Abstract

技术领域
本申请总体上涉及具有带盘旋流径的热交换器的电池单元组件。
背景技术
已经开发了冷却单元来冷却装置。然而,与冷却单元相关的问题是气泡可能被封在冷却单元内,这可以阻碍通过冷却单元的期望流体流量。从而冷却单元可能不能将装置保持在所期望的温度。
因此,本发明人在此已经认识到需要一种改进的具有热交换器的电池模块,该电池模块可以最小化和/或消除上述不足。
发明内容
提供了根据示例性实施例的电池单元组件。所述电池单元组件包括电池单元和被布置与所述电池单元邻近的热交换器,所述热交换器被配置用来冷却所述电池单元。所述热交换器具有外壳。所述外壳限定了内部区域和第一和第二导流构件。所述第一和第二导流构件限定在所述内部区域中的盘旋流径。所述第一和第二导流构件在所述内部区域中总体向上倾斜。所述盘旋流径从所述外壳中的入口孔向所述外壳中的另一流径延伸。所述另一流径从所述盘旋流径向出口孔延伸。所述另一流径具有比所述盘旋流径的每一部分的横截面面积更小的横截面面积,使得在进入所述入口孔的流体中的气泡被上推通过所述盘旋流径并且被加速通过所述另一流径,从而在所述出口孔处离开所述外壳。

具体实施方式
参见图1和2,提供了用于提供电力的电池模块20。电池模块20包括电池单元组件30、32、34、36、38、40、42、44、热交换器50、52、54、56、侧板60、62、64、66、耦合板70、72、互连组件74、盖子76和冷却歧管78、80。电池单元组件被定义为其中具有电池单元的壳体。电池模块被定义为耦合在一起的至少两个电池单元组件。
电池单元组件30、32、34、36、38、40、42、44使用互连组件74而电气地耦合在一起。具体地说,互连组件74以期望的配置把来自电池单元组件的电端子耦合在一起,从而从其提供电流和电压。
热交换器50、52、54、56从冷却歧管78接收流体,以冷却电池单元组件。冷却歧管80接收来自热交换器50、52、54、56的加热的流体。
侧板60、62、64、66耦接到电池单元组件,以提供对于电池单元组件的附加支承。冷却板70、72被提供来接合侧板64、66,以提供对于电池单元组件的附加支承。盖板76被提供来覆盖互连组件74。
参见图3、4、5、6和7,将解释在电池模块20中使用的、根据实施例的电池单元组件32。电池单元组件32包括矩形环状的框构件90、电池单元92、紧固环状构件94、电池单元96、矩形环状框构件98、热交换器100、紧固环状构件102、电池单元104、和矩形环状框构件106。电池单元组件32的优点在于,组件32被封装使得单个热交换器100可以冷却电池单元92、96、104,以将电池单元保持在期望的温度。
参见图3、5和6,矩形环状框构件90被配置来耦合导矩形环状框构件98,以固定其间的电池单元92、紧固环状构件94、和电池单元96。
参见图3,提供电池单元92在电端子164、166之间输出工作电压。电池单元92包括主体部分160和围绕主体部分160延伸的外缘部分162,以及从主体部分160延伸的电端子164、166。在一个示例性实施例中,电池单元92是锂电池单元,当然,在替代实施例中,电池单元92可以包括本领域技术人员已知的其他类型的电池单元。外缘部分162的尺寸比矩形环状框构件90的尺寸更小,以使得框构件90覆盖电池单元92的外缘部分162。参见图5和6,电池单元92被布置在框构件90和紧固环状构件94的一部分以及电池单元96之间。
参见图3、5和6,提供紧固环状构件94进一步紧固矩形环状框构件90、98之间的电池单元92、96。紧固环状构件94的外周尺寸小于矩形环状框构件90的外周尺寸,并且小于矩形环状框构件98的外周尺寸。紧固环状构件94被布置在电池单元92、96的外缘部分之间,以进一步支承电池单元92、96。
电池单元96被布置在矩形环状框构件98和电池单元92的一部分以及紧固环状构件94的一部分之间。电池单元96的结构基本上类似于电池单元92。
参见图3,矩形环状框构件98被配置来耦合到矩形环状框构件90,以保持在其间的电池单元92、紧固环状构件94、和电池单元96。而且,矩形环状框构件98被提供来耦合到矩形环状框构件106,以保持在其间的热交换器100、紧固环状构件102、和电池单元104。
参见图3、7、8和11,热交换器100被提供用来冷却电池单元组件32,以将电池单元92、96、104的温度保持在期望的温度。具体地说,热交换器100从在图1中所示的冷却歧管78接收流体,所述流体流过热交换器100以从电池单元92、96、104提取热能。其后,加热的流体流出热交换器100而进入在图1中所示的冷却歧管80。热交换器100包括外壳202、入口管204、和出口管206。
参见图7和8,根据耦合在一起以形成内部区域224的板构件220、222来构造外壳202。外壳202包括边缘225、226、227、228。边缘225、226彼此基本上平行,并且彼此间隔开。边缘227、228彼此基本上平行,并且彼此间隔开。
参见图7和9,板构件220、222的部分形成具有入口孔232的入口延伸部分229。入口延伸部分229被配置以使在入口孔232的一部分中容纳入口管204。入口孔232与外壳202的内部区域224以及与冷却歧管78形成流体联通。因此,进入入口管204的流体流过孔232的部分而进入内部区域224内。
参见图7和8,板构件220、222的部分被彼此相向挤压,以在内部区域224内形成导流构件240、242、244、246、248、250、250、252。导流构件240、242、244、246、248、250、250、252限定了通过内部区域224的盘旋流径260。
导流构件240从边缘225总体朝着边缘226延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件240在构件240和边缘228之间限定流径区域261。
导流构件242从边缘226总体朝着边缘225延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件242在导流构件242和导流构件240之间限定流径区域262。
导流构件244从边缘225总体朝向边缘226延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件244在导流构件244和导流构件242之间限定流径区域264。
导流构件246从边缘226总体朝着边缘225延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件246在导流构件246和导流构件244之间限定流径区域266。
导流构件248从边缘225总体朝着边缘226延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件248在导流构件248和导流构件246之间限定流径区域268。
导流构件250从边缘226总体朝着边缘225延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件250在导流构件250和导流构件248之间限定流径区域270。
导流构件252从边缘225总体朝着边缘226延伸,并且相对于外壳100的水平轴300以1-5度范围内的角度向上延伸。导流构件252在导流构件252和导流构件250之间限定流径区域272,并且限定在构件252之上的流径区域274。
参见图7和10,盘旋流径260包括流径区域261、262、264、266、268、270、272、274。当具有气泡的流体流过盘旋路径260时,气泡容易从流径区域261经中间的流径区域而迁移到流径区域274。盘旋流径260流入流径290内。流径290与边缘227基本上平行。流径290具有比盘旋流径260的流径区域261、262、264、266、268、270、272、274的横截面面积更小的横截面面积。因此,从盘旋流径260进入流径290的流体被加速,并且通过流径290来运送在流体中的任何气泡。流径290流入与边缘226基本上平行的流径294。流径294也具有比盘旋流径260的流径区域261、262、264、266、268、270、272、274的横截面面积更小的横截面面积。流径294从流径292延伸至出口孔234。因此,通过流径294向出口孔234运送流体和在流体中的任何气泡。
板构件220、222的部分形成具有出口孔234的出口延伸部分230。出口延伸部分230被配置以使在出口孔234的部分中容纳出口管204。出口孔234与在图1中所示的外壳100的内部区域244和冷却歧管80两者形成流体联通。因此,离开孔224的流体离开所述出口管206,进入冷却歧管80内。
参见图3,紧固环状构件102被提供来进一步在矩形环状框构件90、106之间紧固热交换器100和电池单元104。紧固环状构件102的外周尺寸小于矩形环状框构件98的外周尺寸,并且小于矩形环状框构件106的外周尺寸。参见图5和6,紧固环状框构件102被布置在矩形环状框构件98和电池单元104的外缘部分之间。
电池单元104被布置在矩形环状框构件106和热交换器100的一部分以及紧固环状框构件102的一部分之间。电池单元104的结构基本上类似于电池单元92。
矩形环状框构件106被配置来耦合到矩形环状框构件98,以保持在其间的热交换器100、紧固环状框构件102、和电池单元104。
具有带盘旋流径的热交换器的电池单元组件相对于其他电池提供了实质优点。具体说,电池单元组件具有带盘旋路径的热交换器,它提供了清除在流过热交换器的流体中的气泡的技术效果,以获得经过热交换器的用于冷却电池单元组件中电池单元的期望的流体流量。

Claims (7)

1.一种电池单元组件,包括:
电池单元;以及
热交换器,所述热交换器被布置与所述电池单元邻近,并且被配置用来冷却所述电池单元,所述热交换器具有外壳,所述外壳限定了内部区域与第一和第二导流构件,所述第一和第二导流构件在所述内部区域中限定盘旋流径,所述第一和第二导流构件在所述内部区域中总体向上倾斜,所述盘旋流径从所述外壳中的入口孔向所述外壳中的另一流径延伸,所述另一流径从所述盘旋流径向出口孔延伸,所述另一流径具有比所述盘旋流径的每一部分的横截面面积更小的横截面面积,使得进入所述入口孔的流体中的气泡被上推通过所述盘旋流径并且被加速通过所述另一流径,从而在所述出口孔处离开所述外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池单元组件,其中,所述第一导流构件相对于所述外壳的水平轴以1-5度范围内的角度向上倾斜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池单元组件,其中,所述第二导流构件相对于所述外壳的水平轴以1-5度范围内的角度向上倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电池单元组件,其中,所述第一导流构件与所述第二导流构件间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池单元组件,其中,所述外壳具有:第一侧壁、第二侧壁,所述第一和第二侧壁具有第一、第二、第三和第四边缘;入口延伸部分;以及出口延伸部分,所述第一边缘被布置得基本上平行于所述第二边缘,所述第三边缘被布置在所述外壳的第一端并且从所述第一边缘向所述第二边缘延伸,所述第四边缘被布置在与所述外壳的所述第一端相对的所述外壳的第二端,所述第四边缘基本上平行于所述第三边缘,所述入口扩展部分从所述第一边缘延伸,所述出口扩展部分从所述第二边缘延伸,所述入口扩展部分具有从其贯穿的所述入口孔,所述出口延伸部分具有从其贯穿的所述出口孔;
所述第一导流构件从所述第一边缘总体朝着所述第二边缘延伸,使得所述第一导流构件相对于所述第四边缘向上倾斜;
所述第二导流构件从所述第二边缘总体朝着所述第一边缘延伸,使得所述第二导流构件相对于所述第四边缘向上倾斜,所述第一和第二导流构件被布置得彼此间隔开,使得所述第一和第二导流构件限定从所述入口孔开始的在所述内部区域内的所述盘旋流径;
所述外壳进一步限定靠近所述第三边缘布置并且与所述盘旋流径联通的第一流径,所述第一流径具有比所述盘旋流径的每个部分的横截面面积更小的横截面面积;以及
所述外壳进一步限定靠近所述第二边缘布置并且与所述第一流径联通的第二流径,所述第二流径具有比所述盘旋流径的每个部分的横截面面积更小的横截面面积,所述第一流径和所述第二流径的组合形成所述另一流径,所述第二流径从所述第一流径的末端延伸到所述出口孔,使得在进入所述入口孔的流体中的气泡被上推通过所述盘旋流径并且被加速通过所述第一和第二流径,从而在所述出口孔处离开所述外壳。
