Description

本发明涉及一种制造一种织物带、特别是一种带花纹的标志带的方法,这种标志带是由一种由可熔融的纱线材料制成的、如一种宽幅织物或宽幅针织物的织物幅制成的,在此方法中,织物幅在织造工序完成后紧接着通过熔融分离切割被分割成一组并列的、具有确定宽度的条带,这样,在切割部位的两纵向侧、在各条带上产生了防止条带边缘纱线散边的熔融边缘。在公知的方法(西德专利公开文件2100835)中,标志带作为条带从织物幅中切割下来,人们从中利用了现代纱线材料的可熔融性。为使切割的条带的边缘不致散边,采用了加热丝,它们通过熔化纱线材料来形成分离切割,同时在各条带的两侧边形成熔融边缘。在条带到达产品牵拉装置以前,这种熔融边缘已在纺织机械上形成,条带在牵拉装置上分开,因此,没有这种熔融固定,条带就可能在其边缘上受损伤。
但在公知的方法中,由于在切割部位出现熔融物质,条带上形成相当坚硬和粗糙的熔融边缘。在极端情况下,熔融边缘甚至呈锯齿形。这不仅导致佩戴这种标志片时不舒服,而且会损坏衣物或磨损人体。无论如何,有损于配有这种标志片的衣物的穿着舒适度。
本发明的目的首先在于提供可靠的、简易可行的上述类型的方法,采用该方法可使从织物幅上切割下来的条带具有无瑕疵的、通过熔融过程导致不会散边的边缘,而且织物带的边缘仍然保持柔软,具有佩戴舒适的特性。按本发明,此目的通过以下的方法步骤来实现。条带首先制成半成品,其条带宽度大于成品(标志带)的带宽;此后,带熔融边缘的两个边缘区沿平行于熔融边缘的折叠线弯转,构成一对折叠股,这对折叠股最后分别被平直地压在所属条带上与之相邻的平面区上,并在那里通过粘合、特别是通过熔融作用而被固定住;在此,两个折叠峰顶之间的距离与所要求的标志带的带宽相等。这些方法步骤具有如下的特殊意义。
本发明认识到,在熔融边缘上下工夫来消除其缺陷是无效的。简单得多的作法是,把带有熔融边缘的条带作为半成品,使它相对于成品具有较大的宽度,并随后作如下的后处理。各条带在边缘侧被弯转,并由此得到所需的、最终的带宽。弯转了的边缘区主要采用熔融热固定在织物带的背面上。用于此处的熔融材料由折叠股提供,特别由在那里加入的、由熔点较低的材料制成的特殊纱线、与/或先前构成的熔融边缘提供,同时,熔融物质进入底带的织物孔隙内。通过织物孔隙的抽吸作用,甚至在织物背面的硬的熔融边缘也消失了。成品变成完全柔软。尽管可能分开处理,但把上述过程放在宽幅织物生产过程中的制造点和牵拉点之间来完成也是有利的。宽幅织物的张力不仅在熔融切割中被利用,而且在各条带的边缘区的折叠、加压、固定、特别是熔融固定过程中也被利用。织物带张力有助于半成品的折叠峰顶的折弯,在成品织物带中得到柔软的、整齐的边缘。只要将边缘区作最小的、1或2mm的弯转就可以了。条带作为半成品只需略宽于成品、例如制成的标志带就行了。因此,纱线材料的附加消耗是很小的。
按本发明的成品通过边缘侧的折叠取得具有空心边缘的织带的外观,迄今为止,这必须用大得多的织造技术开支在织带机上生产出来。按本发明的方法的其它有利措施,通过以下的描述以及附图将会更加清楚。
条带的两个边缘区的弯转工序和折叠股的加压工序与固定工序,紧接在宽幅织物熔融切开工序之后,在制成的条带共同牵拉工序之前进行。在织造宽幅织物时,在熔融切开工序之后形成待弯转的条带的边缘区的那些纵向区内可织入由熔点较低的材料制成的一根或多根特殊纱线,或是将一根或多根熔融纱线在条带边缘区折叠弯转以前置入折叠部位的内部,或是采用外加的粘合剂来实现折叠固定。在标志带上形成的折叠固定部位可被再加压。整个标志带要经受一道定形后处理、特别是平整标志带的加热后处理。折叠固定工序与标志带的后处理工序可同时进行。折叠固定可基本上只通过对熔融边缘再度熔融和加压来进行。织物半成品在形成后来的标志带的带缘的折叠线的区域内可设计成空心织物,也可设计成在宽幅织物上的减薄的纵向区。在织物上,减薄的纵向区可以通过去除经纱而产生。可对织物带的边缘区施加接触热来进行折叠固定。
本发明也涉及一种用以实施本方法的装置,其特点在于用于将每个条带的两个带熔融边缘的边缘区沿与熔融边缘平行的方向弯转的边缘折叠装置,在于在弯转了的折叠股的区域起作用的、用于把折叠股压到各标志带的各带体上的加压与粘合装置。

该装置可装在一部诸如织机的纺织机械内,可带有制造宽幅织物的诸如织机的机织部位的纱线结合部位,可带有一组在侧面上相隔一定距离配置的、用于把宽幅织物分割成一组平行并列放置的条带的、诸如熔融丝的熔融切割装置,熔融切割装置间的距离设计成大于所要求的标志带的宽度,还可带有为制成的条带所用的一个共同的产品牵拉装置,在熔融切割装置和产品牵拉装置之间既设有用于将每个条带的两个带熔融边缘的边缘区沿着与熔融边缘平行的方向弯转的边缘折叠装置、也设有在弯转了的折叠股的区域内起作用的、用于把折叠股压到各标志带的各带体上的加压与粘合装置。边缘折叠装置具有用于弯转条带边缘区的带槽缝帘板。粘合装置可由至少使弯转了的条带边缘区内的纱线材料的一部分熔化的加热构件组成。边缘折叠装置可具有对条带边缘区进行预折叠的导向面和进行最终折叠的工具,进行预折叠的导向面设置在熔融切割装置的支架上,导向面具有一个从支架上伸出的、成型的舌簧。至少有部分的边缘折叠装置跟加压与粘合装置一道构成一个组合工具,它一方面包括可弹性地向底板加压的压板、另一方面包括也可弹性地向底板加压的加热块,在两者之间形成带有弯转了的折叠股的条带边缘区的通道。加热块虽然装在在此处最好是折弯的压板的一个中间部内,但相对于压板则是独立地被弹压和被导向的,并且底板在加热块的区域内也是被加热的。弹簧加载的压板跟加热块共同构成一结构单元(靴形件),它作为整体可拆卸地安装在底板上。底板设计成贯通的轨道,在其上设有多个结构单元(靴形件),它们彼此间的距离可通过沿着轨道移动来进行调节。用于对两个在装置中并列的条带的边缘区进行处理的边缘折叠装置、加压装置和粘合装置组合成一个总的组合工具。结构单元(靴形件)通过卡合连接部跟轨道状底板连接。压板设有用于折叠条带边缘区的凸出部。

在图1中,宽幅织物以织物幅10示出,然而织物幅也可能以其它类型、例如针织物出现。这种宽幅织物是由经纱11与多根具有一根底纬12和多根从图2上可看出的颜色不同的纹纬14的、穿过整个幅宽的纬纱所构成的编织结构所构成的。这个机织点以A标示。用底纬12制出底幅15,用纹纬14在底幅15的正面制出织造花纹13,纹纬14在织物背面上、在织造花纹13之间跳纱。彩色的织造花纹13沿织物幅10的运动方向19伸展,并构成前后接连的标志片。
按图1,宽幅织物10通过一组切割点16,这些切割点由一组在此地示意地示出的加热丝组成,它们彼此隔开一定的距离18配置。各纱线11、12、14由可熔性材料制成。如果织物幅10在织造过程中沿箭头19方向拉动,加热丝就制出熔融切口17,在切口之间就形成具有确定宽度21的条带20。这个切割点用B来标示。在这样一条切割线的两侧,在条带20上,形成图3中可见的、由熔化了的材料构成的边缘23,该边缘确实可防止纱线散边,但由于固化了而变得比较硬,甚至可呈锯齿形。如图2和图3所示,在条带20的边缘区22内可在底幅15内织入一条或多条沿经纱11方向伸展的、由熔点较其它纱线11、12、14低的材料制成的特殊纱线74。这些特殊纱线74用于图11至图16的装置。条带20仅给出半成品,经过随后按图4至图6示出的方式进行再处理才成为成品30,也即是标志带30。
各条带20的靠近熔融边缘23的狭窄的边缘区22沿着与熔融边缘平行的、在图3至图6中以点划线示出的折叠线24按箭头29的方向弯转。由此在折叠线24上形成一个折叠峰顶31,边缘区22各构成一折叠股25,它在半成品的背面27上与邻区26靠接。图4的熔融边缘23以相应于折叠股25的长度贴靠在32的边缘范围内,跟半成品的背面贴靠上。
按图5,折叠股25通过粘接固定在邻区26上。在这种情况下,利用了纱线材料、例如特殊纱线74的熔融特性,因而通过熔融粘接形成固定。这种固定最好在条带边缘区22的纱线上全面实现并形成图6中的粘接区37。但也可采用外加的粘接剂,即在按箭头29弯转时将一条或多条熔融纱线或一根熔融带置入折叠股25和邻区26之间。在这种情况下,如图5所示,按33所示的方式对回折的条带边缘23准确地加热,使在那里以23′示出的熔料再一次被熔化。此时邻近区域的纱线自然一同被熔化。特别是如果将压力按图6所示的箭头35的方向施加到这样地形成的边缘区域36上,液态的熔料23′会被吸入到位于下面的带体34的邻近区26内。液态的粘结剂23′被压入折叠的接口内,并渗入织物的孔隙内。这样,惹麻烦的熔融边缘23就消失了,并且转化成平坦的粘接部位。熔料就固定在细小的织物孔隙中。无论怎样,所产生的折叠边缘31是柔软的,通过由于折叠股25而形成的双层结构,此边缘甚至得到增强。这样就得到一种柔软而稳定的边缘区36。
在按33方式加热的同时或在后,这样得到的带30还须经受一道按箭头38标志的加热处理。此加热处理最好在整个带宽39上进行,由此成品被平整和定形。这样的带也可按另一方案经受一道整理工序或外加一道整理工序。
在边缘区36按33或38的方式施行的加热处理可以任何公知的方式、例如通过熨斗或压辊的接触热来进行,一方面按图8至图10的装置、另一方面按图11至16的装置来示例说明。但加热也可通过电磁射线、例如红外光来实现。超声波或热空气也可在产品需要的部位进行加热。在此情况下,不需要以纱线11、12、14、74的熔接能力为依据,而可以把这种熔料以粉末的形式进行撒敷、或以液态的形式来浸入织物。折叠股25的固定也可通过化学粘接剂来实现。选择何种粘接剂则取决于成品30的种类和用途。
在有些情况下,把织物幅10的、折叠线24处在其内的那些区域设计成特别适合于折叠的结构,一方面在图2和图3、另一方面在图7示出了两种方案。在图2和图3的情况下,这一区域设计成中空的织物40,也即制成有两个织物层41的软管带。由于这个双层结构40,在折叠峰顶处折叠较容易而且边缘31也比较整齐。
在图7上的另一种方案中,底幅15在也用点划线示出的折叠线24的部位设计成减薄一些。因此在这一部位上可呈现一变薄的织物区42,最为简单的是在织物幅10′的这个部位42上只有较小数目的经纱通过。这样,例如在这个部位42上,没有经纱在图11中示出的、织机的筘66内穿过;那里形成一个空的“筘迹”(Rietstich”)。最后,也可通过去掉那些在织物区域40′内跳纱、在底幅背面伸展的纹纬以方便折叠,例如把这部分纱线烧掉或熔化掉。
图8和图9示出一部用于实施图4至图6的方法步骤的装置50。这一装置装在图1的织机内,但也可以独立于织机来工作。就本实施例而言,图8和图9为图1的延续。只要观察一根条带20就足够。条带20由转向杆52向第一个导向板条44运动,这导向板条的下缘45使条带的运动急转向。在这一段内,条带20穿过图10中示出的带槽缝帘板46,该帘板有一槽缝47,并成镜象对称地配置在条带20的两个纵向边缘23上。槽缝47以其侧壁49作为弯转相应的边缘区22的导向面,在槽底48形成已提到过的折叠峰顶31。两侧帘板46的槽底48之间的距离51设计成小于引入的条带宽度21,因而出现条带的轻度加压。槽缝的高度43设计得比较小,使折叠股25回折。这一折叠部位在图8和图9中以C标示。折叠股25在以D标示的部位、亦即在转向缘45上被压紧在带体34上,通过随后的Z形行程又一次压紧在第二个导向板条54的转向缘55上。产品从那里经过一胸梁53走向与一个压辊57共同起作用的牵拉辊56。牵拉部位以F标示。在本装置以E标示的部位上实现折叠定形,在本实施例中,利用接触热来融化折叠股25区域内的纱线来完成固定。
一加热构件60用于此目的。在此这个加热构件由架在支架63上的、通过引线61进行电加热的加热丝62构成。在这种情况下,加热丝直接作用到转向的熔融边缘23上并使其变软。加热丝62例如通过拉力弹簧65沿箭头64方向压紧。导向板条54后面是带有转了向的、固定了的折叠股25的成品带30。牵拉辊56上还可配置一定形装置58,它对成品30进行最后的、适当的加热处理,并通过加压使织物带变得平整。如前所述,图8和图9的装置50也可以独立于织机来使用以对这样的条带20进行后处理。
图11至图16示出另一个方案,将折叠、加压粘接的装置综合成一个组合工具70,其中在加热丝16的支架71的区域内已经进行了初步的预折叠。这里在图11上的组合工具70及加热丝支架71也是装在织机内并位于以一个织机筘66标示的机织部位1和以牵拉辊56及压辊57标示的牵拉部位F之间。在机织部位A后面,宽幅织物10通过织物展幅装置67被导引到切割部位B,其外形在图12中进一步示出。支架71含有一塑料件,该件通过卡爪75装在图11示出的、以箭头19标示的、横向于宽幅织物10在机织时的运动方向来伸展的安装轨道73上。支        可沿着安装轨道73移动,以形成所需的、图1中示出的加热丝16之间的距离18。加热丝16配置在两个导电体72上,它们嵌埋在支架71的塑料中,并通过连接电缆76与电接触母线77连接。如果所需的距离18调准了,支架71就在这个位置固定在安装轨道73上。安装轨道73和电接触母线77固定在承载架78上,该承载架通过摆臂固定在机架和织机上,当机器处于静止状态时,承载架沿摆动箭头79方向向上摆动到织物10上方的非工作位置。在工作位置,支架71也完成部分预折叠条带边缘区22的任务,图13和14中示出的部件即起此作用。
支架71的下侧上有一狭长的舌簧59,其后端以螺钉或类似物固定在支架上,其在图14示出为带斜梢的自由的前端离开了支架71。在图12中织物10的平面以点划线表示。舌簧尖端靠近加热丝16,一直伸展到织物平面下方的下导电体72上。在机织开始时,舌簧尖端的主要任务是抬起在加热丝16后面的条带的边缘区,在相邻的条带20上成镜象对称地提供这个动作。为了更好地导引这些边缘区,舌簧59设有增强舌簧尖的压窝69。从下面接合的条带的边缘区22被抬起,并在织物按箭头19方向继续运动时靠着支架的侧面运动,因而被成直角地抬起而被预折叠。舌簧59和支架71的侧面起导向面的作用,并可抗衡织物带20在织物张力作用下连同其熔融边缘23向下拱起的趋向。对边缘区22的最终折叠和其它处理接着在随后的组合工具70中进行,其构造在图15和图16中示出。
组合工具70首先含有一个底板80,底板由两个半部组成,其间设有一电热元件81。底板设有下部有切口的板条82,使底板呈T形轨道的形状。T形轨道80在织物的整个宽度上伸展,并且在图15中以点划线示出的条带20放置在T形轨道的上侧。其上置有特别的靴形件83,它们是组合工具70的又一组成部分,并可沿T形轨道80移动,直至它们如图16所示地放置在相邻的两根条带20之间的区域内。靴形件83是由多个零件组成的结构件,其任务是把两个边缘区折叠成折叠股25,并通过熔融粘接固定在带体上。
为此目的,靴形件83首先含有一弯成近似U形的夹持片84,其两个U形端弯形并形成连接部85,结构件83通过连接部卡在T形轨道80的向外突出的板条82上。在连接部85前面,U形端设有在双侧的缺口101,使靴形件两侧形成狭窄的导向跨接片86以便于压板87拉过靴形件83,从端部伸出。压板87的两个突出的端部上分别设有一个夹住导向跨接片86的叉形开口88。压板87的前端,在叉形开口88处,设有靠向T形轨道80朝下弯曲的凸出部89,它在边缘区22的折叠过程中也起导向面的作用。
在压板87中央设置了一个可通过另外的导线91加热的加热块90,为此,压板设有一U形弯曲部92。在那里,支撑在夹持片84上的弹簧93发挥作用,把压板87压向T形轨道80的上侧。如果结构件83连同其连接部85跟T形轨道80松开,则压板87在弹簧93的压力作用下支撑在两个缺口101的上缘94上,该两缺口朝下限定了所述导向跨接片86。加热块90的上侧设有一个末端带手柄的、穿过在弯曲部92上部区域与夹持片84上的通孔的操作杆95。加热块90也通过弹簧96朝T形轨道80的方向加负荷,这个弹簧96穿过上述的在U形弯曲部92上的通孔并且也支撑在夹持片84的内侧面上。加热块的下侧面上设有一狭窄的加压区97。
在两个端节段98、99的范围内,在压板87、加热块90的加压区97和T形轨道80的上侧之间形成条带边缘区22的通道。这些边缘区在压板87的第一端节段98内立即被折叠成如图16示出的折叠股25,并朝位于其下的带体加压。随着,它们从那里去到加热块90的加压区97,该加压区跟通过电热元件81也加热了的T形轨道一起对弯卷了的折叠股25内的纱线材料进行熔融。在那里,特别是已在图2和图3中描述过的由低熔点材料制成的特殊纱线74被熔为液态,用于将两个折叠股25牢牢地粘合在带体上。随着织物继续按箭头19的方向的运动,热融的折叠股25抵达在后面的、压板87的以99标示的节段,在这里折叠股继续被加压,折叠股25经过冷却即完成粘接连接。成品、也即制成的标志带30在靴形件83后面离开这个组合工具70,并最终到达图11示出的、带有已描述过的牵拉辊56、压辊57以及定形装置58的牵拉部位F。
图11又示出,由加热块体90出来的导线91连接在电接触母线100上,并由那里供电。接触母线100容许靴形件83在T形轨道80上作已提及的移动,以便把组合工具70按条带20的给定宽度来调整。如果待折叠的边缘区22需要宽点或窄点,仅需将结构件83改用相应的另一种尺寸的即可。为此,可贮备不同结构的靴形件83,在需要时它们可用其连接部85卡接在共同的T形轨道80上。最后,组合工具70也可以附属于一个不附属于织机的独立工作的装置。在这种情况下,虽然图11所示之机织工序A和熔融切割工序B是在织机上进行的,但制成的条带的边缘区的折叠和固定则是用工具70在一独立的装置上进行的。

Claims (27)

1、一种制造一种织物带、特别是一种带花纹的标志带(30)的方法,这种标志带是由一种由可熔融的纱线材料(11-14)制成的、如一种宽幅织物或宽幅针织物的织物幅(10)制成的,在此方法中织物幅(10)在织造工序完成后紧接着通过熔融分离切割被分割成一组并列的、具有确定宽度(21)的条带(20),这样,在切割部位(16)的两纵向侧、在各条带(20)上产生了防止条带边缘纱线散边的熔融边缘(23),其特征在于,条带(20)首先制成半成品,其条带宽度(21)大于成品(标志带30)的带宽(39),
此后,带熔融边缘(23)的两个边缘区(22)沿平行于熔融边缘的折叠线(24)、沿箭头(29)的方向弯转,构成一对折叠股(25、25),
这对折叠股(25、25)最后分别被平直地压在所属条带(20)上与之相邻的平面区(26)上,并在那里通过粘合、特别是通过熔融热的作用而被固定住,
在此,两个折叠峰顶(31)之间的距离与所要求的标志带(30)的带宽(39)相等。
2、按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,两个边缘区(22)的弯转工序(29)和折叠股(25、25)的加压工序(35)与固定工序(37),紧接在宽幅织物(10)熔融切开工序(16)之后、在制成的条带(20)共同牵拉工序(56)之前进行。
3、按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,在织造宽幅织物(10)时,在熔融切开工序(16)之后形成待弯转的条带(20)的边缘区(22)的那些纵向区内织入由熔点较低的材料制成的一根或多根特殊纱线(74)。
4、按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,在折叠弯转(29)以前,将一根或多根熔融纱线置入折叠部位的内部。
5、按权利要求1至4中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,采用外加的粘合剂来实现折叠固定。
6、按权利要求1至5中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,在标志带(30)上形成的折叠固定部位(33、23′)被再加压(35)。
7、按权利要求1至2中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,标志带(30)要经受一道定形后处理(38)、特别是平整带(30)的加热后处理(38、58)。
8、按权利要求1至7中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,折叠固定(33、35)与带(30)的后处理(38)同时进行。
9、按权利要求1至8中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,折叠固定基本上只是通过对熔融边缘(23)再度熔融(23′)和加压(35)来进行的。
10、按权利要求1至9中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,织物半成品(10、20)在形成后来的标志带(30)的带缘(31)的折叠线(24)的区域内设计成空心织物(40)。
11、按权利要求1至8中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,织物半成品(10、20)在形成后来的标志带(30)的带缘(31)的折叠线(24)的区域(40′)内设计成在宽幅织物(10)上的减薄的纵向区(42)。
12、按权利要求11的方法,其特征在于,在织物(10、20)上,减薄的纵向区(42)是通过去除经纱而产生的。
13、按权利要求1至12中的一项或多项的方法,其特征在于,为进行折叠固定,对织物带的边缘区(36)施加接触热。
14、实施按权利要求1至13中的一项或多项的方法的装置,其特征在于用于将每个条带(20)的两个带熔融边缘的边缘区(22)沿与熔融边缘平行的方向弯转(29)的边缘折叠装置(46),在于在弯转了的折叠股(25)的区域起作用的、用于把折叠股(25)压到各标志带(30)的各带体(34)上的加压与粘合装置(44、45,54、55,33,62)。
15、按权利要求14的装置,其特征在于,该装置在装一部诸如织机的纺织机械内,它带有制造宽幅织物(10)的诸如织机的机织部位的纱线结合部位,
带有一组在侧面上相隔一定距离配置的、用于把宽幅织物(10)分割成一组平行并列放置的条带(20)的、诸如熔融丝的熔融切割装置(16),熔融切割装置间的距离(18)设计成大于所要求的标志带(30)的宽度(39),
还带有为制成的条带(20)所用的一个共同的产品牵拉装置(56),在熔融切割装置(16)和产品牵拉装置(56)之间,既设有用于将每个条带(20)的两个带熔融边缘的边缘区(22)沿着与熔融边缘平行的方向弯转(29)的边缘折叠装置(46),也设有在弯转了的折叠股(25)的区域内起作用的、用于把折叠股(25)压到各标志带(30)的各带体(34)上的加压与粘合装置(44、45,54、55,33,62)。
16、按权利要求14或15的装置,其特征在于,边缘折叠装置具有用于弯转条带边缘区(22)的带槽缝帘板(46)。
17、按权利要求14、15或16的装置,其特征在于,粘合装置由加热构件(60)组成,它们至少使弯转了的条带边缘区(22)内的纱线材料的一部分(74)熔化。
18、按权利要求14至17中的一项或多项的装置,其特征在于,边缘折叠装置具有对条带边缘区(22)进行预折叠的导向面(59)和进行最终折叠的工具(98)。
19、按权利要求18的装置,其特征在于,进行预折叠的导向面(59)设置在熔融切割装置(16)的支架(71)上。
20、按权利要求18或19的装置,其特征在于,导向面具有一个从支架(71)上伸出的,成型的舌簧(59)。
