突20b的终端,所以内冲击吸收层22B则完全占据自该力消散层26B向内的钮突的部分。
图6则显示本案的一变化形式,其中握持部覆盖物36包括一钮突。正如其中所示,该握持部覆盖物是以任何适当的方式而设置于一握把38的握持区域之上,并通过事先施加的胶粘剂,或由于最深处消震层40发粘的性质,或由于该握持部覆盖物36回弹的特性,而被维持住。另外,该握持部覆盖物可直接形成于该握把38之上,举例而言,图8是显示以一胶带状形式施用的一握持部覆盖物36B。
如图6中所示,该覆盖物36是包括一种迭层变化,其中一力消散层42是提供于内消震层40之上,而一第二消震层44则施加于该力消散层42之上,而最终的薄握持部层46则作为最外层。正如所示,该二消震层40以及44是为最厚的层,并且可以是彼此相同或不同的厚度,该力消散层42以及该外握持部层44是非常地薄。
图7是显示一覆盖物36A设置于非圆形的中空握把38A之上的剖面图。举例而言,握把38A可具有网球拍的八角形。
图8是显示另一覆盖物36B设置于如榔头48的工具的握把部分。正如所述,该覆盖物36B是以胶带状的形式而被施加,并且符合榔头48的握把部分。除了胶带状之外,其它形式的覆盖物亦可以使用。类似地,该胶带可被用作为施加覆盖物至其它类型工具的装置。
图9是举例说明一覆盖物36C设置于一把手的末端,如各式脚踏车的把手或任何其它具有包括运输工具的方向盘或类似的把手的装置,图9亦举例说明该覆盖物36C具有手指接受凹陷52的外轮廓的变化型,如此的凹陷是亦可被应用于其它形式工具的覆盖物。
图10是举例说明本案的变化形式,其中覆盖物36D是设置于一工具54的握把部分,而该工具的末端56为裸露。此例子是显示,本案是意在为工具的握把提供一消震握持部覆盖物,以及该覆盖物不需要延展越过握持区域。因此,器具在握把两端的部分可以不具有该覆盖物施加于其上。
在本案的较佳实施例中,如先前所讨论,一力消散坚韧层是提供作为一多层迭层的中间层,其中至少有一消震材料的内层、一握持材料的外层,以及可能由额外的消震材料以及各式厚度的力消散层,正如所强调的,该力消散层可以是最深层。本发明亦可以该迭层在该握持层以及该坚韧层以及该消震层的外尚包括一或多层而加以实施,如此的额外层可被并入于该迭层的任何位置,此是取决于其所希望的功能(如,一胶粘剂层、一缓冲垫层等)。
该力消散层可以以任何方式实施于该迭层之中,举例而言,图11是举例说明一般无孔薄片形式的力消散坚韧层58;图12则举例说明一开放网状薄片形式的力消散坚韧层60,而此是以克夫勒纤维形成所特别具有优势的方式;图13举例说明力消散坚韧层62是由多个以材料64制成的彼此平行并通常彼此长度、厚度以及间隔相同的个别条带所形成的变化形式;图14是显示力消散坚韧层66是以不同尺寸且可以方位更任意的方式而加以配置的个别条带68所制成的变化形式;而虽然在图14中所示所有的条带68是平行的,但不平行的配置亦为可使用。
本案的该消震握持部覆盖物是可用于非常广泛数量的器具,举例而言,如此的器具包括运动器材,手部操作的工具以及把手,而运动器材,举例而言,包括球棒、球拍、杆子、标枪等,而手部操作的工具,举例而言,包括榔头、螺丝起子、铲子、耙、长柄刷、板手、钳子、刀、手枪、气锤等,至于把手,举例而言,包括摩托车、脚踏出以及各式种类的方向盘。
本案的一较佳实施例是将一力消散层,特别是一聚醯胺纤维,如克夫勒纤维,并入具有至少两个弹性体的复合材料中,一弹性体层将有消震材料功能,而另一外弹性体层将有握持层的功能。该外弹性体层亦可以为一消震材料,较佳地是,该外层完全覆盖该复合材料。
本案的迭层的复合材料几乎有无限多的可能,依照各式弹性体层的使用可以具有不同程度的硬度,摩擦系数以及震动的减轻。相似地,该各式层的厚度亦可以依照使用的需要而加以变化,举例而言,该内消震层以及外握持层(亦可以为吸震层)的硬度是介于5-70Durometer Shore A。这些层其中之一可具有5-20Durometer Shore A的范围,而这些层的另一则有30-70DurometerShore A的范围。该消震层可具有少于5的硬度,并且甚至可以是000Durometer的读值,该消震层可以是一胶体,如一硅胶或其它任何适合材料的胶体。而正如习知测量技术所决定的发粘及非孔性握持层的摩擦系数是较佳地至少为0.5,并可介于0.6-1.5的范围内,一更佳的范围是0.7-1.2之间,而再更佳的范围介于大约0.8-1之间。该外握持层当亦使用作为一消震层时,可具有与该内层相同的厚度,而当单独使用作为握持层时,厚度可以一般地与中间层相同,而其可以大约是该消震层厚度的1/20至1/4之间。
本案的握持部覆盖物如上述,可使用于各式器具,因此,该器具的握把部分可以是具有均匀直径的圆柱形以及平滑的外表面,如图4所示的高尔夫杆握把38。另外,握把可渐渐变细,如图1~2所示的球棒握把。
其它所举例的几何形状是包括图7所示八角形的网球拍握把38A,或一般椭圆型态的握把,如图8所示的榔头48,本案并不限定于任何特定的几何形状,另外,器具可以具有不规则的外型,如图9所示的具有手指接受凹陷的握把棒。器具握把的外表面是为非平滑构型,该覆盖物的内层是可受压而抵触并符合握把的外表面,并且该覆盖物的最外握持层可包括其本身所具有的手指接受凹陷。或者,该覆盖物可以为符合握把外表面的不规则外型但厚度均匀者。
其它变化形式及使用方式对熟习此技术的人而言,当其通过上述的教示、举例及建议时,是为显而易见。

Claims (32)

1.一种吸震的握持部覆盖物,以用于覆盖一器具的一握把,其包括一预先模制的套筒,该套筒具有一上端以及一下端,该上端为开口,以允许该套筒套入并包围该器具的该握把,该套筒是由一弹性体消震材料所制成,并具有一发粘的外表面,以帮助一使用者在使用该器具期间握持该握把,以及该套筒的该上端具有作为一停止构件的向外周围延伸的钮突,以抗阻使用者的手在使用该器具期间滑离该握把。
2.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该套筒的该下端的内表面是加以形成凹陷,而具有符合该钮突的外表面的轮廓,以合适地安装于位于该器具握把一端的钮突之上。
3.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该覆盖物与一端具有一钮突于的棒球棒的结合中,该覆盖物是与该球棒的该钮突配置于该覆盖物的该钮突中而加以合适地安装。
4.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该套筒在该下端的厚度是大于该套筒剩余部分的厚度。
5.如权利要求4所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,其与一具有以无任何钮突为终结的握把的器具的结合中,该套筒是设置于该握把之上。
6.如权利要求5所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,在该结合中,该器具是为运动器材的一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,在该结合中,该器具是为一工具。
8.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,在该结合中,该器具是为一手把。
9.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该套筒是为由硅树脂(silicone)材料制成的单层构型。
10.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该套筒是为一多层迭层,以及该多层迭层是包括一吸震材料的内层,以及一发粘握持材料的最外层。
11.如权利要求10所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,其是包括一另一内层,该内层是由力消散坚韧材料所制成。
12.如权利要求11所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该力消散材料是为一聚醯胺纤维(Aramid)材料。
13.如权利要求12所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该聚醯胺纤维材料是为一开口网状形式的层。
14.如权利要求12所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该外握持层是由消震材料所制成。
15.如权利要求1所述的覆盖物,其特征在于,该套筒是从该上端至位于该钮突位置的该下端向内渐渐变细。
16.一种具有一握持区域的握把的器具,其改进点在于一抗震覆盖物是覆盖于该握持区域之上,该覆盖物是为一多层迭层,其具有至少一内层以及一外层,该内层是由一弹性体消震材料所制成,而该外层是由具有一发粘外表面的弹性体材料所制成,以帮助对该握把的握持。
17.如权利要求16所述的器具,其特征在于,该消震材料是为硅树脂,而该外层是由一不同于该内层的热塑性材料所制成,并且该内层比该外层薄。
18.如权利要求16所述的器具,其特征在于,包括一中间力消散坚韧层,位于该内层以及该外层之间,该中间层是由一聚醯胺纤维材料所制成,以及该中间层比该内层薄。
19.如权利要求18所述的器具,其特征在于,该聚醯胺纤维是为一开口网状形式。
20.如权利要求16所述的器具,其特征在于,包括至少一另一内层,以及该至少一另一内层是为由力消散坚韧材料所制成的薄层。
21.如权利要求20所述的器具,其特征在于,该力消散坚韧材料为一聚醯胺纤维材料。
22.如权利要求21所述的器具,其特征在于,该聚醯胺纤维是为一网状形式。
23.如权利要求21所述的器具,其特征在于,该内层是由硅树脂所制成,且为最内层,该外层是由一热塑性材料所制成,并且该硅树脂层比该热塑外层厚。
24.如权利要求21所述的器具,其特征在于,该内层是由一硅胶所制成,并为最内层,以及该外层是由一硅胶所制成。
25.如权利要求20所述的器具,其特征在于,该覆盖物是以胶带(tape)的形式施用于该握持区域之上。
26.如权利要求20所述的器具,其特征在于该迭层包括至少四层。
27.如权利要求20所述的器具,其特征在于,该器具是为运动器材的一种。
28.如权利要求20所述的器具,其特征在于,该器具是为一工具。
