Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射装置,能够使用容纳有用于人体注射的液体药剂的新药筒更换空药筒。此种装置已知的是属于可重装的注射装置。尤其是,本发明涉及一种具有剂量设定装置的注射装置,其中的剂量固定装置包括剂量杆。本发明的注射装置特别适于重复的进行自我注射,例如:胰岛素制剂或者生长激素的自我注射。该注射装置优选的是采用所谓的注射笔的形式。本发明还涉及在此种注射装置中更换药筒的方法。
背景技术
在可重装的注射装置中更换药筒时,需要使新药筒的活塞推动注射装置的活塞杆退入注射装置内。从而确保在药筒恰当地定位的状态下,活塞杆与活塞相接触,并且使得注射装置随时可以使用。因此在注射装置使用前,需要避免大量的空气注射。
然而,在现有技术中的具有剂量杆的可重装的注射装置中,当手动地推动、拉出或者转动活塞杆时,会产生以下问题:不能确保活塞杆与活塞的接触,因此,为了确保注射装置的正确使用,就必须进行大量的空气注射。
为了在设定所需要剂量的过程中保证注射装置的正确操作,就要求当药筒进行恰当地定位时,必须使得剂量设定部件转动锁定。这通常是通过使得剂量杆与剂量设定部件相结合而获得,例如:通过分别设置在剂量杆和剂量设定部件上的齿之间的啮合获得。由此使得活塞杆上产生应力,该应力可能会产生以下后果,当针随后接触新药筒时,液体药会从注射装置内排出。
已公开的WO02/092153试图解决上述问题。因此,WO02/092153公开了一种药物注射装置,诸如:注射笔。注射笔包括可重新设置的药筒柱塞驱动总成,该驱动总成包括轴向的浮动螺帽,药筒柱塞主螺杆,以及可伴随螺帽移动的传动离合器,并且当转动时。能够引起螺杆通过螺帽扭紧。当药筒总成安装至注射笔的底座上时,游动螺帽和传动离合器向近端移动,使得传动离合器将转矩传送至相结合的可旋转的注射笔从动部件,从而使得从动部件的转动导致传动螺杆在远端方向上通过螺帽前进运动。当药筒总成未安装至注射笔的底座上时,游动螺帽和传动离合器偏置于远端,并且从与可旋转的从动构件结合传送转矩的传动离合器上脱离,从而允许通过将螺帽缩回至注射笔的底座的方式,使得传动螺杆在近端重置。因此,此种注射笔的吸引力是有限的。
WO02/092153中的注射装置不属于具有包括剂量杆的剂量设定机构的注射装置,并且剂量设定机构也不适合于此种类型的注射装置。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标在于提供一种此种类型的其中的剂量设定机构包括剂量杆的注射装置,并且能够避免上文述及的在活塞杆上产生应力的问题,或者至少使上述问题降低到最小。
根据本发明的第一方面,通过提供一种注射装置可以实现上述以及其它的目标,所述注射装置包括:可操作的设定所需剂量的剂量设定机构,所述剂量设定机构包括剂量设定部件和剂量杆,所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第一位置时,所述剂量设定部件与所述剂量杆相结合,所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第二位置时,所述剂量设定部件不与所述剂量杆相结合,当所述注射装置在正常的操作过程中,所述剂量设定机构处于第一位置,而在药筒更换的过程中,所述剂量设定机构处于第二位置,
-为了从所述药筒中排出一定剂量的液体,活塞杆适合于与药筒内的活塞相配合,以及
-注射机构,所述注射机构可操作的使得所述活塞杆和所述活塞从所述药筒排出设定剂量的液体,以及
-用于可释放地容纳药筒的药筒支架,
其中所述药筒支架以如下方式可操作地连接到所述剂量杆上,当药筒插入所述药筒支架内时,致使所述剂量杆至少基本上在轴向的方向上移动,至少在此时所述剂量设定机构从第二位置移动至第一位置。
此种的注射装置优选的是具有细长的形状,也就是所谓的注射笔。
所述剂量设定机构包括剂量设定部件和剂量杆。所述剂量设定部件是所述剂量设定机构的一部分,在所需剂量设定的过程中,实际上是由使用者进行操作的,例如:通过拨动所述剂量设定部件或者从封入所述注射装置的壳体内延远离的方向上拉出。因此,所述剂量设定部件可以是或者包含剂量按钮,诸如可转动的剂量按钮。所述剂量设定部件优选的是位于或者靠近所述注射装置的近端,也就是说位于注射针通常位置的相对端。
所述剂量杆是一细长的部件,沿着所述注射装置的纵向延伸。当操作所述剂量设定部件设定所需要的剂量时,致使所述剂量杆与所述剂量设定部件一起移动,优选的是采用旋转运动的方式进行。因此,所述剂量杆引起所述注射机构移动至随时能够注射所设定剂量的位置。这种方式例如可以是通过在近端的方向上移动注射按钮,如同将在下文中进一步进行说明的那样。所述剂量杆优选的是从所述剂量设定部件延伸至或靠近所述药筒支架近端位置上。
在注射装置正常操作的过程中,剂量设定机构适合于在第一位置时,其中的剂量设定部件与剂量杆相结合。因此,能够保证当使用者操作剂量设定部件时,所需要的剂量得到了实际的设定。另一方面,当替换药筒时剂量设定机构处于第二位置,其中剂量设定部件没有与剂量杆结合。因此,在更换药筒的过程中,剂量设定部件和剂量杆允许独立地进行移动,优选的是以一种转动的方式进行移动。相应地,当插入新药筒时,在此种操作地过程中,剂量设定机构需要从第二位置移动至第一位置,也就是说,剂量设定部件和剂量杆需要移动并进行结合。如上文所述,在进行此种操作的过程中,将阻止剂量杆进行相对于剂量设定部件的旋转运动。在下文中将对此作进一步说明。
注射机构优选的是包括注射按钮,在设定所需要的剂量的过程中,该注射按钮在近端的方向方向上移动。当所设定的剂量随后进行注射时,使用者在远端方向上推动注射按钮,也就是说,在设定计量的过程中其移动的方向的相反方向进行移动。在此种情形下,注射按钮以如下的方式连接到活塞上:在远端方向上移动注射按钮,还引起活塞杆在远端方向上移动,有可能是与合适的齿轮一起移动。由于活塞杆与药筒的活塞相配合,优选的是通过相邻的活塞进行,该活塞也移动了相应的距离,因此,所设定的剂量就从药筒内排出。
药筒支架可释放地容纳药筒。这应当理解为能够从药筒支架内将药筒移出,例如:当药筒排空时,或者将其用另一个药筒进行替换时。因此,此种注射装置属于可重装的类型。然而,在正常操作该注射装置的过程中,药筒支架应当以药筒不能进行移动的方式进行定位。此外,在更换药筒的过程中,药筒支架优选的是相对于注射装置其余的部件进行移动。在容纳有药筒的药筒支架的这一实施例中,该药筒支架至少部分的从注射装置中移出,药筒由新药筒所替换,并且容纳着新药筒的药筒支架被插入至注射装置内。
药筒支架可操作地连接到剂量杆。这具有以下效果,当新药筒通过药筒支架插入注射装置内时,引起剂量杆沿着或者至少实质上是在轴向上与活塞杆一同移动,同时剂量杆和剂量设定部件发生移动并进行结合。如上文述及的那样,在药筒插入的过程中,通过新药筒的活塞,杆在近端方向上推动活塞。通过引起剂量杆与活塞杆一起移动,同时剂量杆和剂量设定部件产生移动并进行结合,因此,就阻止了剂量杆相对于剂量设定部件的转动,而活塞杆被允许继续其轴向运动。因此,也就阻止了形成于活塞杆上的应力,以及当注射针随后插入药筒内时,不再因为此种应力的存在而使药剂排出。这是非常有益的。
在以下的方式中可以获得有益的效果。当新药筒插入新药筒内时,药筒的活塞推动活塞杆向后移动。在此种移动的过程中,螺帽使得剂量杆进行旋转运动。当药筒基本上定位时,药筒支架推推动也连接到螺帽上的托架。因此,也就推动螺帽向后移动。相应地,剂量杆和螺帽在轴向上以同样的速度向后移动,并且螺帽将因此而不再引起剂量杆的旋转运动。因此,在不存在在活塞杆上产生应力的风险的情况下,剂量杆和剂量设定部件可以发生移动并进行结合。
通过剂量设定部件上设置的一组齿与剂量杆设置的与此相配合的一组齿之间的啮合,可以限定剂量设定机构的第一位置。在此种情况下,一旦相配合的齿开始啮合,就阻止了剂量杆相对于剂量设定部件的转动。从此点直到齿移动进入完全啮合,如上文述及的那样,剂量杆与活塞杆一通进行移动。
药筒支架可以包含药筒容纳部件,该药筒容纳部件包括适合于夹紧药筒远端一组卡爪。在此实施例中,通过药筒支架的一组卡爪对药筒进行夹持。成组的卡爪优选的是以如下的方式进行移动:在注射装置正常操作的过程中,卡爪牢固地将药筒夹紧,因此,可以将药筒相对于注射装置地其余部件进行固定。另一方面,在更换药筒的过程中,卡爪可以是移动至将其夹持的药筒予以释放的位置。此种情况下,注射装置优选的是包括可释放的锁定机构,在注射装置正常操作的过程中,该锁定机构能够将卡爪锁定在夹紧位置,并且当需要更换药筒时,通过操作该锁定机构能够将夹持释放。
可选择性的是,药筒支架可以包含适合于支承药筒的框架部件,以及在药筒更换的过程中,药筒能够通过框架部件且与框架部件一同移动。根据此种实施例,药筒支架优选的是采用“抽屉”的形式,药筒可以定位于其中。当药筒从注射装置中移出时,全部的框架部件的至少一部分从注射装置中拉出。药筒移出后,新药筒定位于框架部件内,并且容纳有新药筒的全部框架部件重新在注射装置中定位。
注射装置还可以包含偏置机构,当药筒支架内没有药筒时,以及当药筒支架敞开时,该偏置机构使得剂量设定机构到达第二位置。因此,当药筒在更换时,剂量设定部件和剂量杆自动地从相互结合中移出。该偏置机构有益的是包含弹簧部件。

附图1是根据本发明一个实施例的注射装置1的透视图。注射装置1包括壳体2,在其上安装有显示器3。显示器3可以显示药筒中剩余的药剂量、设定的药剂量等数值。注射装置1还包括能够转动的进行操作以设定所需要剂量的剂量设定部件4,,以及注射按钮5,注射按钮5的操作使得设定的剂量从注射装置1中排出。此外,注射装置1还包括用于可释放地容纳药筒7的药筒支架6。药筒支架6可以通过释放按钮8释放。在附图1中,注射装置1处于设定了剂量的预备状态,那就是说,药筒7定位于药筒支架6内,并且药筒支架6还没有释放。

Claims (6)
1、一种注射装置,包括:可操作的设定所需剂量的剂量设定机构,所述剂量设定机构包括剂量设定部件和剂量杆,所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第一位置时,所述剂量设定部件与所述剂量杆相结合,所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第二位置时,所述剂量设定部件不与所述剂量杆相结合,当所述注射装置在正常的操作过程中,所述剂量设定机构处于第一位置,而在药筒更换的过程中,所述剂量设定机构处于第二位置,
-为了从所述药筒中排出一定剂量的液体,活塞杆适合于与药筒内的活塞相配合,以及
-注射机构,所述注射机构可操作的使得所述活塞杆和所述活塞从所述药筒排出设定剂量的液体,以及
-用于可释放地容纳药筒的药筒支架,
其中所述药筒支架以如下方式可操作地连接到所述剂量杆上,当药筒插入所述药筒支架内时,致使所述剂量杆至少基本上在轴向的方向上移动,至少在此时所述剂量设定机构从第二位置移动至第一位置。
2、如权利要求1所述的注射装置,其中所述剂量设定机构的第一位置是通过所述剂量设定部件上设置的一组齿与在所剂量杆上设置的与此相配合的一组齿之间的啮合而限定的。
3、如权利要求1或2中所述的注射装置,其中所述药筒支架包括药筒容纳部件,所述药筒容纳部件包括适合于夹紧药筒远端的成组卡爪。
4、如权利要求1或2中所述的注射装置,其中所述药筒支架包括适合于支承所述药筒的框架部件,其中在药筒更换的过程中,所述药筒通过所述框架部件与所述框架部件一起移动。
5、如前述任一权利要求中所述的注射装置,还包括偏置机构,当所述药筒支架内没有药筒时,所述偏置机构使得所述剂量设定机构处于第二位置。
6、一种在注射装置内更换药筒的方法,所述注射装置包括:可操作的设定所需剂量的剂量设定机构,所述剂量设定机构包括剂量设定部件和剂量杆,所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第一位置时,所述剂量设定部件与所述剂量杆相结合,以及当所述剂量设定机构适合于当处于第二位置时,所述剂量设定部件不与所述剂量杆相结合,所述注射装置还包括药筒支架,所述药筒支架可操作地连接到所述剂量杆,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-以如下方式移动容纳有空药筒的所述药筒支架,使得能够接触空药筒,并且以如下方式移动容纳有空药筒的所述所述药筒支架,使得所述剂量设定机构从第一位置移动至第二位置,
-从所述药筒支架中移出所述空药筒,
-将新药筒插入所述药筒支架内,
-以如下方式移动容纳有所述新药筒的药筒支架,使得所述注射装置的活塞杆与所述新药筒的活塞一起移动,以及
-将所述剂量设定机构从第二位置移动至第一位置,同时使所述剂量杆至少基本上在轴向上与所述活塞杆一起移动。
