背景技术
生产所述标签的方法在EP-A-0919650中公知,互连的标签在经向上一个接一个,每个具有由装饰纬纱形成的图案,以及具有由编码纬纱形成的条形码,互连标签制成为带材,衬底织物由衬底经纱和衬底纬纱构成。每个标签为具有两个纵边和两个窄边的长方形形状,经纱平行于标签纵边而纬纱相对标签纵边成横向,在各情形下条形码由在纬向上延伸的编码条带形成,并且包括一根或多根平行的编码纬纱。一个缺点是,切割纵边具有对穿用舒适性不利并可能伤害人体以及损坏穿用支承物(wearing support)的粗糙边缘。

具有可用切割纵边的标签的生产作为一个问题已经存在了很长时间。
原则上,首先,标签生产成纵边平行于经纱取向,因此装饰纬纱相对较短并可以实现标签的稳定构型。如果标签相对于经纱横向取向,则装饰纬纱在标签较大长度上延伸,这样导致标签更加不稳定的构型,特别是在装饰纬纱以浮织(floating)方式导引的情况下。因此,本领域中的技术人员从基本出发点考虑选择标签的布置,标签纵边在经向上伸展并且避免使标签布置成纵边相对于经向成横向。如果额外在窄边上设置端部折痕,则各标签由该区域中的四层构成;这对于使用者和穿用者均是不能接受的。
本领域的技术人员在许多不同方向上做出了巨大努力,以使标签纵边便于使用。
在WO9302246中曾尝试于实现该目的,即通过以非切割方式利用压力和/或振动工具在标签纵边上塑形不理想的可熔化边。
在EP-A0389793中,明显指出(第1栏第42行至54行)对于可熔化边的试验是无价值的。相反,确定了一种生产标签的复杂的两阶段方法。在第一方法阶段,生产了具有纵向切边和较大宽度的半成品。在第二方法阶段,半成品在边距折叠成最终宽度,并且所折叠的边距粘结性地粘结到后侧上,以获得柔软标签。因此,这是一种极为复杂并且成本高的方法。

发明内容
本发明的目的是改进具有不可见条形码的标签,因此这类标签具有柔软纵边。
利用本发明的标签能够实现的优点基本上在于,标签的保持为非折叠的纵边形成了柔软且对皮肤舒适的切边,因而,由于贯穿衬底纬纱的切边事实上不具有突棱,故大大改善了穿用舒适性。而且,具有不同长度和宽度的标签可在同类织机上织造而成。在宽幅织物分隔过程中产生的条带的切边可被标签的可折叠横边覆盖,结果是标签被进一步改善。编码纬纱可以在宽度限度以内以可选择的纬密插入,而且可以结合到衬底织物上,以形成不可见条形码,而在各情形下在经向上延伸且在纬向上一个接一个的编码条带在各情形下根据所需的编码图案通过避开(tie off)一根或多根经纱而形成。由于纬纱平行于标签纵边延伸,由于衬底纬纱以及装饰纬纱和编码纬纱均匀地覆盖了后面,所以在各标签整个长度上得到一致外观。
本发明的实施例在从属权利要求中明确。
具有织造循环的标签可以在宽幅织物上织造成最多约115厘米的织造宽度,从而只产生了少量浪费。衬底织物的纬密可以选择,从而具有仿真织纹如塔夫绸、半缎纹(half-satin)和缎纹的标签可以在同一织机上生产。在条带的边距区域中,可以除去装饰纱和冷纬纱,因此端部折叠部变得极薄。

标签22织造成衬底经纱4横向延伸,而衬底纬纱5平行于标签22纵边1延伸,衬底织物11的边距14在纵边1上,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱在标签22后面以浮织(floating)形式被避开。编码纬纱10生产或处理成使当在可见光下观察时它们看上去基本上和衬底纬纱5完全一样,并与在可见光范围外起作用的电磁辐射或荧光性辐射的光线下与衬底纬纱区分开。在所示样式中,标签22由热力切割装置切割下来的横边2各自具有切边,沿着切边衬底织物11和浮在标签后面的装饰纬纱12以及编码纬纱10彼此熔化,形成了熔化边15。标签22可在横边2上折叠,以覆盖熔化边15。标签22由切割装置切割下来的纵边1贯穿衬底织物11并各自具有切边16,该切边如所提及的优选为柔软且对皮肤舒适。
参照图6和7。如图6a所示,标签22包括衬底织物11和多根装饰纬纱12以及编码纬纱10,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱在标签22区域13中形成图案或条形码并在标签后面以浮织方式被避开。根据图6b,标签22在横边2上折叠。图7a示出了相应的标签,其中在横边2的区域中,浮经装饰纬纱12和编码纬纱10在后面去掉,因此在各情形下,衬底织物11的一部分18露出。这些部分18根据图7b所示折叠,因此得到了极薄的标签。
生产标签的方法在下文描述。如图8所示,为了生产标签,在第一步是制备可熔化纱线材料构成的宽幅织物21,该宽幅织物具有大量一个接一个设置的标签22,而且其根据在织造宽度上延伸的循环而连续织造。显然,如在循环宽度上可见,各标签可以有不同设计。宽幅织物21通过织物织造技术织造(图5),衬底经纱4和衬底纬纱5用于衬底织物11,而且多根装饰纬纱12用于图案,多根编码纬纱10用于条形码,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱织造在各标签的区域13中。在第二步,宽幅织物21分隔成一组条带25,条带包含了在条带纵向上彼此连续横向设置的标签22。为了分离,设置了热力切割装置26,该装置设置在织机上或者为一单独的装置。如果宽幅织物21被分割成多个条带25,则条带25卷起以备进一步处理。如果宽幅织物21没有被分隔成多个条带25,则宽幅织物21将缠绕到卷布轴(未示出)上。条带25是半成品的标签。
在第三步中,条带25在折叠装置中沿由熔化边15形成的侧边距折叠,确定标签22长度并且形成标签的横边2。使用公知的方法,与折叠同时地固定已折叠的部分。折叠的条带25利用机械、热力或起声波装置27分隔,这样选中了标签22,同时确定各标签22宽度以及贯穿衬底织物11的切边16。
图9示出了标签22的应用。缝合标签22,标签被折叠的横边2缝合到衣物用品上,因此熔化边15位于标签22下方,而具有柔软边缘的纵边1露出。
Claims (5)
1.一种由可熔化纱线材料生产的织造标签,其衬底织物(11)由衬底经纱(4)和衬底纬纱(5)形成并含有非折叠纵边(1)和可折叠窄边(2),编码纬纱(10)形成不可见条形码,该条形码在可见光下观察时它们看上去基本上和衬底纬纱(5)完全一样,并且在可见光范围外起作用的辐射光线下与衬底纬纱区分开,编码纬纱结合到衬底织物(11)上,其特征在于,纵边(1)在相对于衬底经纱(4)的横向取向,编码纬纱(10)平行于纵边(1)并距纵边一定距离,所述装饰纬纱浮织在衬底织物下方并向上导引到衬底织物的顶面而形成条形码。
2.如权利要求1所述的标签,其特征在于,该标签具有装饰纬纱(12),其形成图形并平行于纵边(1)延伸而距纵边(1)一定距离,所述装饰纬纱浮织在衬底织物下方并被向上导引而形成图案。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的标签,其特征在于,浮织的纬纱在标签窄边(2)的边距区域(18)去掉。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的标签,其特征在于,该标签具有折叠在窄边(2)上的边距区域(18)。
5.如权利要求3所述的标签,其特征在于,该标签具有折叠在窄边(2)上的边距区域(18)。
