Description
本发明涉及一种模制表面扣件,该表面扣件包含多个啮合元件,这些啮合元件是利用热弹性树脂通过注射或挤压在基板的一个表面上形成的;同时本发明还涉及制造表面扣件的一种方法。本发明尤其涉及一种模制表面扣件,其中,基板可沿着所需的相邻两排外啮合元件之间撕开;同时本发明也尤其涉及制造这种表面扣件的一种方法。
例如,在美国专利号No.5,260,015中披露了一种一般型表面扣件,其中,一个基板和在基板的一个表面上成形的啮合元件通过挤压整体模制而成,并且在模制过程中,一块垫板附着在基板上。根据这一美国专利,热弹性树脂熔液被挤入鼓形模具轮(由相互交替放置的多个模盘和多个隔板组成)和挤压辊之间,而且与此同时,垫板被输入到受挤压树脂和挤压辊之间。当垫板被输入时,部分树脂在挤压辊压力作用下渗入垫板之中,而且与此同时,模具轮周向表面上的钩件成形模槽中充满部分树脂以模制钩件。所得到的表面扣件包含垫板,该垫板整体连接在与基板上的钩件包含表面相反的表面上;当所得到的表面扣件顺着模具轮的转动方向环绕模具轮周向表面转过预定角度时,即被冷却。于是当基板连续地从模具轮周向表面上除去时,模制钩件即被拉离模槽。
在此期间,本发明者提交了关于连续注射模制法的美国专利申请,序列号为No.08/359,895,该方法用于连续制造基板中埋置股绳的表面扣件。按照这一美国专利申请,树脂熔液连续地以预定宽度从注模中注入模具轮的周向表面,注模对着模具轮放置并相隔一预定间隙,在模具轮的周向表面上有多个啮合元件成形模槽,在模具轮内部有一个冷却机构。同时,多个股绳顺着模具轮的转动方向输入到模具轮的周向表面并与注射的树脂熔液的出口交汇,而且一个或多个股绳不断被输入并以一预定宽度沿着平行于模具轮的轴线方向作横向进给。随着部分树脂熔液填满啮合元件成形模槽,模具轮被驱动旋转并和树脂熔液的注入保持同步。从而把股绳填置在基板中并且同时在基板表面上整体模制出多个啮合元件。模制好的、冷却的表面扣件顺着模具轮的转动方向环绕模具轮的周向表面转动预定角度,于是基板连同啮合元件一起被彻底拉离模具轮的周向表面。
按照美国专利号No.5,260,015中披露的方法,为了克服这样的难点,即当这样的普通型表面扣件的背面是平滑面时,就很难涂敷粘接剂,必须通过采用整体附着垫板的方法使粘接剂能够容易地涂敷在表面扣件的平滑背面上,或者在使用垫板的基板背面上作出多个柱桩以做为内啮合元件。
另一方面,按照美国专利申请序列号No.08/359,895中披露的方法,股绳以弯曲形式输入模具轮的周向表面,以补偿基板,而且由于附加股绳跨接在模具轮的周向表面上,基板因此可以得到进一步强化。
从生产效率角度出发,在这两种方法的任何一个中,均先模制出大宽度表面扣件,然后通过切割再分成所需宽度的表面扣件,这样,小宽度表面扣件便作为产品从工厂提供出来。但是在很多情况下,如在零售店、缝合厂或其它工作场合中,还要对这样的小宽度表面扣件进一步分割成更窄的宽度。其结果,肯定要利用切割工具如剪刀等把大宽度表面扣件沿着所需两排外啮合元件之间切割成所需的小宽度表面扣件。如果基板厚度超过0.25mm,那么除非施加大于1kg的拉力,否则就撕不开这类模制表面扣件。
因此,本发明的目的就是提供一种表面扣件,这种表面扣件可以通过简单机构经挤压或注射模制而成,并且不必修改原设计。同时这种扣件可以容易而平稳地从所需相邻两排外啮合元件之间撕开而分成更小宽度的表面扣件,并且不需使用特殊切割工具。
本发明者还发现,如果股绳埋置在按照本发明的挤压或注射模制法所获得的模制表面扣件的基板中,那么基板可以被很容易地沿着股绳埋置部分撕开。
按照本发明的第一部分所提出的合成树脂的模制表面扣件包括:一个基板;在基板的一个表面上呈数排设置并与基板熔为一体的多个外啮合元件;多个股绳,每个股绳均埋置在基板上位于相邻两排外啮合元件之间部分并且沿着与数排外啮合元件的平行方向呈直线延展。
在上述表面扣件中,股绳可以埋置在基板厚度方向上的中间位置,但股绳最好埋置在靠近基板上立有外啮合元件的那个表面的位置处,或者靠近基板的另一表面。如果基板埋置股绳部分的树脂厚度小于0.3mm,那么使用小于1kg的拉力就能够撕开基板。股绳的大小没有特别的限定值,即使股绳尺寸大于一般的基板厚度,在模制过程中股绳也会被外部压力(如树脂压力和挤压辊压力等)压扁在基板中,结果在股绳上面或下面必定会形成树脂膜。因此,除非在模制过程中沿分离方向施加外力于基板上,否则基板不会被撕开,而且当所制造的表面扣件从工厂交付使用时,其模制形状会保持不变。
本发明表面扣件中所使用的热弹性树脂有:聚酰胺树脂、聚酯树酯、聚丙烯树脂和聚乙烯树脂等,上述材料均被经常使用。股绳可以用树脂精制或粗制而成,也可以用如天然纤维、半合成树脂纤维或合成树脂制成。如果使用半合成树脂纤维股绳或合成树脂股绳,那么最好选用单纤维或多纤维型。
该表面扣件可用下列两种方法高效地制造出来:
第一种方法,制造包含一个基板和与基板整体模制的多个外啮合元件的合成树脂表面扣件,制造步骤如下:使模具轮在一个方向转动,模具轮的圆周表面上配有多排外啮合元件成形模槽;在预定浇注压力作用下,对着模具轮的圆周表面从注模中连续地注入预定宽度的树脂熔液;在注入过程中,连续地把多个环绕模具轮的股绳输入到模具轮圆周表面上的所需相邻两排外啮合元件成形模槽之间,在股绳的输入区域里,树脂熔液和股绳被同时输入到模具轮上;将股绳和基板整体模制,而且,随着外啮合元件成形模槽中充满部分树脂熔液,便同时在模具轮的圆周表面上模制外啮合元件;彻底冷却模具轮的圆周表面;以及连续地从模具轮的圆周表面上获取已模制好的、冷却的表面扣件。
第二种方法:制造包含一个基板和与基板整体模制的多个外啮合元件的合成树脂表面扣件,制造步骤如下:使模具轮(其圆周表面上配有多排啮合元件成形的模槽)和挤压辊(与模具轮相对放置并相隔一预定间距)在相反的方向上做同步转动;对着模具轮和挤压辊间的间隙,连续地从挤压模中挤入具有一预定宽度的树脂熔液:连续地把多个股绳输入模具轮的圆周表面和从挤压模中挤出的树脂熔液之间,同时也输入模具轮圆周表面上的所需相邻两排外啮合元件成形模槽之间;随着输入的树脂熔液受到挤压辊挤压,在模具轮的圆周表面上便整体模制出包含股绳的基板,而且随着外啮合元件成形模槽中充满部分树脂熔液,在模具轮的圆周表面上便模制出外啮合元件;彻底冷却模具轮的圆周表面;以及连续地从模具轮的圆周表面上获取已模制好的、冷却的表面扣件。
在第一、第二种方法中,注模和模具轮间的间隙以及模具轮和挤压辊间的间隙均应这样加以控制,即使基板上埋置有股绳部分的树脂厚度(不包括股绳)小于0.3mm。
图1为表示按照本发明的一种埋绳式模制表面扣件的部分立体图,并将表面扣件沿股绳撕开以示说明。
图2为表示按照第一实施例的一种方法制造埋绳式模制表面扣件(图1所示)的装置的部分垂直横截面图;
图3为表示按照第一实施例的方法所制造的埋绳式模制表面扣件部分放大横截面图;
图4为表示本发明的埋绳式模制表面扣件的整体结构的横截面图;
图5为表示按照本发明第二实施例的另一种方法制造埋绳式模制表面扣件的另一种装置的部分垂直横截面图;且
图6(A),6(B)和6(C)表示了多组曲线,分别说明了基板剪切强度随埋置股绳的变化规律。
下面将参照附图对本发明优选实施例进行详细说明。
图1为按照本发明的一种典型扣件的部分立体图(其中部分扣件被切去以示说明)。如图1所示,表面扣件SF包括:一个基板4a;在基板的一个表面上呈数排设置的多个外啮合元件4b;以及多个股绳Y,每一股绳均埋置在基板4a中,并沿着相邻两排外啮合元件4b方向而且位于相邻两排外啮合元件4b之间。在本实施例中,基板4a的外啮合元件4b由聚酰胺树脂制成,而股绳Y由多股聚酯树脂绕制而成。
本发明中使用的股绳Y可以为天然纤维制成的纤维股绳,这些天然纤维包括植物纤维、动物纤维或矿物质纤维;也可以为由聚醋酸脂等制成的半合成纤维股绳;也可以是单丝或多丝热弹性合成树脂。热弹性合成树脂包括聚酯树脂,聚酰胺树脂,聚丙烯树脂和聚乙烯树脂等;表面扣件的材料可以与股绳材料相同,也可以不同。
在本发明的表面扣件SF中,埋置股绳Y的基板4a可以通过拉起如图1所示股绳Y的一端轻易地沿所需要的股绳Y撕开。每个细分基板4a的各个撕开表面均匀平滑,因此无须作进一步加工。
图6(A),6(B)和6(C)分别表示了多组曲线,说明了在发明者指导下进行的试验结果,其中,水平轴代表基板4a厚度(mm)的变化而垂直轴代表基板4a剪切强度(g)的变化。图中,○代表基板4a中没有埋置股绳Y时的相对于基板厚度的剪切强度,●代表基板4a中埋置20号股绳Y(直径为0.20mm)时的相对于基板厚度的剪切强度,■代表基板4a中埋置30号股绳Y(直径为0.18mm)时的相对于基板厚度的剪切强度,而▲代表基板4a中埋置40号股绳Y(直径为0.14mm)时的相对于基板厚度的剪切强度。图6(A)中曲线表示了股绳Y为尼龙纤维细绳时的一个试验结果;图6(B)中曲线表示了股绳Y为聚丙烯树脂纤维细绳时的一个试验结果;图6(C)中曲线表示了股绳Y为高密度聚丙烯树脂细绳时的一个试验结果。
从图6(A),6(B)和6(C)中可见,基板4a中埋置股绳Y时剪切强度与没有埋置股绳Y时相比显著减小,同样,无论模制表面扣件为何种材料,剪切强度的绝对值的变化规律大体上是一致的。进而言之,本发明者研究了股绳Y大小与基板4a厚度间的关系,并发现对于0.20-0.25mm范围内变化的基板4a厚度,基板剪切强度处于较低的范围内(100-150g),而这时在下面所描述的模制过程中可以毫不费力地获得形状稳定的、所需宽度的表面扣件。
针对0.20mm基板厚度的进一步研究表明:20号股绳的直径与基板4a厚度相等。此外,还意外地发现:剪切强度保持在100g左右(正如上面提及的那样)。姑且认为,在基板4a的模制过程中,股绳被所作用的模制压力压高,该模制压力即为作用在注模和模具轮间基板模制间隙上(在注入法模制中)的树脂压力,或是作用在模具轮和挤压辊间(在挤压法模制中)的挤压压力;同时还姑且认为树脂熔液象涂膜一样熔合在每个被压扁股绳Y的上下表面上。
具有上述结构的表面扣件SF可以通过采用按照本发明的一种方法非常高效地加以制造。图2说明了通过注入模制技术连续制造表面扣件SF的一种方法的典型实施例。在本实施例中,模制在基板表面上的啮合元件是钩形元件。
在图2中,标号1代表注模;注模1端部的上半弧形表面10的曲率半径大体上与下述模具轮2的曲率半径相等,而其端部的下半表面是具有一定曲度的弧形表面,并且相对于模具轮2的弧形周向表面保持一预定间隙。注模,为T型模具,用来在预定的树脂压力条件下以板的形式从设置在上下弧形表面1a,1b间中心处的注口1d注入树脂熔液4。在本实施例中,注模1具有中心树脂熔液注口1c。此外,注模1的整个端部可以具有统一的弧形表面。
模具轮2的周向表面被配置为:其一部分与注模1的上半弧形表面1a相邻接,而周向表面整体与注模1的下半弧形表面1b相隔一预定间距,并且模具轮2的轴线与注口1d相平行。在图示示例中,模具轮2的周向表面上具有多个呈数排排列的钩件成形模槽。由于模具轮2的结构大体上与美国专利公布系列号No.08/359,895中披露的类型相同,因此这里简述其构造。模具轮2形如一个中空的鼓,其内部有一个冷水套2a,模具2包含多个环绕并沿着其轴相互叠置的环形盘,每隔一个的各个环形盘在其相对表面上都具有多个钩件成形模槽5,且这些模槽5的表面朝向模具轮2的周向表面;而每个保持环形盘在其相对表面上都具有多个图中未示出的多排加强助成形模槽。模具轮2由图中未示出但为人们熟知的同步驱动机构驱动,并沿着图中箭头所指方向旋转。
一个或多个股绳Y相互平行地从所需数量的绕线管上引出,在与模具轮2的部分周向表面切触之后经过张力调节器3输入到模具轮2的周向表面和上弧形表面1a间的间隙中。此外,在本实施例中,一个冷却水箱10放置在模具轮2的下方,使模具轮2的底部浸泡在冷却水箱10中。导辊9对角地放置在冷却水箱10的出口边的上方,而且在导辊9的出口边放置着两个在垂直线上的张紧辊6和7,这两个张紧辊可与模具轮2同步转动。
每个股绳Y输入模具轮2的位置处于基板成形部分5C上,而基板成形部分5c设置在所需相邻两行模槽之间并且与钩件成形模槽5和加强肋成形模槽离开一定距离,钩件成形模槽和加强助成形模槽沿模具轮2的周向和轴向呈数排配置。通常,根据表面扣件的预定宽度,在模具轮周向表面上的周向位置配置着具有预定宽度且没有模槽的平滑表面,以形成无钩件界面,从而使股绳绕平滑表面沿圆周方向输入模具轮2。
假定股绳Y被埋置在基板4a上的靠近前表面厚度方向上的偏离中间位置处,即靠近钩件模制表面处,那么股绳在输入注模1和模具2间的间隙之前应先沿模具轮2的圆周表面上输入。作为一个可行的例子,假定股绳Y埋置基板4a厚度方向上的中间位置处,那么股绳在输入间隙之前应先通过调节图中未示的导引状态并在中间位置输入注模1和模具轮2间的间隙中。作为另一个可行的例子,假定股绳Y埋置在基板4a上的靠近无钩件表面(即背面)厚度方向的偏离中间位置处,那么股绳在输入间隙之前应先沿着注模1的注口1d输入。
股绳Y埋置在基板4a上的厚度方向位置主要取决于模制树脂压力、树脂熔液粘度和冷却速率。
注模1的下弧形表面16与模具轮2间的间隙决定了模制基板4a的模制间隙并可以根据要输入的股绳Y的大小在尺寸上加以控制。尤其是,可以按一定方式控制间隙使埋绳式基板4a的厚度小于0.3mm(不包括股绳在内)。
为了在前述装置上模制本发明的表面扣件,从注模1中以一预置树脂压力连续注入的树脂熔液4被连续地压入注模1和转动的模具轮2间的间隙内。同时,用作为树脂熔液中嵌入物的股绳Y从外部输入间隙内,从而当模具轮2圆周表面上的钩件成形模槽5和加强肋成形模槽中充满部分树脂熔液时,钩件4b和加强肋4c即被模制而成。其间,当股绳Y,埋置在注模1注口边留下的树脂熔液部分里时,具有预置厚度的基板4a便同时与钩件4b和加强肋4c一起被整体模制而成。
模具轮2周向表面上的具有表面扣件形状的树脂熔液4与股绳Y一起由导辊9控制环绕模具轮2的下半圆周表面运动。此时,随着树脂熔液4部分在模具轮2内部冷却、部分在冷却水箱10里冷却,埋绳基板4a、钩件4b和加强肋4c逐渐固化。在这一固化过程中,当基板4a由张紧辊6,7水平正向牵拉时,各个钩件4b产生弹性变形并从钩件成形模槽5中平稳脱出。随着钩件4b在脱出模具轮2之后立即恢复其初始形状,钩件4b被完全固化。其结果,含有各个钩件4b的表面扣件(如图3所示)的模制过程得以完成。
在本实施例中,为了从模具轮2中得到模制树脂产品(即一个埋绳式表面扣件),垂直方向上的两个可作反向同步转动的张紧辊6和7被加以使用。尽管张紧辊6和7的圆周表面可以是平滑表面,但是更可取的方法是使其圆周表面具有让钩件排通过的凹槽,以避免损坏钩件4b。张紧辊6和7的运转速度调整到稍微大于模具轮2的转动速度,以便使钩件4b能够平稳地从钩件成形模槽5中脱出。
在这样制造的表面扣件中,具有预置大小的股绳Y分别被埋置在基板4a中,而且位于所需的相邻两排钩件4b之间且沿着钩件的排列方向。股绳Y的尺寸和基板4a的厚度是这样取定的,即基板4a的树脂厚度(不包括股绳)小于0.3mm。如果股绳Y的尺寸大于基板4a的设定厚度,那么作用在注模1的下弧形表面1b和模具轮2间的间隙上的树脂压力就会将股绳Y压扁,而且树脂熔液流向被压扁表面并形成附着在股绳Y上的薄膜,这样便保证了约100g的剪切强度。表面扣件形状在模制和从工厂运输过程中以及在使用过程中均可保持稳定不变。如果基板4a的树脂厚度(不包括股绳)超过0.3mm,那么剪切强度就会大于1000g,结果基板4a就很难被撕开。
图5是一个垂直横截面图,表面了按照本发明第二实施例的挤压模制法制造埋绳式表面扣件的一种装置。
在本实施例中,挤压模11用来取代前述实施例中的注模1;挤压辊13放置在模具轮2的下方,两者之间具有一预置间隙。挤压模11的注口11a对着模具轮2和挤压辊13间的间隙放置。这三个部件的结构大体上与美国专利号No.5,260,015中披露的相应部件相同,因此这里略去对这些部件的详细说明。
本实施例的最重要特征是,一个或多个股绳Y被输入到与第一实施例相同的位置上且位于从挤压模11挤出的树脂熔液4和模具轮2之间。尤其是,在本实施例中,象第一实施例一样,从一个或多个绕线管中引出的股绳Y在切触模具轮2的部分圆周表面之后,经过张力调节器3被输入到从挤压模11的注口11a挤出的树脂熔液4和模具轮2的圆周表面间的间隙里。在本实施例的装置中,同前述实施例一样,模具轮2和挤压辊13间的间隙是这样控制的,即基板4a的树脂厚度(不包括股绳)小于0.3mm。
在模具轮2内部,安装了一个从内部对模具轮2的圆周表面进行冷却的冷却水套2a。一个冷却空气鼓风机14对着模具轮2上已经通过相对于挤压辊13压力表面的圆周表面放置。模具轮2和挤压辊13由图中未示出的驱动机构驱动并以相反方向相互同步转动(如图4中箭头所示)。
导辊9对角地放置在冷却空气鼓风机14出口边的上方,而且在导辊9的出口边放置着两个在垂直线上的张紧辊6和7,这两个张紧辊与模具轮2的转动同步,并能以相反方向相互转动。
根据第二实施例的装置,从挤压模11挤压出的树脂熔液4被输入到股绳Y(沿着模具轮2的圆周表面输入)和挤压辊13之间,结果当钩件成形模槽5中在挤压辊13压力作用下充满部分树脂熔液时,钩件4b即被模制而成;同时,当股绳Y被埋入基板4a时,基板4a即被模制而成。在本实施例中,部分股绳Y配置在钩件模制侧表面上。所得到的表面扣件SF沿着模具轮2的大体上四分之一圆周表面运动,然后经过导辊9由张紧辊6和7正向牵拉脱出模具轮2的圆周表面。在这一过程中,表面扣件SF逐渐由模具轮2内部的冷却机构2a以及冷却空气鼓风机14冷却固化。在本实施例中,先对输入到模具轮2和挤压辊13间的股绳Y进行了加热处理以消除其与半熔融状态基板4a间的温差,从而可使股绳Y与基板4a可靠地熔合在一起。
如果使用与第二实施例相同的装置,当股绳Y需要埋置在基板4a上靠近钩件模制表面的沿厚度方向的偏离中间位置处时,可以把股绳Y沿挤压辊13的表面输入到挤压辊13和模具轮2间的间隙中。
同样在第二实施例中(如图4所示),各个钩件4b的相对两侧表面上均有一对加强肋4c,同一排上的钩件4b均指向同一方向,而相邻排上的钩件指向相反。尽管加强肋4c可以省去,但它们确实可以有效地防止钩件4b变平。同样另一方面,在同一排上连续放置的钩件4b也可以交替地指向相反方向,从而可以获得在啮合强度上没有方向性的表面扣件。本发明决不应局限在已说明的实例范围内,在不背离本发明实质的前提下可以进行各种修改和改进。
从前述中显而易见,按照本发明的方法,部分由于在模制型表面扣件中,一个或多个股绳Y在一次加工过程中即可被埋置在基板4a上的无啮合部分并处于所需要的相邻两排外啮合元件4b之间,因而该表面扣件在不需要繁复的工作过程情况下即可以容易地、连续地制造出来;同时部分由于所得到的表面扣件可以容易地沿股绳Y撕开,结果,只要股绳Y在基板4a上的埋置位置预先取定,那么在缝合和联接过程中不需使用刀具就能容易的控制表面扣件的宽度。
尤其是,只要基板上埋置股绳部分的树脂厚度(不包括股绳Y)小于0.3mm,那么就能够沿股绳撕开基板4a,同时还能保证其实用寿命。
Claims (8)
1.一种合成树脂的模制表面扣件包括:
(a)一个基板;
(b)多个外啮合元件,在上述基板的一个表面上呈数排设置并与上述基板熔为一体;以及
(c)多个股绳,每个股绳均埋置在上述基板上位于相邻两排上述外啮合元件之间部分,并且沿着与上述数排的上述外啮合元件的平行方向呈直线延展。
2.按照权利要求1的一种模制表面扣件,其特征在于:上述股绳放置在靠近立有上述外啮合元件的上述基板的上述一个表面的位置处。
3.按照权利要求1的一种模制表面扣件,其特征在于:上述股绳放置在靠近与含有上述基板的上述外啮合元件表面相反的表面的位置处。
4.按照权利要求1的一种模制表面扣件,其特征在于:上述基板上埋置上述股绳的上述部分的树脂厚度(不包括上述股绳)小于0.3mm。
5.制造含有一个基板和多个在基板上整体模制的外啮合元件(而基板是在模具轮的圆周表面上连续模制而成)的一种合成树脂表面扣件的方法包括以下步骤:
(a)上述模具轮在一个方向上转动,模具轮的圆周表面上配有多排外啮合元件成形模槽;
(b)在预定浇注压力作用下,对着上述模具轮的圆周表面从注模中连续地注入预定宽度的树脂熔液;
(c)在上述注入过程中,连续地把多个环绕上述模具轮的股绳输入到上述模具轮圆周表面上的所需相邻两排上述外啮合元件成形模槽之间。
(d)在上述树脂熔液和上述股绳输入到上述模具轮的区域内,整体模制包含股绳的基板,而且当上述外啮合元件成形模槽中充满部分上述树脂熔液时,同时在上述模具轮的圆周表面上模制外啮合元件;
(e)彻底冷却上述模具轮的圆周表面;以及
(f)连续地从上述模具轮的圆周表面上获取已模制好的、冷却的表面扣件。
6.按照权利要求5中方法制造的一种合成树脂表面扣件,其特征在于:上述注模和上述模具轮间的注入间隙是这样控制的,即基板上埋置有股绳部分的树脂厚度(不包括上述股绳)小于0.3mm。
7.制造含有一个基板和多个在基板上整体模制的外啮合元件(而基板是在模具轮的圆周表面上连续模制而成)的一种合成树脂表面扣件的方法包括以下步骤:
(a)使模具轮(其圆周表面上配有多排啮合元件成形模槽)和挤压辊(与上述模具轮相对放置并相隔一预定间距)在相反的方向上做同步转动;
(b)对着上述模具轮与上述挤压辊间的上述间隙,连续地从挤压模中挤入具有一预定宽度的树脂熔液;
(c)连续地把多个股绳输入到上述模具轮的圆周表面和从上述挤压模挤出的上述树脂熔液之间,同时也输入到上述模具轮圆周表面上的所需的相邻两排上述啮合元件成形模槽之间;
(d)当上述输入的树脂熔液受到上述挤压辊挤压时,在上述模具轮的圆周表面上便整体模制包含股绳的基板;而且当上述外啮合元件成形模槽中充满部分上述树脂熔液时,便同时在上述模具轮的圆周表面上模制外啮合元件;
(e)彻底冷却上述模具轮的圆周表面;以及
(f)连续地从上述模具轮的圆周表面上获取已模制好的、冷却的表面扣件。
8.按照权利要求7的制造一种合成树脂表面扣件的方法,其特征在于:上述模具轮和上述挤压辊间的上述间隙是这样控制的,即基板上埋置有股绳部分的合成树脂厚度(不包括上述股绳)小于0.3mm。
