Description

自行车的排挡显示器
本发明涉及一种自行车的排挡显示器。更具体的说,本发明涉及一种在操作上与一辆自行车的传动系统连接,用以指示自行车的前排挡或后排挡的位置的排挡显示器。
骑自行车正越来越广泛地成为一种娱乐形式和交通工具。此外,骑自行车已经成为非常流行的竞技运动。无论对用于娱乐,交通还是对用于竞技运动的自行车,自行车产业界始终在经常不断地改进它的零件。具体的说,自行车零件一直在保持其高性能的同时变得越来越轻和越来越便宜。此外,自行车零件经常是设计成更加符合人机工程原理和使用者的需要。过去几年来一直在重新设计的一种自行车的特殊零件是自行车的变速装置。

现有技术中的有些排挡位置显示器的另一个问题是要把排挡位置显示器安装在变速操作装置上。这样,骑车人为了确定当前的排挡位置,他就必须看到车把上手把的位置。而对于骑车人来说,这是很不方便的。这种变速装置的一个例子公开在授予Kawakame的美国专利5,458,018中。该专利公开了若干由一根与拉紧构件连接的钢缆操作的排挡位置显示器。这些排挡位置显示器没有任何用于补偿钢缆的拉长,或者显示器的构件与壳体上非标记错位的调节机构。
鉴于以上所述的情况,目前存在着对这样的排挡显示器的需要,即,当钢缆拉长了,或者显示器的构件错位时,它能够很容易地调节,解决了以上所述的现有技术中所存在的问题。本发明满足了现有技术中的这种需要和其他需要,本技术领域的技术人员将能很清楚地从本说明书中了解到。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种排挡显示器,这种显示器在钢缆被拉长或显示器构件错位时能够很容易地进行调节。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种排挡显示器,它能够安装在远离车把的中心位置,以便于很容易就能看到排挡位置。

按照本发明,以上各种目的可以由提供一种用于指示自行车当前的排挡位置的排挡显示器来达到。这种排挡显示器通过一根钢缆联结在变速操纵装置上。这种用于自行车的排挡显示器主要包括:一根有一个第一钢缆端的钢缆和一个联结在上述钢缆的第一端附近、能够滑动的显示器构件;一个壳体,它把上述第一钢缆端和显示器构件都装在里面,并且使它们能够滑动,并且还有一个能看到上述显示器构件的运动的观察窗口;以及一个加压构件,它有一个连接在上述第一钢缆端上的第一加力端,和一个连接在上述壳体上的第二加力端。
在一个优选实施例中,一个显示器构件用摩擦方式安装在显示器钢缆的内部钢丝上,以便万一钢缆被拉长或者显示器构件错位时,自动调节该显示器构件。上述壳体有一个联结在一个内部腔室的一道壁与该钢缆显示器的内部钢丝的第一端之间的加力构件,用于把该显示器构件向它的一个端部位置加偏置力。在壳体内设置了一个挡块,它与显示器构件接触,以便万一钢缆被拉长或者显示器构件错位时,能沿着上述钢缆自动调节该显示器构件。在另一些实施例中,上述壳体的一个排挡位置显示部分用摩擦方式联结在上述壳体上,以便用手动或自动方式相对于上述显示器构件调节上述排挡位置显示部分。

请参阅图1和2,图中表示了一辆普通的自行车10,它装有一对按照本发明的第一实施例的变速装置11a和11b。自行车10是一种典型的自行车,它包括:一个车架12,一个车把13,一对车轮14,一对驱动链条16的脚蹬15,一个后拨链器17,它在侧面沿着安装在后轮14上的许多后链轮为链条16导向,以及一个前拨链器18,它在侧面沿着安装在中轴(图中未表示)上的许多前链轮为链条16导向。

从图4,5和8看得最清楚,显示器钢缆固定插座37由一个沿轴向延伸的孔36和一条从拉紧构件26出来,沿着其环绕着圆周表面35的连接窄缝47所组成。窄缝47与环绕着圆周的凹槽42连接。变速钢缆固定插座36和显示器钢缆固定插座37的窄缝45和47使得变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a以基本上平行的方式从拉紧构件26延伸出来。术语“基本上平行”是指从拉紧构件26中出来的显示器钢缆22a和变速钢缆20a,而上述支承壳体则应解释为成30度角度的意思。
从图4,5和10看得最清楚,连接钢缆固定插座38由一个沿轴向延伸的孔48和一条拉紧构件26出来,沿着其环绕着圆周的表面35的连接窄缝49所组成。窄缝49与环绕着圆周的凹槽43连接。窄缝49大致沿着与变速钢缆固定插座36和显示器钢缆固定插座37的窄缝45和47相反的方向延伸。
再请看图3,同样,变速钢缆壳体的支承件27和显示器钢缆壳体的支承件28也固定安装在固定部分24上。按照这个优选实施例,变速钢缆壳体的支承件27和显示器钢缆壳体的支承件28具有共同的外支承件,该支承件通过一个常用的紧固件,诸如螺钉或铆钉(图中未表示)固定在固定部分24上。或者,用于变速钢缆壳体的支承件27和显示器钢缆壳体的支承件28的外支承件可以和固定部分24的一部分做成一体,如下面的实施例中所描述的。
通常,变速钢缆壳体的支承件27有一个螺孔50,用于在里面容纳一个调节构件或圆筒51。调节构件51是这样装在变速钢缆壳体的支承件50里的,使得变速钢缆20a的外壳和内部钢丝的相对位置能够互相调节。调节构件51有一个变速钢缆壳体的容纳孔53。这个变速钢缆壳体的容纳孔53通常是一个直径为4-5mm或稍大于5mm的孔。具体的说,变速钢缆壳体的容纳孔53涉及成能容纳一根直径为4-5mm的变速钢缆20a。最好,变速钢缆壳体的容纳孔53的纵轴线基本上与车把13的纵轴线平行地延伸。
在调节构件51内可以附设一个增加阻力的弹簧,以防止调节构件51意外的移动。钢缆调节构件51以公知的方式调节变速钢缆20a的内部钢丝的张力。
显示器钢缆壳体的支承件28通常有一个用于容纳一个调节构件55的螺孔,以使调节构件55能够沿纵向相对于显示器钢缆壳体的支承件28进行调节。调节构件55有一个沿轴向延伸的显示器壳体容纳孔56。这个显示器壳体容纳孔56基本上与变速钢缆壳体的容纳孔52平行,以便当变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a从它们相应的钢缆壳体支承件27和28中出来时,能够基本上与车把13的纵轴线X平行。在显示器钢缆壳体支承件28和调节构件55上形成了一条窄缝57,以便能很容易地装入显示器钢缆22a。
由于显示器钢缆22a只操作排挡显示器21a,所以显示器钢缆2a可以用比变速钢缆20a细的钢缆制作。例如,变速钢缆20a通常是直径为4-5mm的钢缆,而显示器钢缆22a则一般用直径为3-4mm的钢缆制作。换言之,变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a的直径基本上相同,只是显示器钢缆22a的直径稍微小于变速钢缆20a的直径。
变速钢缆20a通常具有一个固定连接在第一钢缆端上的乳头状凸起60,而其他钢缆的端头是自由端。另一方面,显示器钢缆22a通常有一个固定连接在它的第一端头上的乳头状凸起61,和一个固定连接在它的第二端头上的乳头状凸起62。变速钢缆20a的乳头状凸起60能联结在变速钢缆固定插座36上,而变速钢缆20a的另一端则联结在后拨器17上。显示器钢缆22a的乳头状凸起61能联结在拉紧构件26的显示器钢缆固定插座37上,而乳头状凸起62则能联结在排挡显示器21a上。
请参阅图11-13,图中表示了按照本发明的另一个实施例的另一种变速操纵装置的实施例19′。这种变速操纵装置19′设计成既能与第一或第二排挡显示器21a或21b一起使用,也能与排挡显示器的夹持器23一起使用。这种变速操纵装置19′是一种手柄式的变速装置。具体的说,转动手柄或手操纵部分25′就能使变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a放松或拉紧,以变换排挡。
如图11所示,变速操纵装置19′基本上包括一个固定插座24′,一个手动操作部分25′,一个拉紧构件26′(用一根连接钢缆29连接在第一和第二拉紧零件26a和26b),一个变速钢缆壳体支承件27′,和一个显示器钢缆壳体支承件28′。变速操纵装置19′在操作上通过变速钢缆20a或20b与后或前拨链器17或18联结,并且在操作上通过显示器钢缆22a或22b与排挡显示器21a或21b中之一联结。变速操纵装置19′通过夹紧段65安装在车把13上。手动操作部分25′是一个能转动的把,它设计成能绕着与车把13同轴线的X轴线转动。拉紧构件26′拉紧或放松变速钢缆20a的内部钢丝,并还通过显示器钢缆22a拉紧或放松连接钢缆29。
图12和13是变速操纵装置19′的一部分的分解图,它更详细地描述了固定部分24′,手动操作部分25′和拉紧构件26′。固定部分24′有一个夹紧段65和一个支承段66,夹紧段65用于把变速操纵装置19′紧固在车把13上。夹紧段65包括一个领圈状的夹紧构件67,它设计成能安装在车把13上,并且有一条从夹紧段65延伸出来的夹紧臂,用于把变速钢缆壳体支承件27′和显示器钢缆壳体支承件28′连接在它上面。
夹紧段65还有用于把固定部分24′紧固在车把13的一部分上的夹紧紧固件68和螺母69。具体的说,用螺母69拧紧夹紧紧固件68就能使夹紧段65紧固在车把13的一部分上。
固定部分24′还有一个整体上平坦的表面,上面带有一根枢轴70,这根枢轴从该表面上延伸出来,支承着拉紧构件26′的第一拉紧零件26a,并使其能绕着一根与车把轴线X方向不同(例如,垂直)的轴线Y转动。
拉紧构件26′的第一拉紧零件26a在枢轴70上的方向是由一个紧固件71和垫圈72来确定的。紧固件71伸进在枢轴70端部形成的螺孔73内。拉紧构件26′的第一拉紧零件26a通常与在图4-10中所看到的第一实施例中的拉紧构件26一样。因此,拉紧构件26′的第一拉紧零件26a将不在下文中单独描述。
通常,拉紧构件26′的第一拉紧零件26a是一个圆筒形的卷筒状构件,它带有一个沿轴向延伸的中心孔34′,一个环绕着圆周的表面35′,一个变速钢缆固定插座36′,一个显示器钢缆固定插座37′,一个连接钢缆固定插座38′。通常,中心孔34′安装在从固定插座24′向外延伸的枢轴70上,能够转动,以便绕着旋转轴线Y转动。

凹槽41′用于容纳变速钢缆20a。凹槽42′设计成能容纳显示器钢缆22a。凹槽43′设计成能容纳连接钢缆29。因此,拉紧构件26′的转动将使得变速钢缆20a,显示器钢缆22a和连接钢缆29或者绕在圆周表面35上,或者从圆周表面35上放出来。
变速钢缆固定插座36′一般由一个沿轴向延伸的孔,和一条与环绕着圆周的凹槽41′连接的向外延伸的窄缝所组成。变速钢缆固定插座36′基本上沿着圆周表面35′形成。显示器钢缆固定插座37′由一个沿轴向延伸的孔和一条连接窄缝所组成,该窄缝从第一拉紧零件26a出来,沿着它的圆周表面35′与环绕着圆周的凹槽42′连接。变速钢缆固定插座36′和显示器钢缆固定插座37′上的窄缝使得变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a以基本上平行的方式从第一拉紧零件26a延伸出来。术语“基本上平行”是用来描述显示器钢缆22a和变速钢缆20a在第一拉紧零件26a出口处的情形,而支承壳体则应该设计成呈近于30度那样的角度。连接钢缆固定插座38′由一个沿轴向延伸的孔和一条从第一拉紧零件26a出来,沿着圆周表面35′与环绕圆周的凹槽43′连接的连接窄缝所组成。
图13是拉紧构件26′的第二拉紧零件26b的具体实施例的分解图,以及手动操作部分25′的转位机构74的分解图。如图11和13所示,拉紧构件26′的第二拉紧零件26b联结在车把13的轴线X的圆周上,能够转动。通常,手动操作部分25′的转位机构74用于控制拉紧构件26′的第二拉紧零件26b的运动,这样又转而通过连接钢缆29使第一拉紧零件26a转动。
由图13可见,转位机构一般包括一个固定构件75,一个可旋转的手把或手动致动器76,以及一个中间构件77。固定构件75这样固定安装在车把13上,使得它不能相对于车把13转动。可旋转的手把76是一个管状构件,带有能够绕着固定构件75上的车把轴线X转动的手握的凸出部分。
可旋转的手把76可以有各种不同的形状。因此,在本文中所使用的术语“管状构件”并不限于圆筒形的管子,也包括非圆形的管子,以及圆形和非圆形管子的截头圆锥形。
中间构件77(称为空转轮)与固定构件75和旋转的手把76都配合,并且能绕着车把轴线X旋转。中间构件77还能沿着车把轴线X移动。拉紧构件26′的第二拉紧零件26b始终用齿与中间构件77啮合,因而能与中间构件77成为一体地转动。转位机构,例如转位机构74是本技术领域所公知的,所以这里就不详细描述转位机构74了。
一个钢缆调节构件51′用螺纹拧入变速钢缆壳体27′的端部内。钢缆调节构件51′可容纳变速钢缆20a的外壳。这个钢缆调节构件可用公知的方式操作,以调节变速钢缆20′中的内部钢丝的张力。
变速钢缆壳体支承件27′和显示器钢缆壳体支承件28′也都固定安装在固定部分24′上。按照这个优选实施例,变速钢缆壳体支承件27′和显示器钢缆壳体支承件28′有一个共同的外支承件,它用一个普通的紧固件,例如螺钉或铆钉(图中未表示)紧固在固定部分24′上。或者,如以下的实施例中所描述的那样,变速钢缆壳体支承件27′和显示器钢缆壳体支承件28′用的外支承件可以和固定部分24的一部分做成一个整体。

请参阅图14,图中表示了按照本发明的变速操纵装置19″的又一个实施例。变速操纵装置19″基本上包括一个固定部分24″,一个手动操作部分25″,一个拉紧构件26″,一个变速钢缆壳体支承件27″,以及一个显示器钢缆壳体支承件28″。支承件27″和支承件28″都与固定部分24″的一部分做成一体。
与第二实施例一样,这种变速操纵装置19″也是一种握紧式的变速器,旋转它上面的把手就能使齿轮变速。这种变速操纵装置19″设计成可与第一或第二排挡显示器21a或21b一起使用,也可以与排挡显示器的夹持器23一起使用。
这种变速操纵装置19″是一种简化了的握紧式变速装置。具体的说,当变速操纵装置19″在操作上与后拨链器17和排挡显示器21a联结时,握把或手动操纵部分25″的旋转将使得变速钢缆20a和显示器钢缆22a松开或拉紧变速齿轮。第三实施例与第二实施例支承件的基本区别在于,使用了一个单独的拉紧构件26″。这种拉紧构件26″的位置在一根纵轴线X上,当把变速操纵装置19″安装在车把上时,这根纵轴线基本上与车把部分的X纵轴线平行。拉紧构件26″基本上与第一实施例中的拉紧构件26相同,只是中央的枢轴孔34″较大些,以便在其中容纳车把13。

考虑到这个实施例与以上的实施例的相似性,下面就不再详细描述这个实施例了。但,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,很明显,以上的这些实施例和以后的一些实施例都可以利用来理解这个实施例的结构和工作过程。
现在请参阅图15-19,下面将更详细地描述排挡显示器21a。排挡显示器21a基本上包括一个壳体80,一个显示器构件81,一个钢缆钩附件82,一个加力构件83,和一对紧固件84。壳体80通常由用紧固件84连接在一起的三个零件构成。具体的说,壳体80有一个第一壳体零件85,一个第二壳体零件86,和一个透明盖子87。这些零件都用紧固件84固定连接在一起。
第一壳体零件85和第二壳体零件86有容纳在它们之间能够滑动,并且能通过透明盖子87看到的显示器构件81。更具体的说,第一壳体零件85有一个形成一条显示器通道的腔室88,显示器构件81就放置在这个腔室内,能够活动。第一壳体零件85有一个第一端90,一个第二端91一对横向的侧壁92,和一个底壁93。上述第一端90上有一个把加压构件83固定在其上的钩子94,而第二端意91上则有一条半圆形的凹槽96。更具体的说,凹槽96形成了容纳显示器钢缆的开口的一半。上述开口是一个台阶状的孔。
两道侧壁92各有一个延伸到腔室88内部的挡块97。这两个挡块97基本上互相对准,并且隔开距离,形成一条窄缝99,这条窄缝足够大,使得钢缆钩子附件82和加力构件83的一部分能够通过。但是,窄缝99却比显示器构件81的宽度小,所以显示器构件81不能通过这条窄缝。
第二壳体零件86基本上与第一壳体零件85相同,只是它是第一壳体零件85的镜象,并且还有一个在它的上表面形成的观测窗100,用于在其中容纳透明盖子87。更具体的说,第二壳体零件86有一个纵向延伸的腔室101,这个腔室与第一壳体零件85的腔室88连在一起。同样,有一对挡块102向内伸进腔室101,其位置基本上与第一壳体零件85的其他挡块97相同。
第二壳体零件86上也有一条纵向延伸的凹槽103,这是一条台阶状的凹槽,有一个第一半圆形部分和一个第二半圆形部分,用于把显示器钢缆22a的一部分容纳在其中。当第一和第二壳体零件85和86连在一起时,上述纵向凹槽96和103便形成一个台阶状的孔,这个孔有一段第一圆筒形区段,其尺寸可容纳显示器钢缆的外壳,和一段第二圆筒形区段,它能让显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝通过,以使显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝的端头能够联结在显示器构件81上。
显示器构件81用摩擦力保持在显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝的端头上。换言之,显示器构件81在正常情况下用摩擦力保持在它的位置上,直到有一个施加在它上面的力大于显示器构件81与显示器钢缆22a之间的摩擦力。通常,加力构件83所具有的压力大于显示器构件81与显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝之间的摩擦力,这一点将在下面说明。一般,显示器构件81是一个硬的刚性构件,用诸如塑料之类的适当的材料制成。显示器构件81的宽度通常基本上与壳体腔室的整个宽度相符,以使显示器构件81不会在壳体腔室内倾斜。
透明盖子87通常有一个排挡位置显示部分110,上面有许多(7个)用数字单薄当前正在使用的排挡的号码的标记。换言之,当显示器构件81对准其中的一个标记时,就表示链条16所啮合的是那一个排挡。
钢缆钩子附件82有一个横向孔111和一条窄缝112。横向孔111容纳显示器钢缆22a的乳头状凸起62,而窄缝112则容纳显示器钢缆的内部钢丝,以使钢缆钩子附件82用摩擦力保持在显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝的乳头状凸起62上。钢缆钩子附件82还在窄缝端相对的一端上有一个钩子113。这个钩子113与加力构件83上的一端联结,用于把加力构件83与显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝的端头相连。
上述加力构件83通常是一个螺旋张力弹簧,它有一个与显示器钢缆22a的内部钢丝的第一端头联结的第一加力端114,和一个与壳体内部联结的第二加力端115。更具体的说,第一加力端114有一个钩子,它与钢缆钩子附件82的钩子113联结。第二加力端115也有一个钩子,它与第一壳体零件85的钩子94联结。
上述紧固件84通常是一对螺钉和一对螺母,上述螺钉穿过在第一壳体零件85上形成的孔,穿过第二壳体零件86和透明盖子87,把这三个零件固定在一起。
在已经描述过的排挡显示器21a的实施例中,高的排挡位置或小链轮位置在显示器构件运动方向的左端,而低排挡位置或大链轮位置则在显示器构件运动方向的右端。当然,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,很明显,高排挡位置和低排挡位置可以倒过来。显示器21a上的排挡位置的布置决定于所使用的拨链器的类型,以及拨链器的加力构件的力的方向。
当排挡显示器21a装配好,而且链条16位于小链轮上时,显示器构件81便移动到最左边的位置(最左边的排挡位置标记)使它靠压在挡块97和102上。在该位置时,挡块97和102位于显示器构件81和钢缆钩子附件82之间。当链条16由变速操纵装置19a移动时,显示器构件81将移动一个与透明盖子87上的下一个排挡位置相对应的预定距离。换言之,透明盖子87上的排挡位置标记与挡块97和102隔开预定的距离,并且,从挡块97和102到各排挡位置标记的距离与从小排挡到某一特定排挡所移动的距离相对应。腔室88的第二端或壁91也形成一个与低排挡位置或大链轮相对应的挡块。因此,万一显示器钢缆22a被拉长了,显示器构件81就会自动调节或重新校正显示器构件81相对于壳体80的排挡位置标记的位置。此外,如果在装配过程中显示器构件81意外地从它的设定位置移开了,则显示器构件81将会与挡块中的一个挡块接触,从而把该装置重新校正或调节到适当的位置上。
虽然以上是把排挡位置的显示部分110做在透明盖子87上,但本技术领域的技术人员很清楚,如有需要和/或要求,这种排挡位置显示部分110也可以做在一个壳体零件上。具体的说,在本实施例中,唯一必须做到的是,排挡位置显示部分110相对于挡块97和102的位置不可移动。
请参阅图20和21,图中表示了按照本发明的另一个排挡显示器21′的实施例。在这个实施例中,显示器构件81′可以固定联结在钢缆22a的内部钢丝上,使它们之间没有相对移动。不过,自动调节是靠把透明盖子87′用摩擦力与上壳体零件86′联结,而把挡块97′做在透明盖子87′上来实现的。考虑到这个实施例与排挡显示器21a的第一实施例之间的相似性,下面就不再详细描述和说明排挡显示器21′的这个这个实施例了。但是,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,很明显,对第一实施例的结构和工作过程的说明可以很容易地应用在这个实施例中。
排挡显示器21′基本上包括一个壳体80′,一个显示器构件81′,一个钢缆钩子附件82′,一个加压构件83′,和一对紧固件84′。壳体80′通常由用紧固件84′连接在一起的三个零件构成。具体的说,壳体80′有一个第一壳体零件85′和一个第二壳体零件86′,这两零件用紧固件84′固定连接在一起。一个透明盖子87′用摩擦力保持在观察窗100′上。第一壳体零件85′和第二壳体零件86′有容纳在它们之间能够滑动,并且能通过透明盖子87′看到的显示器构件81′。当显示器钢缆22a被拉长或者显示器构件81'错位时,透明盖子87′可借助于与显示器81′联结的挡块97′来移动。
现在请参阅图22-24,图中表示了按照本发明的另一个实施例的排挡显示器21。在这个实施例中,排挡显示器21不再用自动调节来补偿显示器钢缆22a的拉长或显示器构件81的错位。在这个实施例中,取消了挡块,并且透明盖子87是用手动调节的。这种手动调节可以通过透明盖子87与紧固件84支承件的摩擦配合来实现,或者用松开紧固件84,让透明盖子87沿着纵向轴线移动来实现。
基本上,透明盖子87有一对长的窄缝120,紧固件84就插入这两条窄缝中。因此,透明盖子能沿着在上部壳体零件上形成的凹槽移动。虽然以上说的是用窄缝120与固定的紧固件84把透明盖子87固定在壳体80上的,但是,本技术领域的技术人员很清楚,也可以使用其他类型的滑动装置。例如,上述窄缝可以在壳体零件上形成,并且一对舌片可以从透明盖子伸进壳体零件的窄缝内,以控制透明盖子的移动。换言之,紧固件相对于透明盖子是固定不动的,而是能相对于上,下壳体零件移动。
现在请参阅图25和26,下面将详细描述排挡显示器的夹持器23。排挡显示器的夹持器23设计成能让变速装置11a和11b很容易地安装在车把13上。此外,排挡显示器的夹持器23还设计成能装在各种不同的车把上。排挡显示器的夹持器23以能调节的方式支承着排挡显示器21a和21b,使得它们能在基本上与自行车的垂直中心平面垂直的方向上移动。更具体的说,排挡显示器的夹持器23设计成可安装在车把13的中心附近,而能够滑动地连接在它上面的排挡显示器21a和21b则能够整体沿着车把13的纵轴线移动。
基本上,排挡显示器的夹持器23包括一个固定部分121和一个排挡显示器的支承部分122。固定部分121通常是一个夹紧构件,它与车把13连接,把排挡显示器的夹持器23固定在车把13上。在本实施例中,固定部分121有一个管状的夹紧段123,它沿着其纵轴线有窄缝,形成了一对能用紧固件124联结在一起的夹爪。当然,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,很明显,上述紧固件124可以取消,而使用按扣式的夹子。但无论如何,这种固定部分121最好与支承部分122做成或模制成一体,成为一个整体的构件。通常,固定部分121(没有紧固件124)和支承部分122都是用塑料制成的。

排挡显示器的夹持器223以可调节的方式支承着排挡显示器221a和221b,使得排挡显示器221a和221b能沿着基本上与自行车的垂直中心平面垂直的方向上移动。更具体的说,排挡显示器的夹持器223设计成能安装在车把13的中心附近,并且排挡显示器221a和221b以可滑动的方式联结在它上面,以便沿着车把13的纵轴线整体地移动。
基本上,排挡显示器的夹持器223包括一个固定部分121′和一个排挡显示器的支承部分122′。固定部分121′一般是一个夹紧构件,它与车把13连接,把排挡显示器的夹持器223固定在车把13上。在本实施例中,固定部分121′有一个管状的夹紧段123′,它沿着其纵轴线有窄缝,形成了一对能用紧固件124′联结在一起的夹爪。当然,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,很明显,上述紧固件124′可以取消,而使用按扣式的夹子。但无论如何,这种固定部分121′最好与支承部分做成或模制成一体,成为一个整体的构件。通常,固定部分(没有紧固件)和支承部分都是用塑料制成的。

排挡显示器221a和221b以可滑动的方式用肋条与凹槽结构联结在一起。更具体的说,排挡显示器221b有一条沿纵向延伸的肋条230,这根肋条是与排挡显示器的壳体整体形成的,而排挡显示器221a则有一条与其壳体整体形成的,沿纵向延伸的凹槽231。这种肋条与凹槽结构可以是榫槽与榫头的结构,把排挡显示器221a和221b卡在一起。
虽然以上选择了一些实施例来说明本发明,但本技术领域的技术人员很清楚,在不脱离本发明的权利要求书范围的前提下可以对其作各种变化和改进。此外,以上对本发明的实施例的描述指示只为了说明,而不是为了限制本发明,本发明的保护范围应由权利要求书来确定。

Claims (30)

1.一种自行车用的排挡显示器,它包括:
一根具有第一钢缆端头的钢缆,和一个连接在上述钢缆上、靠近上述第一端头、能够滑动的显示器构件;
一个壳体,在其中以可移动的方式装有上述第一钢缆端头和上述显示器构件,以及有一个观察开口,以便看到上述显示器构件的移动;和
一个加力构件,它有一个连接在上述第一钢缆端头上的第一加力端,和一个连接在上述壳体上的第二加力端。
2.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括联结在一起的一个第一壳体和一个连接第二壳体,并且在上述第一壳体和第二壳体的至少一个壳体上形成上述观察开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
在上述第一壳体和第二壳体的至少一个壳体上具有挡块,该挡块布置成能与上述显示器构件接触。
4.如权利要求2所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述第一和第二壳体各有一个布置成与上述显示器构件接触的挡块。
5.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括位于上述显示器构件的相对两侧的第一和第二挡块,以便在其间形成一条窄缝。
6.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述第一钢缆端头有一个固定联结在它上面的乳头状凸起。
7.如权利要求6所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述第一加力端用一个钢缆附件钩子联结在上述第一钢缆端头的乳头状凸起上。
8.如权利要求7所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述钢缆附件钩子有一条凹槽,上述乳头状凸起位于其中,还有一个钩子,上述第一加力端联结在其上。
9.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体有一个容纳钢缆的开口,该开口的尺寸做成能支承上述钢缆一外壳,并且上述第一钢缆端头终止在上述壳体内。
10.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述显示器构件用摩擦力保持在上述钢缆预定的位置上,并且,上述加力构件施加在上述钢缆上的偏置力大于上述显示器构件与钢缆之间的摩擦力。
11.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述加压构件具有一根基本上与上述第一钢缆端头的纵轴线对准的纵轴线。
12.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一个第一挡块,当上述钢缆拉长和/或上述钢缆移动到它的一个端部排挡位置时,该第一挡块位于与上述显示器构件接触的位置上;以及
当与上述第一挡块接触时,由于上述显示器与上述钢缆用摩擦力联结而可以移动。
13.如权利要求12所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一个覆盖在上述观察开口上的透明盖子。
14.如权利要求13所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述透明盖子包括一个位置显示部分。
15.如权利要求12所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括具有许多用图解表示排挡号码的标记的排挡位置显示部分。
16.如权利要求12所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述加力构件是一个张力弹簧,该弹簧位于上述第一挡块与壳体之间。
17.如权利要求12所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述加力构件的第一加力端布置成当上述钢缆相对于上述壳体移动时,绕过上述第一挡块。
18.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一个排挡位置显示部分,该显示部分有一个第一挡块,当上述钢缆拉长和/或上述钢缆移动到它的一个端部排挡位置时,该第一挡块位于与上述显示器构件接触的位置上;以及
上述排挡位置显示部分用摩擦力与上述壳体联结,以便当上述第一挡块与上述显示器构件接触时进行移动。
19.如权利要求18所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一个覆盖在上述观察开口上的透明盖子。
20.如权利要求19所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述透明盖子具有上述壳体的排挡位置显示部分。
21.如权利要求18所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述排挡位置显示部分有许多用图解代表排挡号码的标记。
22.如权利要求1所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体有一个排挡位置显示部分,这个显示部分以可调节的方式沿着上述观察开口联结在上述壳体上。
23.如权利要求22所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一个覆盖在上述观察开口上的透明盖子。

上述排挡位置显示部分通过一个位于一条第一长凹槽内的第一紧固件连接在上述壳体上,上述长凹槽在上述排挡位置显示部分或上述壳体上形成。
27.如权利要求26所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述排挡位置显示部分还通过一个位于一条第二长凹槽内的第二紧固件连接在上述壳体上,上述长凹槽在上述排挡位置显示部分或上述壳体上形成。
28.如权利要求26所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述壳体包括一条凹槽,该凹槽的长度比上述排挡位置显示部分的长度长。
29.如权利要求26所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述第一凹槽在在上述排挡位置显示部分上形成。
30.如权利要求12所述的排挡显示器,其特征在于,
上述第一挡块在上述显示器构件位于上述第一挡块附近时,位于上述第一加力端与上述显示器构件之间。
