Abstract

发明领域
本发明总的涉及电缆分线盒,具体地涉及一种具有高密度电缆且易于接近电缆适配器的电缆分线中心。
发明背景
在用于传送电话(声频)、有线电视(视频)或计算机(数据)信息的电缆进入一座建筑物之后,这些信号必须分送到整个大楼的各个需要利用所传送的信息的工作台上。为便于这种分线,一般采用一个盒子以罩住和控制分散的光纤。许多情况下,如有72根之多的光纤分配在单个盒子中并且几个这样的盒子装到一个支架上。在较大的系统中,一间放满这些支架的屋子起到一中枢的作用,从中分配出成千的光纤。由于对光纤的需要越来越多,空间已经成为一个问题;
发明内容
因此,已经提出了要求有一种盒子,即能够在基本上相同体积中有效地分配更多数量的光纤。
为实现这一目的,本发明提供了一种电缆分线盒,具有一前开口,包括:一滑动底盘,可在一向前方向上可滑出所述前开口;一安装到所述滑动底盘上的适配器板托架以容纳至少一块适配器板;以及所述适配器板具有一用于容纳所述电缆适配器的本体部分;以及至少一个用于将所述适配器板安装到所述适配器板托架上的锁舌部分,所述锁舌部分与所述本体部分形成一体。现有技术的上述的和其它缺点和不足之处可通过本发明支架安装的电缆分线盒来克服或减缓。这种电缆分线盒提供了一种高密度光纤的方案,用于端连接多达144根光纤,即所有的光纤都包含在19”或23”支架的一个4RMS空间中。该盒子由高规格的钢材制成,并且前、后两扇门都是双防烟的聚碳酸酯。这些前门和后门都采用可打开的铰链,所以可以通过启动该铰链打开机构而打开。同样,这些门都可以用用户自备锁锁起来。可以在两侧都设置光纤入口,即在盒子的前面和后面,并且为固定其中的电缆而设置易设的电缆接头锚固插座。

发明的详细描述
图1是电缆分线盒10的立体图。一前门12处于打开位置。该前门12通过一可释放的铰链14安装到电缆分线盒本体上。该可打开的铰链14使前门12在操作过程中完全打开,但可防止前门12被不当心打开。铰链14包括一内置式的弹簧机构,它可不起作用而使铰链14从前门12上释放。有一后门(未示)与前门12相对,并具有相同的可释放的铰链。前门12上有一槽16,它可容纳电缆分线盒10顶部的搭扣。一标志保持板20具有一区域用于保持多个标志,这些标志可提供与电缆分线盒10中电缆有关的信息。在电缆分线盒10中有多个开口22使电缆进入和退出电缆分线盒10。如上所述的,该电缆分线盒10用作一用于大量电缆的分配中心。一索环24置于各开口22中并且将在下文中详细描述。电缆分配盒10的基部包括一滑动底盘26,它可携带一适配器板托架28。该适配器板托架28可容纳多块适配器板。这些部件的详细情况将在下文中描述。

如果使用者想要向前拉滑动底盘26,则孔76和88中的卡舌可拆下,然后向前拉滑动底盘26。中间托架82上的片90都可防止中间托架82转动。当滑动底盘26返回到中心位置时,卡舌放回孔76和88中。为了向后移动滑动底盘26,孔86和84中的卡舌要拆除。然后向电缆分线盒10后部移动滑动底盘。片90都接触外部缺口74,并且可防止中间托架82转动。
图11A-11E是与图8A中所示适配器板托架28一起使用的一适配器板92的各种视图。在现有技术中,一传统的“六单元”式(六个开口的适配器板)通过两个卡舌适配器固定到盒中的一个托架上。这需要在六开口适配器板中钻出或冲出两个适当直径和位置的孔,以使板由处于一位置上的安装件保持住,即在工厂中预先装配成的卡舌都与托架中的孔对齐。只有这样卡舌才能推到位而将板保持在托架上。现有技术的缺陷是孔必须形成在托架上并且诸独立件、即卡舌需要将板安装到托架上。图11A-11E中所示的适配器板92克服了这些缺陷。
如图11A所示的适配器板92具有一本体部分94和一锁舌部分96。锁舌部分96是一V形件,一端安装到本体部94上。向着第二端靠近一脊100形成一槽98。一可释放的片102形成在V形件的端部,该V形件不与本体部相连。适配器板92通过将槽98置于两个内部槽72中而连接到适配器板托架28上。通过简单地将适配器板92放在适配器板托架28面上并且将适配器板向前推,直至它卡入适配器板托架28开口中,从而使适配器板92卡入适配器板托架28中的内部槽72中。如上所述的在传统系统中那样,不需要将卡舌与隐藏的孔对齐或不需要操作(推入)多个卡舌。
槽98的宽度可使适配器板92配合在适配器板托架28中的内部槽72中。图8A所示的适配器板托架28保持12块适配器板92。为了将适配器板92从适配器板托架28移掉,使用者可将力施加在一个或两个释放片102上。向着适配器板92中心作用在另释放片102上的力可使适配器板92从适配器板托架28斜出。通过抓住两个手指之间的两块释放片102以及将释放片102互相折叠也可使两个锁舌部分96失效。单个或双个释放片压缩比使两个卡舌退动(拉出)方便。
适配器板92设计成沿着适配器板92的主轴线的垂直运动不会使适配器板92脱离适配器板托架28。当操作安装于适配器板92上的适配器时,在操作人员正在处理一安装于适配器板92上的适配器时,适配器板92经常向上或向上运动。在各锁舌部96的下方形成有一脊104。当适配器板92在适配器板托架28中向上或向下运动时,脊104接触接触槽98后部的锁舌部分。这可防止适配器板92运动到垂直轴线上的一足够远的距离而使适配器板92意外地脱离适配器板托架28。

适配器板92也可以换向,即它可以任一垂直方向放于适配器板托架28中。这可使适配器板92的方向根据安装表面106和适配器板托架28之间的角度关系向左或向右。如果所有光纤必须进入电缆分线盒10的左前开口22,所述适配器板92可以向左方向插入。当然,适配器板92的任何百分率可以是根据进入要求向右和向左。

Claims (31)
1.一种电缆分线盒,具有一前开口,包括:
一滑动底盘,可在一向前方向上可滑出所述前开口;
一安装到所述滑动底盘上的适配器板托架以容纳至少一块适配器板;以及
所述适配器板具有一用于容纳所述电缆适配器的本体部分;以及至少一个用于将所述适配器板安装到所述适配器板托架上的锁舌部分,所述锁舌部分与所述本体部分形成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述电缆分线盒具有一后开口,所述滑动底盘在一向后方向上可滑出所述后开口。

一安装到电缆分线盒上的第一托架,所述第一托架具有一第一托架孔;以及
一用于将所述适配器板托架连接到所述第一托架上的第二托架,所述第二托架具有一上孔和一下孔,所述上孔与所述第一托架孔对齐,所述下孔与所述适配器板托架孔对齐。
13.如权利要求12所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述第二托架还包括至少一个用于防止所述第二托架转动的片。
14.如权利要求12所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,
一第一连接器放于所述第一托架孔和所述上孔中以将所述第一托架连接到所述第二托架上;以及
一第二连接器放于所述下孔和所述适配器板托架孔中以将所述第二托架连接到所述适配器板托架上。
15.如权利要求14所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述第一适配器和所述第二适配器都是卡锁舌适配器。
16.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述滑动底盘还包括用于将一拼接底盘安装到所述滑动底盘上的装置。
17.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,还包括:
使电缆进入和退出所述电缆分线盒的多个开口;以及
安装于各个所述开口中的一索环。
18.如权利要求17所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述各个开口包括一圆形区和一直线区。
19.如权利要求18所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述索环包括一圆形壁用于配合所述圆形区,以及用于与所述直线区对齐的索环开口。
20.如权利要求18所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述圆形区还包括一缺口,所述索环还包括一突起以配合所述缺口。
21.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述锁舌部包括一用于配合适配器板托架边的槽。
22.如权利要求21所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述锁舌部还包括一靠近所述槽形成的脊。
23.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述锁舌部还包括一以所述本体部上的第一端以及一第二端,所述第二端包括一释放片。
24.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述锁舌部是V形的。
25.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述本体部包括一安装表面,具有至少一个用于容纳电缆适配器的开口。
26.如权利要求25所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,当所述适配器板安装到所述适配器板托架上时,所述安装表面相对适配器板托架成角度。
27.如权利要求25所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,安装到所述适配器板上的电缆适配器包括形成于其中的孔,所述安装表面还包括多个支柱用于配合所述孔。
28.如权利要求27所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述支柱位于所述开口的相对侧。
29.如权利要求25所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述安装表面还包括至少一个开口凹部用于容纳辨别片。
30.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,所述适配器板可以多个方向放置于所述适配器板托架中。
31.如权利要求1所述的电缆分线盒,其特征在于,锁舌的数量是两个。
