Abstract

本发明涉及一种名片。
名片已经公开很长时间了并且很常见。名片是在纸和其他载体上印刷名称、公司名称和其他可视的信息。因为格式相当小,仅能在它上面印刷很少的信息量。在直接交给一个谈话对象时,这些信息量是足够的。如果联系给出人以及各自公司,人们可以得到更多信息,以便于激活或者补充记忆,那么在以后看名片时,人们大多数会很高兴。
本发明的任务是给出一种名片,该名片使用传统的方式印刷信息,并且可以补充交换大量信息。
通过具有如下技术特征的技术方案解决了本发明的任务,即
塑料构成的名片,具有一个印刷的上表面,该表面上具有可以直接读出的信息,在该名片的下表面提供了电处理过的并且通过一个CD驱动器在视觉上或者听觉上可以重现的数据,其中名片具有在一个CD驱动器中用于定心调节的装置,其特征在于,定心调节的装置是从下表面向下凸起的定心凸轮或者定心凸起。

本发明附加的优点是可以在名片上提供信息,例如完整的公司信息,如公司制度、目录、订货单以及例如所谓的公司主页上的自动互联网入口。
本发明另外的优点是能够以不同的格式制造根据本发明的名片。
下面结合附图说明本发明。

现在结合附图详细说明本发明。
本发明的基本思想是将名片和CD-ROM组合起来。一方面名片大部分包括纸、准纸板(halbkarton)或者塑料。它具有一种特定的格式,像信用卡一样,可以在世界范围内使用。另一方面,不同的公司已经发布了具有音乐或者目录和公司信息的CD。一般的,这些不能放到名片表面,因为它们太大了并且是圆的。对微型-CD也一样。
新名片可能将两方面结合起来。它涉及一种CD,它在格式上对应于名片,因此,可以放到一个标准的CD驱动器,并且可以读出。由此本发明的名片是一种名片CD。
已经知道一般的CD驱动器具有一个中央驱动轴和一个圆形的驱动定心设备,在这个圆形的驱动定心设备中放入CD。驱动定心设备将放入的CD定心,并且在驱动器中通过驱动轴驱动CD。在工作期间,CD位于其中并且在在驱动定心设备中的小气垫上,通过轴和中心的支架驱动。因此,标准CD和微型-CD可以在同一个驱动器中使用,定心设备以两级方式适合于两个不同大小的直径。已知驱动和定心在机械上相互分开,因此CD在它的驱动开口的范围内不会有负载,因此不会被损坏。
出于广告目的,目前以特定的不同于圆形盘的形状制造某些CD。一般它们具有一种形状,其中在边缘在很多位置上总对应于CD的标准圆周。如这样的CD放入到驱动器中,那么驱动轴抓住CD中心孔,CD取决于它的位于驱动器定心设备中的中心边缘范围内圆周上的若干个点。这些CD被称作“定形CD”。从一般圆形CD切削得出它的形状。
但是要将具有名片大小和形状的CD放入驱动器定心设备中,它太小了。没有方法使它符合标准或者微型-CD格式。重要的是将CD中心固定到一般的CD驱动器中。现在解决了这个问题,其中名片被设计成名片格式的CD-ROM,并且提供适合的装置来在CD驱动器中定心。
在图1中说明了一个根据本发明的名片的仰视图。此名片格式与一般名片的格式相同。使用类似于一般CD的相同材料和相同方式制造这种名片。一个操作孔11位于中心,该孔被一个放置区域15包围。与之连接的是可以写入数据并且在CD驱动器中可读出的数据区域14。在一个范围内,安排一定量的这里优选四个定心的凸轮13。如下安排定心凸轮13:如果名片被放入CD驱动器,那么定心凸轮13位于定心肩23(参见图2)上,将名片保持中心。在CD驱动器中定心的装置可以代替一定量的单独的销或者凸轮13,替换的在两面与操作孔11对称的安排定心凸起13a。图2仅显示了在一面上的这些凸起。这些凸起形成一片扇形,其中选择半径使定心肩23上的定心凸起13a的外缘具有最小的间隙。
在图2中,根据本发明的名片1被放入CD驱动器2的驱动托盘20中。在沿着根据图1的截面A-A’中说明这种情况。可以清楚的看到驱动器托盘20中具有用于一般CD的第一个定心肩22和用于微型-CD的第二个定心肩23。因为驱动器的操作销21和操作支架21’和名片的操作孔11没有位于A-A’截面中,所以使用虚线表示它们。现在名片1和它的向下凸起的定心装置13、13a位于驱动器用于微型-CD的定心肩23上。这保证了在驱动器中对名片的可靠定心。同时它自然位于操作支架21’上,操作销21凸起,穿过操作孔11。在名片旋转时,在名片和托盘之间关于定心肩23构成很小的气垫。因此当放入驱动器时,名片被明确的并且整齐的定心,在运行时,对它不会加机械负载。
现在不是通过从一个完整的CD通过切削形状的方法形成形状,而是通过冲压过程形成形状。因此在唯一的操作程序中,可以形成CD的形状和对名片CD定心的装置。因此必须缓慢的进行冲压过程,才能整齐的沿着圆周截出形状,这时可以形成定心凸轮,但不会折断。这时在冲压工具中通过小的冲压向下缓慢的形成定心凸轮13,材料可塑性的变形。这时在可压的上表面12上自然产生最小的凹陷13’。这个过程能够实现在一个加工过程中作为名片CD制造名片,因此性能价格比好,而且完美。自然还能以分开的处理步骤将定心凸轮13贴到下表面12。
在上表面上,像现在一样,通常可以在名片上印刷名称、地址和另外的说明。在另一面,也就是数据面上,是一般的CD,可以写入计算机可以读出的数据。例如一个公司轮廓、公司目录和相类似的信息,包括多媒体。但还可以在它上面存储完整的计算机程序。例如一个到一台计算机或者一个公司主页的自动访问。
制造名片1的技术和定心凸轮13的布局现在是可行的,可以以近似的任意的形状、任意的轮廓设计名片,因为在驱动器中它们通过定心凸轮13来定心,而不是通过外形。例如这样的名片1可以具有公司标志的外形。

Claims (6)

1、塑料构成的名片,具有一个印刷的上表面,该表面上具有可以直接读出的信息,在该名片的下表面提供了电处理过的并且通过一个CD驱动器在视觉上或者听觉上可以重现的数据,其中名片具有在一个CD驱动器中用于定心调节的装置,其特征在于,定心调节的装置是从下表面(12)向下凸起的定心凸轮(13)或者定心凸起(13a)。
2、根据权利要求1的名片,其特征在于,如下安排定心凸轮(13),在放入CD驱动器的名片的状态中,至少和用于微型-CD的定心肩(23)相邻。
3、根据权利要求1的名片,其特征在于,如下安排定心凸起(13a),在放入CD驱动器的名片的状态中,至少和用于微型-CD的定心肩(23)相邻。
4、根据权利要求2或3的名片,其特征在于,通过塑料成型生成定心凸轮(13)或者定心凸起(13a)。
5、根据权利要求2或3的名片,其特征在于,在下表面(12)上粘贴定心凸轮(13)或者定心凸起(13a)。
6、根据权利要求1的名片,其特征在于,定心凸轮(13)和名片形状在同一冲压过程中形成。
