背景技术
现有技术中已有多种不同类型的卡。例如，布里姆博格的4,652,239号美国专利公开了一种空间规划系统，该系统拥有代表家具形状的元件，通过静电吸附的方式将其附着在基底上。
库利奇等人的5,258,214号美国专利公开了一种印有图像的墙体覆盖物，可以通过静电吸附的方式将其附着在不同的垂直表面上，亦可去除之。
克劳斯的5,390,933号美国专利公开了一种带有体育人物图像的棒球游戏。
科尔比西耶的5,688,346号的美国专利公开了一种类似于保险杆贴纸的粘贴物，其上印有橄榄球运动员的图像。
发明内容
本发明所指运动行业卡的一面是一个运动员的图像，另一面是该运动员的统计信息。图像与统计信息通过静电吸附的方式固定在卡两面的层上。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种新的改进的行业卡。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种新的改进的行业卡，其一面有一个运动员的图像，该图像可以通过静电吸附的方式附着在垂直表面上，亦可去除之。
本发明的又一个目标是提供一种新的改进的行业卡，该卡的一部分可以去掉，亦可附着在不同的表面上作为装饰品。

具体实施方式
现在更详细地对照附图，图1示出了一种行业卡1的正视图。该卡是一种典型的棒球行业卡，其上印有一个棒球运动员图像2。并且，该运动员的名字10置于卡正面的关键位置。如图1所示，该运动员的图像与名字印在一个柔性层3上。图1中的柔性层3在卡的左下角被剥离，露出支撑面4。
支撑面可以用任何材料制成，例如厚纸板，但并不局限于厚纸板，只要其强度与耐用性足以支撑柔性层3即可。不用任何粘贴剂即可将层3固定在支撑面4上，所以很容易从支撑面4上将其除去。
柔性层3可以用一种材料例如乙烯基一但并不局限于乙烯基一来制成，乙烯基是一种强度大、柔性好的材料，可以通过静电吸附的方式固定在支撑面上，其方式与布里姆博格专利(4,652,239)中的符号41与43固定在支撑面20上的方式相类似。因此，当前应用的参考文献中包含了布里姆博格的参考文献。
由于层3仅仅通过静电吸附的方式固定在支撑面4上，因此，在不损坏层3或支撑面4的情况下，从支撑面4上除去层3是相对比较容易的。层3可以应用在几乎任何相对比较平滑的表面，如墙或门上。如此，卡的所有者可以将层留在支撑面上，并以所有行业卡的正常使用方式使用之，抑或撕下层3，而将其应用于他的墙、门或其他表面。假若这样，层3将作为装饰物而不损伤其应用的表面，可以很容易地撕下，并很快地应用到其他表面。
图2示出了另一种运动行业卡正视图。在此卡中，该运动是橄榄球，而该卡有一个橄榄球运动员5印在层3’上，其方式与图1中的人物2应用于层3的方式类似。层3’通过静电吸附的方式附着在支撑面4’上。显而易见，本发明的行业卡所描述的具体运动类型并非是本发明的关键，并且，任何运动皆可用行业卡来表征，例如棒球、橄榄球、足球等等。
图3示出了图1所描述的行业卡的背面。行业卡1的背面也有一个与层3类似的层9，它通过静电吸附的方式固定在背面4上。层9上拥有通过传统的方式印在其上的诸如运动员的名字及其运动统计之类的信息。并且，层9可以很容易地从支撑面4上除去，而不会损伤表面或层，而且，除支撑面4之外，层9还可以固定在的其他表面上。
应该注意的是，图3中示出的统计信息仅仅是为了说明而已，并非是展示统计信息的唯一方式，也不是只有统计信息才能用在行业卡的背面。此外，卡背面使用的统计信息类型将会反映卡正面所示运动人物的类型。也就是说，棒球运动员的背面是棒球统计信息，而橄榄球运动员的背面则是橄榄球统计信息。
尽管在以上的说明书中相当详细地描述了本发明所称的运动行业卡及其使用方法，但是我们应该可以理解，在不超出所附权利要求的范围内可以对本发明进行修改。本领域的技术人员在本发明 范围内对本发明进行修改时，即构成对发明的侵权行为。

Claims (6)

1.一种行业卡，包括：
一个支撑面，
所述支撑有一个前表面与一个后表面，
仅仅用静电吸附的方式固定在所述前表面的第一层，
仅仅用静电吸附的方式固定在所述后表面的第二层，
所述第一层上有一个固定在其上的运动员图像，
所述第二层上有固定在其上的与所述运动员相关的统计信息，
因而，所述第一层与第二层可以很容易地从所述支撑面的前表面与后表面上撕下，并且，可移去地固定在另一个表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的行业卡，其中所述运动员是一个棒球运动员。
3.如权利要求1所述的行业卡，其中所述运动员是一个橄榄球运动员。
4.如权利要求1所述的行业卡，其中所述运动员是一个体育人物。
5.如权利要求1所述的行业卡，其中所述第一层是一个覆盖所述支撑面整个前表面的单一的片。
6.如权利要求1所述的行业卡，其中所述第二层是一个覆盖所述支撑面整个后表面的单一的片。
